Port Harcourt airport should have been named after a SS indegene, since all the airport in the north and sw were named after prominent men from the region why not the SS too, why always political leaders? Reacting to your submission, I only have a bit disagreement with item 2;

Item 2, where you stated that you will annul the election for the inec's compromise, even without the ability to establish the fact that it was compromised by tinubu or apc, it's co respondents....anyway, I think it will be unfair to annul the whole election without establishing a case of compromise by Tinubu.
Moreso, there's an alternative way of transmitting the result which was the traditional manual conveyance, I think it's fair to settle for that, if they are reliable instead of allowing the laxity of inec (even if found wanting) to deny the declared winner his victory.

as for me if I were the judge, I would look to through the evidence of discrepancy on polling unit forms submitted if I notice a large percentage of discrepancy that the electoral body cannot account for it's cause. 2 it was also claimed that there was not server crash by LP expert as a judge I would do an independent review if truly there was a server crash that allowed house of assembly elections to be uploaded on the same day that the presidential elections were held, if I can confirm that for a fact there was no server crash nationwide, as inec had claimed then my verdict on this is that the electoral body has been highly compromised, while it does not automatically indict tinubu, or vindicate obi or atiku, it is enough reason for me as a judge to annul the election. 3 if obi or atiku can prove that their vote were intentionally tampered with eg rivers state)/ opio akpor which even apc supporters have agreed on was rigged I would summon the polling agent or electoral officer and indict them for fraud and sentence them, a plea deal and immunity would be offered if they can coperate and indict who they worked for then they can go free if after all this and I see that the conspiracy goes really high, then of course they also will be on trial. For my final verdict for the election would have to be annulled, 2 if a paperwork review of the ctc forms and others presented by obi and atiku shows he won then I would declared him the winner. Otherwise the election would still be cancelled not necessarily because of apc but because inec was obviously compromised.

I asked the same question too, I know it doesn't make sense for someone to submit a fake when you supposedly have the original, my reply was not to pass a verdict weather tinubu graduated or not, it was just to clarify that hundeyin's point of argunment is against the result submitted being fakeand not weather he graduated or not.

I think he did it just to secure and fast track his US citizenship application, by proving total loyalty to the us, It can help him secure his us citizenship application faster, sometimes I think not all who are eligible for us citizenship gets it, they have to go through some legal hurdles to finally get it, but renouncing your other citizenship may just assist in getting it, I think that is what played out here, even though it is not a requirement.

yes voluntarily acquiring citizenship may not be a ground my guess is this, you know some people could be so desperate to secure us citizenship and sometimes I think the govt may decline your citizenship application, so just to make the approval secure by declining your citizenship it may help you secure your American citizenship, I think that is what he did, he renounced his, just to prove loyalty to the us to fast track his citizenship application, just my take.

The Hamzat naturalization argument is mere distraction and empty noise. That a Nigerian whose citizenship is by birth cannot lose the rights of a citizen is a settled case. Funny enough, the precedent was even in a case involving LP.

acquiring a British citizenship a renouncing your citizenship are two different issues, I don't know about the saraki case but I know people who hold dual citizenship, but in this case he renounced his there is a strong difference between both scenerio.

With subsidy removal which proceeds can be redirected into education, healthcare and infrastructural development.

Deregulating fuel importation which will eliminate scarcity and create healthy competition.

Naira devaluation and dollar deregulation will strengthen the Naira.

subsidy removal will generate more revenue for the govt, weather it will be 100 percent invested into education, healthcare is another thing entirely, until then I think it is too early to start singing praises honestly, yes policies can be commended, but we are already used to policies without positive effect, btw, buhari also started like this eight years after he became the worst ever.
