I greet you all in the language you could understand. Pls I seek advice and guidance, if it is attainable to get a scholarship in any university in Luxembourg (like Japa escape route) . With a budget of 4 million dot( nothing to add and nothing to minus). In case, if the budget is slim, pls can you guys suggest country any country with low tution fee or easy to get scholarship countries. (Europe or Asia). Even if it is Sweden or anything in Europe or good countries in Asia. Forget language barrier, I can can burn candle midnights just to master any language then when I transit, I furnished the mastery. So far I have Germany, Luxembourg or Sweden. I need your ideas guys, remember 4 million budget. Advice me well. Don't tell me to start business in Nigeria and don't tell me to go online and research. I need to narrow my research from your ideas then I pick it up from there. I hate attention. just your advice pls.

Well, with the current exchange rate, #4Mil is just a lil bit above $5k dols...If you are to go on study route to any of the EU/Schengen Countries, the amount will be too little to cover your expenses, However, I could suggest a place like Lithuania, Turkey, Latvia and few others...

That's not true... he could write an email directly to the French embassy here in Nigeria referencing the application number and URN, and the email will be treated accordingly. I'm a living witness.

The crucial part is writing a convincing appeal email with genuine intentions and the refusal will be overturned.

Could you please share a template of a standard appeal letter that could be used as a guideline and also the email address the mail would be sent to, the application was made in the French Embassy in Abuja and it's the usual reason of justification of intended stay was not reliable...Thank you...

thank you very much. I found out the reason for my denial. How long should you wait after getting a visa refusal before you can apply again

As far as the refusal letter didn't state to re-apply after a certain period, of course you can re-apply almost immediately especially for Students but try to fix the reason behind the refusal in the first place...

Or should I open a new account and then fund it with the N6m and use it for proof of funds?

There is no need for these as you wouldn't have enough time to build and run the account for the specific period of 3-6months...

Guys please ,
I'm applying for a student long stay visa for France.

I am required to show at least N4.5m as proof of funds for my application.

The problem is that I'm using my elder brother as a sponsor though he has a very active account which he uses for business but the current balance is not up to N2m. I plan on using other agencies that offer POF services to get the balance to N6m so that if business money comes in it can go up to N7m - N10m in total and eventually when business cost is settled the N6m plus profit will still be there.

You understand what I'm saying?

I would like to hear from you, your opinion whether if this is a wise decision?

I plan on applying for the visa 1st week of September.

It is a wise decision!

Hello House...I tried to fill the form @ d France Website this morning https://france-visas.gouv.fr/web/france-visas/ and the site reads, Site on Maintenance...Who else has experienced this lately and how much is the VFS fee for booking appointment please...

Also, is it a must to fill the Form before proceeding for VFS Appointment or I can book an appointment and later fill the form once the Site is back and finally, is there any other form to be filled in hard copy such as the "Application for Schengen Visa Form"?

Thanks as I await your feedback as soon as possible...

So if person wants to go to the main Cyprus he won't be given Visa?

Is the northern certificate recognize worldwide?

Of course you will be given Visa if you have the right documents for the Southern part it's just that, it's more difficult than the North as it's recognized!

For the Certificate aspect, it is recognized as I currently hold a degree from Eastern Meditarranean University in 2011 North cyprus and with it, also done my Master's!
