FarahAideed:The below might give an insight into your question. I am not saying they don't have a right to place any cost they deem fit on their property, but if they properties are reasonably priced, some middle-class people will not be dragging low priced houses with low-income earners. Just a thought though. ULSHERLAN: |
This kind of talk has led many a men to depression and early grave. Sometimes sef, the guys ladies call broke are even doing better than the ladies' father's. I'm not saying men should not put in efforts, but hey, if a lady feels a guy is not doing enough per standards she's laid down for a 'man', why bother insulting or putting the man down? Just move it along, what you consider poison is another's meat. |
The gesture, though a good one, was done at the wrong time. Today is Thursday, most markets/traders do not go to the places of trade till 10am, automatically the people who patronise them too don't bother going out on time, so traffic is usually less on Thursday mornings. If they really need to have the study done properly, they should have the access gates opened within same time frame on a Monday. |
Wait o, na she dem rape whey she dey say "...you've got my back!"? Ayam confused. ![]() |
Engrjj:Even before you say it, people are already doing so, calling the woman names (which is stereotypical of a rape case and why so many of them don't even bother talking in the first place and pretend all is well just to cover up). I'm not saying it is true or not, but the allegations should be investigated and whatever the truth is should be revealed. As for the bolded, the answer no hard na, "Fat-Oyinbo", abi e no make sense? ![]() Don't mind me, just faffing around, the name sounds like "Ifa-to-oyinbo" literally meaning "Ifa (Oracle) equates to the Oyinbo (white man)", may be wrong though, just used my small elementary Yoruba language skill to try make sense of the name. |
9jvirgin:Care to explain, I'm interested in this discuss. |
S3X and good movie |
poseidon12:Email notifications are also instant and I always get alert. So if my SIM is compromised, there is no way for the fraudster to know what I have as balance, nor would he be able to get any SMS from the bank expect for tokens and other general messages sent; and for him to get to the level where he would get a token code, he has to know my user ID and/or card PAN, my full name, password and card expiry date. Even if you get sms notification, the deed would already have been done, so there is little or nothing you can do at that point. |
This is one of the reasons I disabled the phone banking thing and SMS alert on my account for more than 5years now. I also keep all my money in an account without ATM access, I only move money to the account with ATM access when needed. One can't be too careful when it comes to money security, especially in our digital age. |
I hope she does not cost the poor security guard his job with her fake life. ![]() |

ikorodureporta:They are mad if they insist that they spend N450.00 per meal; why I say so is because that would amount to N1,350.00 in a day and N40,500.00 in 30 days (a month), meanwhile they only just recently approved N30,000.00 as minimum wage for people who work to generate these monies they use to feed the prisoners. So, to be law-abiding and hardworking in this country is a crime? Even if they insist that they spend N450 for the 3 meals in a day, that would amount to N13,500.00 in a month and I know some people who do not earn that much in a month. Our leaders are heartless and some of us who enable them are no different. Kai! |
Tattooboy:Obviously he can't come back for a next time. |
I can relate to this. Borrowed some cash on behalf of a family member last year September because he had an emergency. The money was supposed to be paid back in October; fast forward to February, the money was yet to be paid and the person I borrowed the money from had an emergency too, so I had to use the money I got from selling my car and another one I got from another source to pay the original lender (even though her dad died despite everything) Before I paid the money, I told the family member I got the money for that the fund I'm using to pay back was meant for me to replace the car I sold and he said it won't go beyond 1st week in March. Right now, he doesn't even call or text me and I still don't have a car. I went all out for him because he had borrowed in the past and paid back, there was nothing to indicate he would treat the last transaction like this. A transaction that was supposed to be closed out within 1 month is 7 months old now and counting, with no end I sight. It is well. |
joseph6071:B Haba, this picture is staged na. I've read something about this 2 years ago (check hoax or fact) and this image has been circulating on the web for a while now.

Can you give me an idea how much it would cost to pick me up at Enugu Airport and take me to Abakaliki on the 24th? |
IamHeWrites:I don't get it. Would they be using tasers or rubber bullets? |
comshots:Same reason NPF/SARS kill with impunity: Incompetence This is not the first time this is happening and what did they learn from the last incident before this? Nothing. Intelligence gathering, zero. But if na to catch people with tattoos and tinted hair, our people go sabi carry first for that one. |
That means Nigeria has been separated from the world cos ours is still working. No wonder NPF just dey kill people anyhow and nothing dey happen |
As funny as this sound, this is serious: A young man identified as Azeez Morufu, was caught while allegedly collecting money from an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) without using naira MasterCard, popularly known as ‘ATM card’ in Ibadan, the Oyo state capital on Tuesday. Our correspondent gathered that Morufu was caught early Tuesday at ATM points of one of the new generation banks beside the Ibadan zonal headquarters of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) on Oba Adebimpe Road, Dugbe. A source told our correspondent that the suspect was caught when a passer-by saw him with a huge amount of money at the machine. He added that Morufu who made some confessions after he was caught said he has a code he always input on the ATM to dispense without a card. An eye witness, who drew the attention of others to the scene, explained that she became suspicious when she noticed the young man in dirty clothes was withdrawing huge amount from the ATM. She said that the suspect has, however, been handed over to police from the Iyaganku division. However, all efforts made by DAILY POST to get the reaction of the spokesman of the state police command, Mr. Olugbenga Fadeyi proved abortive as at the time of filling this report. Several calls put through Fadeyi’s line were not answered while an SMS sent to him asking him (Fadeyi) to respond has not been replied. Source: dailypost.ng/2019/04/09/man-caught-withdrawing-money-without-atm-card-ibadan |
SunnyskyTG:Le Presido and he is on vacation, sir! |
I bow for these crop of journalists we have in Nigeria now. The killing was "alleged" but the person killed was not "alleged to be" but was a "confirmed Yahoo boy". Like we don't know that SARS can kill the Pope and tag him a Yahoo boy just for the narrative to favour them. |
I can't, she died 8 years ago |
