CareerRe: How Well Do You Like Your Job? by shilling(f): 9:41pm On Feb 04, 2010
My school jobs rock!!! I get to meet tons of people in my first. My 2nd is almost perfect, I "work" on weekends (mid-day), practically sitting for 3 hours doing homework grin
BusinessRe: My Application For Foreign Transaction Was Refused Because I'm A Nigerian by shilling(f): 9:38pm On Feb 04, 2010
Not new, when I applied for my student visa a couple of years ago, I fed in my info into Dept of Homeland Security's website and I was immediately told that I couldn't pay my 1-20 fee online., and I wasn't even in Nigeria - bummer!!!
BusinessRe: I Want To Go In To Blogging.is It Worth It by shilling(f): 9:35pm On Feb 04, 2010
If you mean "worth it" in terms of money, it could be. Depends on how popular you are online at the end of the day, tons of people make money off youtube.

But, if you're really serious about blogging, I guess you have to be patient, don't expect your blog to get thousands of hits overnight, unless a miracle happens of course. Good luck with that!!!
RomanceRe: thanks for the opinions by shilling(f): 9:29pm On Feb 04, 2010
Nope, it depends on the type of photos you put up there, and you said there's nothing indecent, so I guess that's okay. Your bro is prob not really aware of these things, and is worried about you.

Yep, in most cases, the number of photos you have on FB reflects how long you've been there., and how addicted you are.

The safest city in SA is Port Elizabeth, and it has one of the most friendliest people on earth.
PE's good., probably your best bet. Cape Town, maybe.

Check the South African tourism website if you realy want to visit RSA.
Dude, seriously??!! The only reason a person should visit SA is for the World Cup. I have done my fair share of travel around the world, I have witnessed different cultures, lived in SA for a bit (4 years), and the South African blacks are the most xenophobic & uncongenial people I have ever met in my life, Botswana comes in a close 2nd.  Zim, Malawi, Zambia, Angola, Namibia - surprisingly different. It's really baffling, and I've never stop wondering why the 2 countries are so different. I really wonder what's missing.
This is the ugly neighbourhood or slums of South Africa. Its equivalent to some of the suburbs in Nigeria.
Riiiiiiiiight. What's with the denial? We both know you're lying here. Of course Soweto has some okay houses, but most of Soweto is a slum. You sound like you've never been there before.  angry Gosh

I think South Africa played a very meaningful part in shaping the current Nigeria, and for Nigeria to develop further they need South Africa and it's companies,I am not saying this in a arrogant way, hope you understand.
I'm sure you'll agree that it is has been quite reciprocal considering all we did for your xenophobic country during apartheid.

No country is perfect, and my time in SA contributed in making me who I am today. SA rocks., sometimes.  tongue

I totally understand that, I'm in ND, a few hours away from Canada.

I'm wondering why it's really important to live in a city with a significant black population. I'm in ND, few blacks, haven't experienced racism., yet.

So, you could come to North Dakota. ND is one of the few states that haven't been hit bad by the recession, with estimates of about $1.2 billion budget surplus. It's freaking cold, but you'll live.

Please House, I need your help. Im a fresh graduate of Medicine & Surgery from UNN, and I intend specializing in my medical field in the U.S.A, But Im kind of new to all the procedures involved in studying in the U.S. Pls can someone help me in outlining the exams and procedures I 'll have to take here, pls sum1 should come to my aid. God bless you as you do so Thanks. Heres also my mail: Tunacer@yahoo.com
About exams, you don't need the SAT'S but you definitely need the TOEFL. Not all schools require that, but you'll probably save yourself some future stress if you took it.

I'm guessing you have to start applying to a medical school. If you plan on starting school in Fall '10, I believe you should have applied and you're probably completing your application. But, that isn't really viable, so you should probably target Spring '11. If your results are really good, you could get a scholarship which will make things waaaaay easier.

Best wishes!!!

I hate foundation,it feels like a mask sad. but I will remember that tip if I ever put that thing on again.

Thank you.
Depends on the kind of foundation you use, and prob your foundation brush and how you blend it in.

epstitch's right, foundation primer is really important. I'm using Rimmel fix and perfect, it's awesome, my foundation lasts the whole day.

Perfect primer + perfect foundation also results in your eyeshadow staying put the whole day lol.

I think the first thing is to know what he used the money for, how long he has been paying and how long it will take him to complete it. If he used it for something that would benefit both of you (now or future) then you've got no worry. Also, if you love him, stay by his side and encourage him. God will see you thru.
That's really good.

Revlon cosmetics suck. I recently bought their pressed powder (N5500) and Oil free foundation (N5800) from Heathplus and it was a whole waste of N11300. I like their relaxer though but their facial products suck!!!
I have to agree with that.
