Good morning my Ogas here.

Please I will like to know if using 7k fuel for 299km journey is okay (fuel gauge light came on due to not getting filling station in time)…( or my car 04 Corolla sport ) consumes fuel a lot.

Dats Lagos to Ibadan to and from (approximately), menh 7k is too much, last time I went to Ibadan I used 5k fuel to and fro, full Ac, and I even went to Jericho side, to sango, to Iwo road b4 facing IB and in Lagos I went to Jakande, b4 entering mainland back... Ur motto don chop like 2k fuel....Mine was 05 Corolla

He is just being immature, (probably)deranged and could be suffering from one syndrome I can't really figure out.
Just the way and manner some id*ot make prank calls on toll free lines to fire service and ambulances, people do such for rides also. I wonder why?

Mind you, these hustle requires a whole lot of cognitive skills, loads of intuition, ingenuity and logic...

Examples:

If a rider calls and says: "Ògá where are you now" grin
Assumption: be rest assured you're going to pick up an olosho...
Note: there's nothing wrong with olosho, they can be good & bad

If a rider calls and says: "hello, good afternoon Mr BAZOO" - calls your exact name
Assumption: be assured, you're picking up a well discern individual.

If you had to call a rider after 5-10mins: he/she is not really bothered about the ride, you can decide to cancel and he/she would reorder. So is left for you to either go or not...

If a rider calls and says: "baba where you dey now, we've been waiting for youuuuuuuuuuu
Assumption: you're picking up an OG, full of energy, has no time to waste, probably he has ref on or Colorado grin he might not pay full fare or transaction might not sail thru...lol

The best rider : A rider who request, chats and monitors you on the app and he/she is right in front of you as your car approaches - unfortunately... these set of people are mostly the Chinese ,to a large extent foreigners and they are fewer in numbers...

Dose fewer numbers, I am part of them.

Talking about some stupid drivers who believe that provided they're in front either left or right side of the road and a car is behind them then they've the right to change lane just anyhow after trafficating without minding how close the car behind is to them.

In my over 17yrs of driving around Nigeria I've observed and have found out that this is one of the most common cause of road accidents in Lagos and across the country and the worst of it is that the foolish driver when being hit by the car behind will down to claim right he's in front with words like, didn't you see my traficator? Na I hit me for back? All sort of nonsense.

Now, this is the road safety rule. If you're driving on the highway and want to change lane you must first,

trafficate to the side you desire to change lane to

Before you change lane after trafficating you must allow a distance of at least 100m away between you and the car behind the lane you desire to change to.

Permission is needed to be granted first by the driver behind before you enter his lane especially in a close range say less than 50meters otherwise don't enter.

Now, should you do all of these without following the rules and an accident occurs the driver in front bares the cost of repairs of both vehicles or accident victims.

Ring it, right of way rule!!!

@Chillex...IJGB is booking me to Enugu, I told him 100k. He is asking why so expensive, I said it's 2dyas work, fuel, maintainance and security concerns has been factored. Then I asked him why is he not flying...isn't he hearing the East and d roads aren't safe? Well, I went further to tell him that by Xmas time I will be Netting minimum 30k daily so 100k Gross to Enugu is not even negotiable.

So guys as the season arrives, and those interstate trips are offered to u,
1. Make sure u know who u r carrying and let them know u have informed your family and friends of the trip.
2. Charge double or triple what u will ordinarily make in the hours u r spending on the trip. Or else u stay in town jeje.
3. Don't bulge with ur pricing, don't enter highway for peanuts, the risk is high so u should have a good boofer.
4. Keep your car in prestine condition, that trip can come anytime.

Was it because he mentioned transfer that's why they gave him that response?
What if he said Rider paid only N1,500 out of the total fare because that's what she could afford, what do u think the response would have been??

For me, I think they should even compensate when u are deceived or scammed because u trusted and respected the rider.
If it's a case of you letting Rider go because they didn't have enough cash, then coming to complain to Uber. I can even understand that they tell u they can't help u cos u used ur church mind to let them go.
In any case it's very unprofessional for them to tell us we are solely responsible for collection of fares. When they have taken commission of the fare already.

The 3 times,I don see dat kind of message was web transferred was mentioned.... Unless You wanna say otherwise

I have reported already and they said there's nothing they can do.

I said she promised to transfer... Maybe, that's where I erred. I don't know they don't attend to transfer scams

Transfer is not a method a payment, is either cash or Card... Next time maintain between the two

I carried this fat pig from Lagos Island to Morocco in Shomolu on Uber. Trip ended 3200. She gave me 1500 that she will transfer the 1700 to me and collected my account number.

I called her later and she said she would send the money. Right now, she isn't picking my calls.

Anyone that can assist should please help me call her.

I am putting her number here. Even if I did not get my money back, her number should be noted as that of a scammer.

Here's her number 08182082552

Uber can block you for this, so far na UBer unless dem don change, which I seriously doubt, just report the case on UBer, and tell dem, she ran away with d remaining balance ( Don't say Transfer oo) ,

B4 24 hours You will get Ur balance back...

I have previously said that I hardly believe what people post online.
It's obvious that all was not well due to the long absence, now he suddenly came out to post 2016 dashboard, who is he fooling?
Who doesn't know moove uses more of 2016 corolla cars, yet he foolishly posted it without sense and shame?

Earnings dashboard can be gotten from so many groups which he could have been doing all these and still foolishly came back to do. MOFO!

Can you do an inspection on behalf of someone...

(A)Take the vehicle to inspection centre for him

(B) Get his/her document registered

The Driver's eloquence is not so impressive, but has vast knowledge about Lagos roads network

Inspection is not like Driver's license dat is attached to a name, inspection is attached to the car, so U can help as many peeps as you want to do inspection for them.

Valid thins include d car in good shape

Ur email address to receive the report

Your inspection fee.

After that give d person dat wants to use d vehicle the inspection report and let him/her upload accordingly
