JosephXavier:But when they bring sad news about Osun and Oyo, you have no qualms with it. |
techmo:Who told you an impeached elected official can't recontest? What about Fayose of Ekiti state that was impeached in his first term in 2006 and returned to be elected governor in 2014. Cross-check your facts next time. |
fergie001:Remainder 3 apart from those 9 havent made their stand known. Out of those 9, some will shift ground soon when money exchange hands. |
Haustyne:As in you know of anyone/people personally that had OND SLT and got admission through DE to UNN? Aside the DE result and O'Level requirements, what other things do you require for the DE, any form of Post Utme exams like entering through Utme? Thanks |
Vecto:Hello bro, just checking on you to ask if you were able to secure MLS admission D.E with OND SLT and which school? |
Ramwab94:Please I need to confirm this for my kid sister. She had Distinction (OND) in SLT. Are you certain she can get Direct entry admission for MLS, and which school do you know allow this cos I didn't see any school state this explicitly in the Jamb brochure. Thanks. |
SLAP44:I know believe some of you here are kids that just make comments for the fun of it. A man installed his stooge, Ikpeazu as governor and also made his son speaker of the house of assembly, and you say there's no Godfatherism in Igbo land.. Do you have any brain cells at all? |
Asgard13:See how foolish you sound. I guess you see Yoruba in your dreams everyday. This post clearly states the source of this news as The Sun newspaper, owned by an Igbo man but all your empty head can process is Yoruba.. Mumu |
uunwanaobong3:On what basis do you think De Bruyne be crowned EPL player ahead of the likes of Mane or any other top player from Liverpool this season? What did he do spectacularly ahead of other players in the EPL/ EPL history that even without winning the league he should be crowned EPL player of the year? Was it number of goals, assists or what exactly please? You're making reference to Salah winning in 2018 that he is not deserving of it. Salah did something no other player had done in EPL history, not even CR7 when he won World best with Man Utd. He scored 32 EPL goals. The highest ever in the EPL over 38 matches. You feel someone that made such record isn't deserving of such award? |
Just because of one match last night where Man City beat a Liverpool team that lacked motivation as they have won the league and De Bruyne was superb in that match, y'all think that should make him EPL player of the year automatically ahead of Mane for a league that each team play 38 matches. How many goals did De Bruyne score in this season's EPL? Come off it. |
AerialMapper:You claim someone raped you the first time because you were drunk and didn't give consent. How come she agreed to have sex the second time when not drunk with same guy that she claimed "raped" her? Doesn't that sound stupid to you. Victims of real rape tend to despise their rapists and try as much to avoid them, but this one even went for another round of sex afterwards. |
ajailer:You're funny.. Ronaldo reached 700 goals in October last year after playing 112 more matches than Messi. ( Ronaldo - 700 goals in 974 matches (0.72 goals per game ratio), Messi - 700 goals in 862 matches (0.81 goals per game ratio)). We're not even talking about assists now cos Ronaldo can't even come any close. If you know anything about Maths, then you would know who is the baba. |
einsteino:He should be 29. Just overindulgence in hard substances made him appear older. |
oyeb15:Lol, you're mentioning someone who was governor in the 3rd republic, left there 1983, almost 40 years ago. |
Karlifate:Add Eyitayo Jegede (SAN) of PDP. |
Ogbuu101:When they voted for Aketi for the first term he's enjoying now against an incumbent PDP, didn't they know his wife was Igbo? Ondos are unarguably the most detribalized Yorubas. Stop talking about the politics of a place you know nothing about. |
oyeb15:How is 8 years meant for Akoko? Adefarati from Akoko used 4 years and left there in 2003 and you want power to return there so fast? Is Ondo North only about Akokos. So people of Owo and Ose should fold their hands and allow only Akokos play Ondo North politics. |
pstar234:How true is this? |
Gentle0wavez:What's traumatic about "No longer at ease"? |
MrPolitics:That's just unnecessary excuse. You don't continue fighting someone even in death. They don't have to wait to be formally informed of his death, this is a family grieving. No one in this country would claim ignorance of the death of Ajimobi immediately it was announced, how much more his state governor who's his successor. |
Villagemeat:How many people are worshipping him. The Afeniferes, people from Oyo, Ondo and Ekiti resisting his imposition, are they not Yorubas also? You guys should stop this constant general insult of Yorubas because of some people that follow Tinubu. |
fergie001:Don't mind Tinubu and his winner-takes-it-all mentality. That's what he's trying to export to the national scene that has got his fingers burnt now. Imagine the level of marginalization of my Lagos West zone. We are only good for deputy governorship. Its so shameful to even think the Senator representing Lagos West now, Adeola Yayi, is an Ogun state indigene that has no affiliation whatsoever with Lagos West. He was born in Island and grew up in Alimosho, all in Lagos central. |
Macphenson:You're very predictable. I know you would come up with the rigging excuse. That's why I preempted you. You are an empty skull to think someone would rig himself into power for 16 years running, rig for his successor for 8 years, them rig for his son to be HoA multiple times and then rig him to be speaker, even when he doesn't enjoy federal might. You easily rig when the machinery of state- the Police and other law enforcement agents controlled by the FG are supporting you. You think the APC federal govt would continuously rig for Theodore and his stooges or make it so easy for them to rig? The only way to win outside that is when people troop out to vote for you such that it would be difficult to rig you out. That's what Theodore enjoys. Yet an empty numbskull like you will come here to insult Yorubas when Theodore is enjoying your common patrimony in Abia, but Tinubu will always be your problem. Mumu mentioning Imo as a case study. You're a dull student of critical reasoning, giving unconnected analogy. If Hope had won at the ballot through rigging like you claimed Theodore and his stooges has been doing, that's when you can cite such an example of rigging. Dumb idiot. Its a waste of time bandying words with you. |
Macphenson:Shut your trap. You don't defend him, you throw him sachet water yet you gifted him two terms as a governor, still rewarded him further as a senator. He's spending his second consecutive term there too. His equally incompetent stooge Ikpeazu is enjoying second term as governor too while his son is the speaker of your house of Assembly. What servitude can be more than this, yet you open your mouth to insult Yorubas always because of Tinubu as you are already doing now even though Tinubu is resisted in Yoruba states like Oyo, Ondo and Ekiti. You see Tinubu as the reason for the underdevelopment in your state and Nigeria even though he doesn't hold any elective position. I know what your defense will be, that Theodore Orji rigs himself in, Abia people didn't vote for him. Is it aliens that voted for him? Did he also rig for Ikpeazu both first and second, and also rig his son in. Why couldn't PDP rig in themselves in a place like Anambra if its easy to rig. Even with APC federal might, he's still running Abia Politics yet you people claim hate him and didn't vote him and his stooges. You feel others are fool right? |
gentlestdude:Which bush in Ondo state are you in,that there is no light for 3 days because of rain? |
Nigerians truly deserve the kind of leaders they get. Imagine talking about people you respect/idolize and folks here are mentioning the likes of Sani Abacha (the dictator whose loots is still being recovered over 20 years since he died) Deziani Maduekwe (A woman who plundered the nation's oil revenuen so much that she has to be on the run since she left her position) and Peter Odili( who had to secure a perpetual injunction from being investigated for the loots he stole while being a governor, through the help of his wife). What do you expect from youths who idolize these kinds of people. |
Minjim:What is it about then? You can choose to appeal or not. Thank God he is in PDP now and would be given the ticket. Do you think PDP will be stupid to give him the ticket if they know he's guilty. |
Gregorian2020:You're just being emotional. Does what you're saying sound reasonable in your ears, saying Obaseki submitted an unacceptable result. Is it his O'Level result or the UI certificate that is unacceptable, Mr. INEC? And is it APC that it's unacceptable to? Has APC become a University where you have to get 5 credits to contest for governorship? What makes an O'Level result unacceptable for governorship election in Nigeria? An O'Level result with 3 credits? Is that what the constitution and electoral law say about the minimum qualification for contesting in the governorship election? If you cannot answer these questions dispassionately, don't bother replying me as you have some learning to do on eligibility of electoral candidates according to the Nigerian constitution which is supreme. Asking me if it's the school that comes for defence where you apply for a job. So you don't know organization do results verification for candidates before employing them. It is not in the candidate's place to prove if the result he submitted for job application is genuine or fake. The organization takes that responsibility up. |
Gregorian2020:That question is not for Obaseki to answer but UI. UI decided to give him admission despite the 3 credits. Do you even know the admission requirements into Universities in the 70s when Obaseki got into UI? You said it yourself that the education of then is different from that of now. Do you know the current Chief Justice of Nigeria, Tanko Muhammad case is exactly same as Obaseki and happened same period but different University. His was ABU. Do you know he also got 3 credits, no English and Maths, and was admitted to study Law. Do you think it's a coincidence. What should that tell you about admission then? |
chocolatelady:I can't speak for UI but you'd be mistaken if you think the requirements for admission into Universities in the 70s where minority study up to University level is the same as we have now when competition for places is very fierce. Do you know the current CJN Tanko Muhammad had only 3 credits too, no English and Maths, same as Obaseki and he was admitted to study Law in ABU, same period as Obaseki in UI in the 70s. Two different Universities. What should that tell you? Go and investigate about admission processes in Nigeria in the 70s before trying to use what is obtainable during your time where there is UTME for them. |
Minjim:What are you talking about. Please provide me the evidence this man faked admission. Will you fake admission and also fake graduation at the same time and the same University will come out to defend you that you graduated genuinely? So you don't know Universities do verification of O'Level results during registration as a fresher and also before you graduate. Or you haven't heard of cases people were expelled from the University some at their final year because of deficient/forged O'Level result? If he had faked the O'Level, UI would have caught him before allowing him graduate. Have you heard about something in law that the burden of proof is on the accuser? It is not in Obaseki's place to prove to you whether the certificates he has are fake or not. He believes they are genuine that's why he's parading them. It is you who is accusing him of faking them that should provide evidence for your claim else he's liable of suing you libel and defamation. Let's be guided please. |
