Donald Yusuf: @shady26. Responding to you in the same tone would be an act of immaturity on my part. You said the writeup is "beautiful nonsense". You are entitled to your opinion. It's obvious you read the post with the intention of criticizing it...i never said all graduates are unintelligent; i said there is a difference between being naturally intelligent and cramming to pass exams. If you think you are intelligent, then good for you.bros one of the very minute things I do regularly as part of my job is to analyze products and benchmark them against other products before recommending it to. Or carry out feasibilty studies on a system say ONGUARD PKI against TDSI ACS and defend one before client upon which is based my design against the other(s).also FYI writing reports for every engineer is a compulsory habit, your business assignment or whatever will probably take me 4hrs topmost to come up with an idea(matter of fact I have many in my system I hv written long time ago. But the my question to you is,after developing business ideas, proposals or plans for people, why don't you implement some of them yourself and thereby create jobs while providing tangible example for your pupils(Nigerian Grads)? |

Beautiful rubbish your piece is. I never accept half truths as truth likewise flawed information as understanding. I will like to correct some of the widely held notions held by ignorant peeps. 1.Mechanical engineering graduates should repair cars and EE engineering graduates in Nigeria are no Good hence the ineptitude in PHCN. Ans- give your car to certified mechanics/technicians to repair cos you neither have the equipments nor can you afford standard servicing by an automobile engineer, however if you can, take your car to coscharis, mandillas etc they have the Nigerian engineers you are looking for. 2.Nigerian EE graduates are not good hence the problem of PHCN and our reliance on electricians -The problem of PHCN is more of a government policy thing and corruption mixesd together and never technological know how. Also quite expecting an EE graduate to come wire your house to prove he is knowledgeable, you'll do better employing the services of an electrician considering how you like cheap services. However if you can PAY,I'll give you in 24hrs a CAD drafted design of all electrical installation, security systems and lighting for your building or neighborhood complying with NEC standards and other relevant codes and all based on my conceptual design. Past this stage I'll pick up certified electricians that can interpret drawings to implement probably with his own hand picked laborers while I supervise and commission. Any 2 year serious student from any high institution can do this,EE is far far more vast than what you know. Most of these industries telecom, oil&gas,IT,systems integration, manufacturing and power employ the services of locally trained EE and Mechanical engineers alike so no need to have all them repairing your car and wiring your house(what insult for NSE&COREN). 3.sound graduates are not necessarily intelligent, they just cram and pass-bros I don't know about other fields but I did not cram and pass my undergrad exams, rather to pass you had to understand the underlying principles and theorems very well and apply them to solve technical exam problems those days and then depending on how you perform you could either score a good grade or a bad one.so after 5 years of solving problems by applying complex mathematical theorems(which you must grasp from first principles to use)you are telling me I am not intelligent, are you high?my current job role which involves designing, implementing and commissioning M&E projects across the country and beyond I find not 1/10 as tasking as my undergrad course work. All these think and grow rich people shaaa...I no blame you, running a cybercafe and writing business PROPOSALS FOR OTHER PEOPLE and you think you are so smart and intelligent...MITCHEEEEW! |
eko ilee: Involve ko, attache ni.woman did you forget your medication again? |
eko ilee: But we are not village illiterates like you...who is we?even with all the panadol extra you take on their behalf here on NL,I doubt fashola knows you exist...pele,it sucks to be a nobody from nowhere so the need to embark on these self sponsored campaigns/crusades you are known for,Ndo! |

How do did you come to the conclusion that the entire system has packed up?ope they paying you well for this level of sycophancy/foolery |
NessaFresh:silly gal,who is going to marry her now? |
kayci_d77: Ikenna is not an Igbo man, Seun use him to fight a particular ethnic(IGBOS) in NL, But Ikenna I want to advice you, NL is a public forum and there should be a level of liberty in the choice of words and when you want to fight bigotry comments make it a general thing, any person who creates Thread to insult the Igbos should be banned , any person who insult the president should be banned not a mere typing Yoruba or Yoruba ( which has no insulting meaning). The real insults are there but u pretend not to see them.I was not deceived by his ikenna moniker, from day1 I had known he is not igbo but just a tool created to direct more complex form of bigotry against a certain ethnic group giving them sleepless nights. |
Ikenna351: Life can be so interesting! See as all the tribalists are gradually showing themselves here, giving me the opportunity to note them, making the task easier for me. God, you are so wonderful! Please keep identifying yourself, the roll-call is still on going.shatap! Who are you sef?even your oga at the top seun osewa,is he willing to change his name to chukwuemeka just to be more nationalistic? |
Desinuola: As long as there is tribalism in Nigeria, there would be TRIBALISM on Nairaland!heyshhhhhhh shutup!as if we don't know tribalism runs in your blood!no body expects you to change just don't cry each time you get hit.....nonsense |
Euroclydon: Northern youths, yesterday, spurned the Federal Government’s offer of N5.8 billion compensation to the families of the victims of the 2011 post-election violence that rocked most parts of the North and a few southern states. |
xtianh: These pictures depict the true look of streets in Lagos where people believe its a paradise going by what they read and hear on the radio and here in Nairaland.you mean LasSmelly and Lastraffic.currently am on a project in portharcourt the garden city and boy I can't believe I left all this Bole, the neat streets and beautiful faces to be in Lagos all this years for what?mehn am enjoying this town plus am in Owerri every weekend for fresh air,no time yet for LasShit |
Area_boy: oh STFU.. The man is there making millions and living the life and you are here covering his tracks because you are afraid of the "wrath". See why the white man could easily plunder our continent for centuries? Nonsense.I can feel your bitterness,we have not started yet,we are going to buy up the whole african continent and yonder(and we are doing it already) as the lord said in the scriptures "through prosperity shall my cities be spread abroad".I just pray you live to see it and believe to come out of your poverty, frustration and pain filled life which funny enough you think you are enjoying.christianity has changed,no longer the quiet apologectic poor fellows you knew and ridiculed,we are loud now, heard by presidents and rulers of nations(some of them kneeling in our alters) and we are just warming up!!hahaha ! |
logica: No matter how much money you steal, you can't just buy class.don't talk rubbish,do know governor chimes'pedigree?if you did you will shut up or say somthing else |
I have just these to ask all of you.how many years will you work for exxon mobil before you can earn enough to buy a property in ikoyi, banana island or lekki?was mobil, total, shell started by some1?wat if those guys had chosen rather to whine about unemployment?Nigerian government and system is so bad yet the richest black man in the whole world got made by that system.quit giving urself countless reasons y u can't make it or get a job and start seeing yourself equipped and talented enough to go to war against the system and conquer it.The CEOs of this world are not necessarily the smartest people(even though they always try to make you believe that),they are just people with the most guts or to be more specific the HARDEST BALLS.on the other hand the poorest people are usually the most fearful(not lazy or less intelligent as you've been made to believe),they r those who expect much from the system of the world just because they are born in it(they have the highest sense of entitlment).for those of you still undergraduates, take this from me,the world is your oyster, don't let anybody douse ur zeal with their tales of woe.if u r still an undergrad in an abroad school expecially in the western climes,do 1 thing for me(and urself),each time you walk into a building, open ur eyes and observe those things, designs, installations and services that r so different from what u were used to at home(those comforts that make jand, jand).make ur research from the manufactures to the installers on what it will take to replicate those things in nigeria(Nigeria has more money to spend than you can imagine).you might be lucky and find a company while making ur enquiries that will be willing to partner with ur new company(so long as you can convince them of a huge market in nigeria).come down to nigeria,do a small survey, come up with several proposals and quotes for prospective clients(you will find many of of the in ABJ and LAG,back your naturally expensive solutions with a china equivalent(you will always find many of them).submit hundreds of proposals and surely with a good sales pitch and your fake accent, you will land Purchase orders(ofcourse I don't need to teach about packaging a company, virtual offices and fronting after all ur foreign degree).what I just shared with you is a bit of what chinese, indians and even some europeans r doing in your own country(they r literally scampering to naija, most of whom don't care to pick the degrees you pay heavily in their country to collecty).again I repeat, without BALLs, you r in for a looooong thing complaining and whining your way through life.and for those who neither have GOD nor Man(not reliable) I have this to say sorry! |
Blyss: I told you so. We're taking oooooveeeerrrr!! We'er takinggg overrrrrrr!! Don't worry, we'll invest heavily in your puny economies to bring up to standard to make Essence greater profit on investment in the long run.sombody asked that we offer you damaturu&maiduguri right?well am making the offer official, come and take over!!!!!!blyss. They don'nt want you in Gabon so don't waste your time with em.just come to damaturu&yobe ,we even have a party waiting for you .don't tell me you are scared of us ![]() |
CAMEROONPRIDE: ^ u r the puta who runs away when I come in .what a coward. Lmao , shocked by one of your lame comments going by world bank ,ifm BAD and all others Bretton woods institutions they don't even compare both countries lmao, you uneducated akata your ignorance doesn't faze me one bit.Enough!whats wrong with you,are you a woman?you don'nt have to abuse the lady.just air your views and leave these street talk out of the thread or don'nt you have a sister, wife, mother, girlfriend at home?show some respect and manliness Mr,quit the insult. ![]() |
Dudu_Negro: its not about tribe. ibo people dey idumota. why fashola no kick em out, why nobody speak against them? because those ones came to lagos back when igbo was igbo. the monkeys shipping to lagos nowadays are not igbos......they are animals, pigs and nobody want pigs in his backyard.and you got 10 likes with this kind of statement.beleive me nigeria is not going anywere till we re-arrange the foundation of our existence together. |
MsDarkSkin: lol @ this oluchick...i respond after saying i am leaving TO people who wrote me yet she claims she won't respond to me AFTER she already did. lol. This character, she fails miserably to realize everything i said about her is in fact true. She is the mirror image of any bad seed AA on our side. She says african stereotypes are JUST STEREOTYPES created and forced down our throats by the white man yet this girl still proceeded to cosign to their stereotypes about AAs. Ok!!u don talk GBAM! B4 we maintain, now u con dey direct peson go yaba left.wit all dis bongo pidgin wey u dey spit u stil need ur own country 4?wen u fit pass for ijebu village gal,or u be one 4 real life con dey form AA make u for injure us? |
Blyss: Yeah, they'r talking about being proud to be African while at the same time totaling imitating Diasporas, BA and Caribbeans to be exact. Hilarious, stuff.don'nt be silly, most street and less enlightened touts all over the world africa included naturally imitate their brothers among AAs mostly cos they share a lot in common.and also for your information,Africans mostly love and admire their AA brothers until they get to meet them for real like Usher comming to nigeria and saying afro women smell, that tout rickross doing an obnoxious video of poor african children running after his money,50kobo getting into a fight with a local artists...and the list goes on(you comming on nairaland with your insulting propositions).then reality dawns on most that these guys have so been beaten up with a slavery, they don'nt know what it means to love and be proud of your father before your friends on your college graduation day though he came dressed in rags.Africa is not there yet for many reasons not unconnected to the west, but a real african always has his head above his shoulders,no apologies to anybody why i am the way i am,it's my life.anyways no need for the fights,if we can'nt love and accept each other, let's please respect the distance(Atlantic Ocean)between us cause we sure need it. |
vandarsar: Don't worry my xenophobic and tribal ibo man. They obviously won't tourch your f/u/c/king dry Biafra. |
kufre2010: This sound self centered to me. If they cannot associat with their brothers here in Africa then let them stay back there and continue facing the racial discrimination. We need employment let them come and build industries. We need their intelect to better the countries in Africa and not their seperate country. We need their experience they should not b selfish with it.sorry bro,you don'nt need all those things you mentioned from AAs,Africans in diaspora can give you all that far better than all AAs combined together. |
Blyss: A colony? Well if that means a piece of land maintained under the extended authority of the nation provided the land, then no.. that will not be in the interest of myself or any of the other AA I've spoken to about this issue. Full autonomy or nothing is what we'd desire. We offer you potiskum&damaturu all for free, make your pick.my advice is you guys should not turn it into another liberia or sierra leone cos we won'nt be comming for peacekeeping.but wait!@ the bolded,u sound like its ur right or maybe africans want you back?my advice, stay were you are,Africa might not be as welcome as you think. |
MsDarkSkin: yes this inbred coon did say that!! my eyes did not deceive me. sadly. not sure what makes you think AAs/Caribs owe you anything or need anything from you. Perhaps I woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning but this akata crap is getting old right now. You act like we came on the ships willingly or migrated west via plane. FOH. YES!! We are mixed! Blame your kind 600 years ago who sold each other out. We didn't ask to be here. No we don't have tribes--DON'T NEED THEM!! You all do and what has it done for you?! Are you not still in Oyinboland?! Not America..na UK you dey!! Na lie?! Oh ok!! As far as I am concerned you have nothing to do with central africa or us for that matter yet your obsession with anything "akata" continues. Anyway!! I wish any repatriate luck! People like Pagan9ja have completely turned me off as far as Africa is concerned. TBH. though i like this post frm the begining it made me cry a little... Buh the last part is not rational... So u want everyone to support the idea ryt? by the way akata is not an insult ... Red-Light:and AKATA REMAINS AKATA though am about to marry one. |
Blyss: Granted, such a venture will not be to every ones taste in the beginning, it'll take those with strong will, a goal and determination to pioneer the effort, and trust me when I tell you that their are many thousands of AA who have such embodiment.Critically examining the information you provided in the last paragragh,i would say it seems most AAs lack both identity and culture.Note, indigenous africans would find insulting and offensive your intentions to buy off a piece of their land just so you can be all by your self.In African culture,a pure breed african will be suspiciousof you if he offers you food as a visitor in his house and you reject it only to buy from vendors outside while still logding with him,he will sooner throw you out of his house. |
alakid: @All those calling northerners aboki, cattle, goats, illiterates etc, should know that they are just a bunch of local champions who have not crossed the Niger to explore the Vast greatness that is Northern Nigeria.the percentage that were not cut off with their throats slit open like ike ukonu and co,corpers that were serving their father land |
Demdem: No one is saying our past wasnt terrible. Due process wasnt carried out no doubt even if we had less igbos in the Army especially after the civil war. However because we didnt get it right in the past doesnt suggest it should continue like that for ever. When will the cycle end? is this the transformation the retardeen promised us?I agree with you,but for true change to come,we must first remove all imbalances e.g the southeast limping with 5 states while other zones have 6,some even 7 states. Now ignoring these imbalances while singing change and transformation is what I call hypocrisy. |
Segeggs: why do u want to give a million dollar offering?is not because u want more which shows how greedy u are?christians now think God is a money doubler...hahaha...hehehe ;Dwhy do u want to give a million dollar offering?is not because u want more which shows how greedy u are?christians now think God is a money doubler...hahaha...hehehenow let me teach u wat u dnt know.ur money represents ur sweat/ur time/ur life.giving it to God has always been an act of devotion and worship like when i sing dance and lift up hands in worship of him.i dont need money doubling cos he has taught me to create money myslf.nd i have brethen who hav given 10million dollers.in ur limited vision u see men of God but we see alters to offer up our sacrifices to our GOD.go read proverbs.3:9-10 words spoken by a wise nd rich ruler of men. |
