Jennyclay: Looking at the man's picture one could tell he was truly wicked to his children. These are the kind of men that would squander money in beer parlour but won't give their children money for school fees and up-keep
These are the kind of men that would squander money on ladies but won't give their wife money for food. And if the wife complains he would beat her up.
These are the kind of men that compare their children to other people's children whereas he's not making any effort to better the life of his own children.
For his children to have regretted having him as a father shows he did unspeakable things. His children were nice enough to attend his funeral. If I were to be in their shoes, I won't dare attend his funeral.
Stingy ko ko men everywhere!
What you don't know is bigger than you. Your submissions are based on mere assumptions. Until you interact with the children of the deceased, you have no moral compass to judge him.
Raising a child not to talk of children is not typing on nairaland. I could remember complaining to my childhood friend how my dad couldn't pay my school fees back in the days. The truth is that my dad had nothing but I always think he has. But now, I am better informed. My maturity coupled with being married has thought me a lot about life.
I can only say that the children of the deceased are very ungrateful to God and their deceased father. May God show them light when the time is ripe.

Fools are happy taking pictures in front of Chatham House but the country where all of them come from burns unquenchable. Nigerians in diaspora are killing the country.

udede: YES i have been married for about 10 years and my wife is in his early 30s. She doesn't want kids but I want them, and we have non. She refuses every medical test and diagnosis with flimsy excuses.
I need a second wife as soon as possible, some one that love kids and want to have them, I'm a Christian and an Igbo from Anambra but my denomination dosent oppose polygamy (polygny)
Please I will advice you as a married man and as a Catholic. If you are a catholic, annul your marriage by following catholic injunction on annulment and then take another wife who is comfortable with having children. Keeping your first wife under your roof is another hell on earth. You may not see it now but it will unleash in due course.
My kid sis is in pains. She's 21yrs. About a month ago, just out of nowhere, she started developing some kind of scales under her feet.. Initially, we thought it was nothing serious, and it would just go, so we kept applying Vaseline on her feet every night after pressing it with warm water...
But as time went on, it got worse and painful for her too... She cries every night.. It is almost as though she can't walk. The scales are strong and stubborn and now splitting to reveal some tiny wounds.. Guess that's why she is finding it painful..
Due to financial constraints, the few chemists i've taken her to don't seem to know the name or cause of what it is, talkmore of the cure.. It breaks me to see a grown girl go through so much pain but i'm stuck..
I'm hoping the Doctors here or anyone else with a simlar issue or experience can help proffer cure for her..
Pictures below were taken from last night...
Can your sister try vegetables and protein diets for straight one week? Add multivitamin, possibly effervescent kind. Quick recovery and God's healing!
heendrix: But a white mass shooter would be treated with kids glove while a traffic offender is being tased in the face, it's sickening tbh
Reason why I tell lotta folks travelling abroad is and would never be an achievement, you'd always be a 3rd class citizen and that's after the Chinese and Hispanics have claimed the 2nd
Mental health and vitals are underrated in Nigeria. This woman has been passing through a lot after the demise of her daughter. Unfortunately, she lost her life and a whole family crushed and buried in ashes. May your soul rest in perfect peace ma'am. Painful!
Honlucas: ASUU is a selfish body that should be disbanded...
wow so i made it to front page..
never give up keep grinding
Do you know what it means to have a PhD unfunded? A professor earning below 500,000 naira (allowance inclusive).
Classrooms designed to accommodate 20 students in the 80s is now meant to take 200 students. Salaries are stagnated and you think 50 million is ASUU's problem? You have update yourself.
GraciousGod190: I am 38 years old and have never had a girlfriend, never dated before. What I do is visit brothel and back to my house, this habit have been with me since I was a young boy and sometimes I envy those people who actually talk about their ex.
You see it's not like I can't get a girl but I have one physical problem that's keeping them away from me, some only tag along because of my money. But when I stop giving them, they stop coming close.
Some cover their nose when I try gisting them, one even insulted me that I get mind o, to open my smelling mouth to gist her.
This is getting suicidal, the funny thing is I always join people to jubilate that "THOSE WHO DONT HAVE GIRLFRIEND HAS PEACE OF MIND" but deep inside me I know am a reject and I wished I had one.
As for my physical deformity have tried everything but its seems not to work. I'm feeling suicidal, loneliness every night and day.
After dressing nice wearing good perfumes, The thing is once I open my mouth and they see my teeth, it's over.. because of that I try as much to be on my own to avoid insult.
These ones don't understand what is going on. Nigeria shutdown education system and reopens whenever they are serious. How can a PhD holder who lectures in Nigeria struggle to do his own research? A research outcome that will be used to teach students. PhD holder living on meager salary and always trips to the bank for loans. No incentives, no benefits. What are you working for?
Jakumo: A couple of videos have surfaced showing Mad Vlad Putin afflicted with a very serious tremor that causes his hands to shake and quake uncontrollably. The lunatic tyrant does his desperate best to try and conceal the violent shaking of his hands by holding on to his jacket or to his infamous 50-foot long table where he welcomes guests are seated at the far end of the ridiculously long table.
In this first video clip, the demented tyrant Putin is welcoming fellow Lithuanian dictator Luthechenko. Watch the first few seconds of the 30-second clip, and note how Putin's right hand flutters in the air like the wingbeats of a headless chicken, before he hurriedly grips his jacket to conceal the prominent tremor. Notice also the way Putin walks with a very uncoordinated gait that reminds one of the way stroke sufferers walk. These are both telltale signs of a man who is SERIOUSLY ill, and therefore EXTREMELY dangerous in that he has little to lose if he takes the insane option of ending the world in a series of nuclear blasts so as to preempt his own impending death.
In the second video clip evidently filmed during the same meeting with fellow tyrant Luthechenko, note how Putin's legs dance about uncontrollably as he sits in his chair. Contrast that unnatural fidgety look with the steady and still posture of Putin's visitor in his chair, and it doe not take a neurologist to see clearly that Putin is suffering from some sort of degenerative disease, or possibly even from a neurotoxic poison that has been administered to him in a bid to assist him on the journey to join his ancestors before he gets a chance to start WW3.
So then, pellow kwantirimans, what is your opinion? Does Putin have Parkinson's Disease or Alzheimer's Disease, or has the man been poisoned by those close to him who have become worried about Putin's escalating insanity as evidenced by his senseless genocide in Ukraine?
President of Belarus not Lithuania. Putin is always happy seeing Alexander. Don't take this video for anything serious. Checkout Putin relationship with Alexander.
Extreme climate event is a cycle and hasn't gotten to African subcontinent. Although, those near the equator will be experiencing intense heat at this time. Climate is not stationary. It will be triggered soon. Temperature is increasing in Nigeria upto global level.
Milli10: I was in a barber shop yesterday, and one middle aged man was just regretfully telling his story on how sex and women was the reason behind his setbacks. According to him, he had himself established before the age of 24, until he started his philandering lifestyle.
Is there any possible way sex could be a reason for someone's downfall and setbacks?
Or does it mean that some women bring bad lucks after having sex with them?
Sex is generic and contextual. Is the guy married? Then if not, he is into fornication and if yes, that’s adultery. The bible condemns both indulgence. From that point of view, the guy is aware of his sins and adjudges his mind based on random reasoning. It is possible that his present predicament could be linked to fornication or adultery; which ever applies. However, he should be aware of the power of atonement if he decides to pour out his heart to our Lord. Tell him to stop living in the illusion of his mind and seek redress to his problems.
janejjjjj5000: Please, I don't want to be judged. My husband is a good man. We have been married for 14 years. I am 33 years old. He is 39 years old. We have 4 kids - 3 girls and 1 boy. He has never cheated on me. Right from day 1, he has been very open. He is not the type of husband that locks phone and all of that. But I am tired. He has the habit of flaring up around the children and I don't like it. I don't want my kids to be damaged. I know some will say no marriage is perfect but at this point, I don't even want marriage again. I just want to be free and single and look after my kids. I am tired.
Anytime we have an argument, he always talks about how he did this and that for me. In front of the children. I don't want this kind of life. He hardly gets angry, maybe twice or thrice in a year but when he does, he does not have the sense to know he should not be doing it in front of the kids. He apologizes to them and to me but I am done.
He has no other issue apart from this. He has never beaten me or anything but I am tired. Overall he is a good husband to be fair and honest but I can no longer deal with this. I prefer to be single and free than deal with this rubbish.
I feel like pouring out my heart.
If you are looking to get advice from this forum, it would be when you have finally left your marriage. That said, your life is yours. Leave a man who gets angry thrice in a year. I can advice you as a married but it is not necessary since you have decided to bow
