aGerald:What I can say by way of a pointer is that it is actually a grace that we are not able to remember our past lives as it allows us to experience the present life to the fullest without inhibitions, constraints or debilitating fear which may be related to what transpired in a previous earth-life. Imagine, if someone were to know that s/he died in a car accident or plane crash in a previous life....wouldn't that constitute a constraint on the person's movements when it comes to travelling by car or airplane in this life? It certainly will. Take the case of Marvin Gaye who was shot by his father (a Pastor?) after he released the song 'Sexual Healing'.....now, supposing the father were to come back as Marvin Gaye's son in another earth-life......what would now be their attitude towards one another if they could recall what transpired? A former Emperor may now feel so smug and begin to look down on his peers....so many other examples can be cited. The bottom line is that it is actually a Grace of the Almighty that man is not permitted to recall his past lives. In any case, it is totally unnecessary and of no consequence to have such mental recollections because the spirit takes with it what it has learned in the course of every incarnation anyway and this helps in shaping the individual's personality....that is what is most important. I do not think we need talk about forced incidents where people have gone through certain rituals or hypnosis which enabled them to recall some past life experiences. These are not to be recommended as they are not natural occurrences and may also have adverse consequences! |
aGerald:A lot has already been posted on this thread by various posters (including myself) on the subject of Lucifer and his fall. You will find these posts if you go back to pages 2 and 3 of this thread. While many of the postings are quite insightful, they nevertheless represent the perceptions of the individual posters and should not be taken as sacrosanct or infallible. Nothing can really replace your own personal efforts at digging into the Source (The Grail Message) by yourself and drawing from the reservoir of spiritual knowledge contained therein. What you are able to draw will be commensurate with your particular level of spiritual maturity which will form the basis of your 'conviction' through inner experiencing. The effort you make and energy expended will also strengthen your spirit reciprocally as well as give you inner joy during the process of drawing and coming to recognition! I wish you Strength for the task! |
aGerald:In my opinion, the simple answer to your question is that both the tormentor and the tormented have been brought together because each has something to learn from the other or to give to the other. It is possible that they both have something in common (possibly an unpleasant streak or personality fault) and have therefore been brought together by virtue of the Law of Attraction of Homogeneous Species (birds of a feather flock together). It is also possible that they may have come across each other in a previous earth-life and therefore owe each other something. Through experiencing with one another in the present life, one or both of them could come to the recognition of the personality fault he carries within him and therefore begin to supplicate the Almighty for help while resolving to change and become a better person. In effect, through this enforced encounter/relationship, redemption and/or reformation would have been fashioned or made possible...albeit through some painful experiencing! |
aGerald:Permit me to give some pointers based on my own understanding of the issues involved. Man indeed has total free will....or to put it another way...total freedom of decision-making! Unless one is in denial, every adult knows that, ultimately, he alone is responsible for every decision he takes in his daily life. While it is possible that some extraneous thoughts or influences might crowd one's head or subconscious mind, at the end of the day, the responsibility lies with man to accept and act on them or reject them. If one is too psychically weak to reject unfavourable extraneous factors in his decision-making process, then the individual only has himself to blame and no-one else. I might also add that since man is spiritual, he is ideally supposed to receive guidance from the spiritual realm through his intuitive faculty so that his decisions are always light-infused and spiritualised. However, by and large, the man of today has cut himself off from this higher spiritual guidance and he now relies almost exclusively on his intellectual faculty! It is instructive to note that every spirit-infused free decision a man makes is like sowing a seed into Creation which must bear fruit and return to the sower as harvest. Now, the Law of Reciprocal Action (Sowing & Reaping) stipulates that whatever a man sows, thus where he causes an effect or consequence, he must also reap. We can therefore see that free-will or freedom of decision-making cannot be divorced from 'Reciprocal Action' because one gives rise to the other. In other words, the price man has to pay for exercising his free-will is that he has to experience the consequences of his deeds (these include his thoughts, words and actions). You asked...how can the Law of Reciprocal Action be fully effective if man has total free-will? It is fully effective because the Law of Reciprocal Action works simultaneously with another Law....the Law of Attraction of Homogeneous Species or what is generally termed Birds of a feather flock together!. In fact, there are many other Laws which the Creator has woven into His Creation and these Divine Laws all combine to ensure perfect justice in the life of man in the course of his experiencing in Creation. Through the activity of these Divine Laws, circumstances, conditions and situations are created in the life of the sower in which he is obliged to experience the consequences of his original sowing while still retaining his freedom of decision-making. One's place/time of birth, type of parents/relations, predisposition to certain diseases/illnesses, etc, may be some of the possible 'circumstances' that one may be obliged to experience. However, I might quickly add that not all adverse circumstances may be related to some karmaic reaction.....some may be due to other factors! Again, it is instructive to note the fact that it cannot be predicted when the reciprocal effect of a previous sowing will come into play. It can still be in the same earth-life in which his first volition made the beginning for it, but it can equally well happen in the Ethereal World, when the gross-material body has been laid aside, or later still in yet another gross-material earth-life! In the course of your reading, you will find that the lectures "Fate" and "The Little Substantiate Beings" provide detailed explanations on these issues. Hope the above helps. Best wishes. |
Ifychuckwu:Since you ask, I can tell you without equivocation that I belong to Category 2. Hence I am forever seeking because I recognise that I do not possess the knowledge to unravel the mysteries and intricacies of this Creation in which I am obliged to sojourn. I never claim to be the source of any information or knowledge I may share on this forum. The Source of the knowledge is The Grail Message - "In the Light of Truth" by Abd-ru-shin which is available to everybody and obtainable worldwide through: http://www.alexander-bernhardt.com/liens.asp?langue=ENG It was through my earnest seeking and the Grace of the Almighty that I was guided to come across this Work which I have come to recognise and accept as the Word of Truth. The little understanding I have of this Revealed Knowledge is what I try to share with a few people that I perceive are desirous of spiritual knowledge and understanding. I do not seek to force my own recognition on anyone hence I always advise enquirers to pick up the book by themselves to draw knowledge directly from its content according to their own level of spiritual maturity. As for those who claim to know everything already, I keep away because they are not seeking and certainly deserve to be shunned! Best wishes. |
Ifychuckwu:Great! You can now saunter into Heaven and sit on the right-hand side of the Jesus you claim to know so well....and leave the rest of us alone to fight the Satan you claim has a big hold on us! Again, I can only refer you to the words of the Persian proverb: He who knows not, and knows not that he knows not, is a fool - shun him. He who knows not, and knows that he knows not, is a child - teach him. He who knows, and knows not that he knows, is asleep - wake him. He who knows, and knows that he knows, is a wise man - follow him! |
Oildichotomy:Anybody that knows the structure of the entire Creation of which Man is a part, cannot fail to recognise the importance of giving due recognition to the Elemental Beings who inhabit the Substantiate Sphere of Creation which lies immediately above the World of Matter where we humans are obliged to incarnate in order to experience and mature spiritually. The humans who are sojourning in the World of Matter need the knowledge and recognition of the Lords of the Elements (who are themselves God's creatures) inhabiting the Substantiate Sphere before they can appreciate the Spiritual World from where the humans descended as unconscious spirit-germs. It is one step after another. It is also only after man has acquired a fuller knowledge of the Spiritual Realm through experiencing while here on earth that he can then attain to the Recognition of God who inhabits the Divine Sphere. No man can ever get to the Divine Sphere, hence no man will ever see the Almighty Creator because man is of spiritual essence and not of Divine essence. However, through spiritual experiencing in the World of Matter, man can have a sensing of the spiritual realm whence he came as well as come to the Recognition of the Laws of his Creator which pervade Creation. Any jump in the process is totally futile and can only result in self-deception! It is therefore right and appropriate for Africans to fully experience and appreciate the Lords of the Elements that they have been fortunate to have knowledge of. It is only from such a solid foundation that a correct recognition of the Spiritual can develop which can then lead to a proper sensing of the Christian God that many who profess to be Christians do not really know but only try to imagine because the missionaries who brought Christianity to their lands told them that He exists. Most Africans who call themselves Christians have never experienced the 'One God' but have abandoned the Elementals that they knew and had experienced simply because they wanted to be Christian converts. More often than not, it is a lie. Hence, whenever they get into a little trouble, they run to the babalawo or juju-man to help invoke the power of the Elementals that they knew exist. If only Africans can realise that they have nothing to be ashamed of by recognising the Elemental Lords, as long as they place them appropriately where they belong and do not bow down to worship them or invoke their powers for evil deeds! At the appropriate time, they will be shown the next level which lies above the realm of the elementals leading up to the Spiritual whence they themselves first emanated as spirit-germs. |
aGerald:I believe that the answers to the questions you raise are readily available if you will only make a little effort to read through the Grail Message to cull the answers for yourself. You would derive much more benefit from doing so than from any insights anyone else might proffer to you. Nevertheless, I will attempt to make a few comments which hopefully will guide you further in your quest. 1.) The Lord Jesus did not incarnate on earth with any karma. So, he had no karma to redeem. However, His coming was an Act of Emergency and it was a Mission of Love. Christ as The Redeemer, had to come to show mankind the way out of their self-incurred sins in which they had become entangled and incapable of escaping. In embarking on that Mission, he was well aware of the various possibilities that could occasion that Mission but he nevertheless undertook the Mission. By way of analogy, imagine a pastor who undertakes to go into a prison packed with hardened criminals to preach to the inmates....there are three or so eventualities that could befall him while he is there: he could succeed in getting through to some who may thereby become inwardly renewed, his light may repel some who may simply refuse to listen to him and choose to keep their distance from him, but thirdly he may arouse so much hatred in some of the inmates who could plot against him and murder him! The third eventuality was what happened in the case of Christ. So, he suffered not because he had any personal Karma but His Pure Love could not find the right soil to germinate in this hate-filled world and aided by the Darkness, this resulted in His suffering and eventual Crucifixion! 2.) One of the inherent attributes of the human spirit is "freedom of decision-making" or "freedom of will". The Almighty Creator does not prevent man from exercising this freedom of will because it is an innate part of spiritual man. However, man is subject to the consequences of every decision he has freely taken. Hence, it happened that some evil-minded human beings at the time of Christ exercised their freedom of will which resulted in the dastardly act of the murder of the Son of God. It was never willed by the Light that the Son of God should come here to suffer and die a painful death. That was the work of Man under the influence of the Darkness for which many are still bearing the consequences till today! 3.) The three wise men were inwardly guided to seek Him out. They found Him and gave Him presents but soon exercised their "freedom of will" to go their own way rather than support Him further materially in the fulfilment of His Mission. They had their 'freedom of will' and they exercised it as it pleased them. They could also have chosen not to heed the guidance of the Angel not to return to Herod after their visitation but fortunately they heeded this strong inner urge! Best wishes. |
Ifychuckwu:There is a Persian proverb that goes thus: "He who knows not and knows not that he knows not, is a fool....shun him!" |
justcool:Hello Justcool. Trust you are keeping well. I have read through the exchange between you and Anna 7 on the subject of contradiction and/or unauthorised addition to the Grail Message. Well, you already know my views on this issue as we already discussed it privately. I wish you had maintained your reticence on the issue while endeavouring to seek greater clarity. Anyhow, it was your decision to bring it into an open forum! My personal views can bear repeating here which is that I do not believe that the added passage in the lecture "I am the Resurrection and the Life..." contradicts any portion of the Grail Message and I am of the firm belief and conviction that the Bringer of the Message Himself added the passage in question and also re-arranged His Work into 3 Volumes as his legacy to mankind. To disbelieve the latter assertion is to cast aspersions on the integrity of the Personality who has stated (even in a published book) that Abdrushin dictated these changes before his passing. Regardless of what one may believe about the Origin of this Personality and the retention of this Anchorage up till her passing, I believe that one needs to exercise discretion before impugning on the integrity of any individual. It is always better to err on the side of caution! Throughout the Message, the Author had laboriously stated that the process of disintegration will set in automatically when what has been created reaches a point in it's cycle. In Volume II, 66....the following can be found: "The World of Matter is like a huge cultivated field which, being the heaviest section, moves in a gigantic circular course at the lowest part of the entire Creation. There, beginning with the primordial seed, all is in constant motion perpetually developing, increasingly uniting and forming, right up to the visible globes, of which the earth is one. In the process of maturing they reach the greatest perfection and bear fruit, a condition which corresponds with our present time, only automatically to decay again in the approaching state of over-ripeness according to the Laws of Creation, and to dissolve back into primordial seed, which in turn will continually receive opportunities of entering into fresh combinations and of evolving anew." In Volume I, 13.....the following can be found: "From its very inception the Material Creation was bound to the unalterable Laws of evolution and dissolution; for what we call the Laws of Nature are the Creative Will of God, which in its activity is continually forming and dissolving worlds." Further on in the same lecture, it says: "Again, by reason of the consistency of the Natural Laws, the point at which disintegration of each celestial globe must begin is precisely determined. A very definite place at which the process of disintegration must develop, irrespective of the condition of the celestial globe concerned and of its inhabitants. The cycle drives every celestial globe irresistibly towards this point, the hour of disintegration will be fulfilled without delay; as with everything in Creation this actually denotes only a transformation, the opportunity for a further development." The above quoted passages serve to illustrate the fact that disintegration of all matter accords with the Laws of Creation and can be said to be a fate that MUST befall every celestial globe or part of World of Matter whenever it reaches that point in its cycle when disintegration must set in. It is noteworthy that the whole point of disintegration is to provide a new birth for the sowing of fresh seeds which can then have the possibility of germinating and bearing fruit.....rather like tilling the ground before planting. Now to the added passage in "I am the Resurrection and the Life....". Most readers and adherents of the Grail Message know that the Work was brought to mankind in the German Language which had gone through a lot of preparation possibly over centuries in order for it to be suitable for the mediation of this Revealed Knowledge to mankind. Therefore, all other languages into which the Message has been translated are only a help and cannot mediate the Work in its full lustre, power, effect and clarity. In the German original, the words used are: Das erwähnte zeitweise Zersetzen ....which literally translates to "afore-mentioned occasional decomposing (or disintegration). The translators of the 1949 edition had chosen to use the word "periodic" which means recurring at regular intervals while the translators of the 2011 edition have chosen to use the word "sporadic" which means occurring occasionally or in scattered instances. Clearly, the two words do not convey the same meaning....hence it is left for the individual reader to intuitively perceive what the Author is talking about in this passage. It should be clear that, as the Author is describing an exception to the rule of disintegration preceding a new birth.... he is describing a scenario whereby a new birth can be attained through purification which is occasioned by the anchoring of the Light through the coming of an Envoy! In the passage, he is telling us about a scenario which occurs occasionally not regularly. Hence, the use of the word "sporadic" which certainly does not refer to the disintegration that should normally occur after the due process of development might have been accomplished. This scenario relates to human spirits provoking a premature disintegration through their non-compliance with the Laws of Creation. Hence, there is nothing in the added passage that contradicts the well-established and perceivable processes spelt out in the rest of the Work! In addition, the Laws of Creation also provide for development which is necessary in order to conform with the Law of Motion! Hence, in Volume II, 42....the following can be found: "And so development continually proceeds step by step unless in the meantime decay sets in and destroys the seeds insufficiently ripened. Such a seed is then lost and naturally with it the inherent possibility to become an independent fruit-bearing tree which, in its turn, can help to continue the process of development." This is why the Author can also state with equal justification in the added passage that: "Any part of the Cosmos or any celestial body in the World of Matter in which the developing human spirits adjust all their desires and pure volitions only to the Light remains more luminous, and therefore lighter, on a plane where it can uninterruptedly absorb the living radiating powers out of the Light. It always remains fresh and healthy and swings in the Laws of Creation, thus avoiding a course which must otherwise lead to over-ripeness and disintegration." The above excerpt is talking about a premature disintegration that could be prompted by non-compliance with Laws of Creation....in other words, the celestial body will remain fresh and healthy to proceed with the process of "development" in accordance with the Laws of Creation and it will thereby avoid over-ripeness which leads to premature disintegration. This does not mean that it will NEVER undergo the fated disintegration which was pre-ordained for it from the very beginning of its existence although it might take several millennia for this to happen! As was noted in Volume 1, 13: "The cycle drives every celestial globe irresistibly towards this point, the hour of disintegration will be fulfilled without delay; as with everything in Creation this actually denotes only a transformation, the opportunity for a further development." Hope the above has been of some help. Best wishes. |

pthayrow: Hello @all, and mostly Justcool and other Cross Bearers here. Please do not allow yourself to be 'confused' as you put it. Since you are already reading the Grail Message, I suggest you carry on reading and you will find the answer to your question and more in the lecture EARTHLY POSSESSIONS (GM Vol. II ). Please do not jump ahead to the lecture in question but proceed step by step until you get to it and you will be glad you did. In a nutshell, the following words from the Grail Message can serve as a guide as to what is expected of us: ".......Therefore, all you true believers, do not despise worldly possessions, which could also have only been created through the Will of God, Whom you seek to honour! But do not let the comfort which such earthly possessions can afford lull you to sleep, but make sound use of them!....." I wish you Strength! |
@LifeWay The answer to the question you posed can only be subjective. I believe that only YOU can answer the question for yourself with total Conviction. Imagine asking a moslem whether the Quran is the Word of God or the Work of Man! Similarly you know the response you will get if you pose the same question to a Xtian about the Bible or to a Hindu about the Bhagavad Gita! If you are truly seeking, you can attain the Conviction that is needed by taking the initiative to get a copy of the Grail Message and go through it yourself rather than relying on what anybody has to tell you about it. By going through it yourself, your inner being is put to work and through this activity it becomes enriched and is able to benefit reciprocally, commensurate to the effort put in. Whatever your spirit gains thereby will remain yours for ever! The link below will help you identify where you can procure a copy depending on your country of residence. http://shop.alexander-bernhardt.com/index.php?page=index&x6d44e=f4b39e07942cce899a53501118ceedf7 Best wishes. |
@noteasy When will you learn that this thread was created for those who wish to share insights and perceptions about the Grail Message? It is not for religionists like you who wish to quote and cite long passages from scriptures that they do not even understand the content of. Please carry your long citations somewhere else. You had been warned before but you simply refuse to respect yourself. A word is enough for the wise! |
Jehovah Shalom: By the way, GEJ is a disappointment. He reminds me of the words of character Isabella in one of the works of williams Shakepeare who cried:What a truly apt quotation! The man actually makes Abacha seem like a kindergarten General. Lol |
tintingz: Who tested Abraham's faith? The Almighty Creator NEVER, I repeat, NEVER test, tempt or deceive anybody - be it Abraham, Job or whoever. The Principle of Temptation is the way of the Darkness but it is NEVER the way of the Light! The statement quoted 'O yee of little faith' simply means that our faith has not translated into Conviction. Genuine faith should become Conviction. That is when your faith can be so strong and total that you are able to say to the Mountain to MOVE and it will move! How many of us are able to muster such degree of conviction? Hence, we are mostly men of little faith! Now, those that you claim are serving God without their prayers being heard may not be genuine in their serving. Those who truly serve God do not make demands on Him. They simply serve him and are not doing so to bargain for something in return for their service. Human beings are not in a position to make demands upon God. Our prayer should be one of giving Thanks to the Creator at all times not one of petitioning for something or other in order to satisfy our insatiable and never-ending desires. The Almighty Creator has already provided everything man truly needs. Most of our petitions which we express in one prayer or another are borne of selfish desires and yet we have the impudence to expect the Almighty to grant all of them. These prayers are not imbued with purity and humbleness, hence they just dissolve into nothingness because they are lacking in the essential ingredients that will enable the prayers to rise to the level where they can attract the Power for fulfilment. I only wish people will stop to reflect on these things instead of accusing the Almighty of testing, tempting or deceiving them. How ridiculous this idea is! |
tintingz: irony of the bible scriptures Lol, Abraham's faith was tested, that is why he's called father of faithThe Almighty Creator does not test or tempt anybody. It is only Lucifer that tempts and deceives. Please take note of this important fact! It was Lucifer who introduced the Principle of Temptation into Creation and this 'evil principle' is opposed to the Principle of Loving guidance which is the hallmark of the Light. Hence, Lucifer is unable to link up with the Regions of Light because of his evil principle! |
ayobarmy: Guys, this question has always been on my mind, but dont seems to find answer to it, but the same questions was ask by Dayo of Nigeriainfofm ph, today, and i dont seems convinced by all the contributions people made, so i decided to bring it down here to nairaland to get u guys opinions on it,... I will be glad if you can back your points with quran and hadeeth..... ThanksFirst of all, if you are truly interested in finding answers to the questions that baffle you, you must be prepared and willing to consider true knowledge which is not necessarily confined to any of the religions or modes of worship that are currently prevalent among the peoples of the earth. This means that you must be willing to weigh the knowledge that is made available with your intuition only rather than relying on what the various religious leaders have told you that the Bible, Quran, Bhagavad Gita or any other scripture said about this or that issue. In other words, you must rely solely on your God-given intuitive faculty (or inner voice) to evaluate issues and make decisions on what is the truth that you will then use to guide your life. Having noted the above, the answer to the question you have raised is very simple. The first thing you must recognise is that the Almighty Creator exemplifies Perfection in everything He has made. Do you understand what Perfection means? It means no arbitrariness; no favouritism; no partiality; no imbalance; no lopsidedness; no inequality; no disorderliness; no unfairness; no injustice, etc, etc, etc. So, whenever and wherever you find that any of the above attributes has been violated or dishonoured, you must conclude that Man, under the influence of the Darkness (Lucifer and his henchmen), has interferred with the Work of God to distort it and make it ugly and unworthy of the Perfection which the Almighty Creator always exemplifies. YOU ASK : Why Does God Allow Bad Things To Happen To "His People"? Before we consider that question, let us first address an aspect of your question. Who are 'His People'? The Muslim who practises his religion diligently would say he is one of God's people. So would a Christian who does the same and so would a Buddhist who also practises his religion to the best of his ability, etc, etc. However, in spite of the fact that more than half of the world population adheres to one or the other of these religions, there is still no peace on earth; on the contrary, there is tumult and suffering in virtually every region of the world. This should make people wonder whether they are truly doing the Will of God which the true God's People should be known for. God's people are not necessarily those who profess to adhere to any of the various religions of the world but those who do the Will of God on earth. Now, what is the Will of God for us on earth? His Will manifests in the Divine Laws that He has woven into His Creation from the time creation came into existence. These Divine Laws are unchangeable, adamantine and inflexible - they are no respecter of persons! For example, one of those Laws says 'What you sow is what you reap'. If someone regards himself as one of God's People and yet sows evil through his thoughts, words and actions towards his neighbour, is it surprising that some harm must befall him in spite of his thinking that he is one of God's People? As I said, the Laws are adamantine and no respecter of persons!. The Almighty will not alter or tamper with His Laws for anybody's sake not even for the Son of God! There are many of such Laws which actually govern Creation. The fact that most of us do not take the trouble to observe and adjust our lives to these Laws does not prevent the Laws from taking effect in a way that can injure us or bring painful experiences when violated. The Laws are all woven into the fabric of Creation - just look around you and you will see them at work. Besides the Law of Sowing & Reaping, there is the Law of Motion/Movement (perpetual motion is a requirement for survival and continued existence); the Law of Balance (Giving & Receiving); the Law of Homogeneity (Birds of a feather flock together); the Law of Spiritual Gravity (good deeds make for lightness and ascent while evil deeds add weight and make the soul sink into regions of damnation), etc, etc. Man needs to learn to understand the workings of the Laws of Creation in order to see the Perfection of the Almighty Creator manifesting in everything. Where you fail to see it, man has distorted things and must suffer the consequences by having to undergo painful experiences as well as live in an environment that is devoid of peace, love, justice, fairness, orderliness, inner joy and spiritual fulfilment. Hope the above is of some help. Best wishes. |

noteasy: @nokingasgod,@ Noteasy Let me say a few words in response to your post above. First of all, you are not the only one who is desirous of serving God. You do not have to shout at the rooftops to let people know that you are doing so. You were beginning to constitute yourself into a nuisance by trying to impose your views on others (through your long, repeated and unsolicited quotations from the Bible) - that makes you come across as trying to show off your knowledge and mastery of the content of the Bible. Those who truly serve or worship the Almighty do so quietly without imposing on others. Probably more than fifty per cent of those who feel themselves called to preach and win souls for the service of God are themselves charlatans, hypocrites and businessmen looking for a way to line their pockets! If you truly wish to serve the Lord, strive to obey His Commandments and to do His Will in your life. The spiritual laws governing Creation are the manifestation of the Will of God. Many prophets and Called Ones have been sent to mankind to teach us these laws - Hjalfdar was sent in pre-historic times, Zoroaster was sent to Persia/Iran, Lao Tse was sent to China, Buddha was sent to India, Mohammed was sent to Arabia, etc. Moses consummated these laws in the Ten Commandments and the Lord Jesus, the Son of God also came and again taught these same laws through parables and illustrations. Finally, because mankind has again distorted all these pure teachings (through their over-cultivated intellect), the Almighty has once again permitted the Divine Laws to be given anew in its pure form and explained to those who are still inwardly awake and spiritually mature enough to receive it. This is the essence and import of the Grail Message. I am not here to preach it to anyone, neither am I here to impose it on anyone or to win converts for it. The Grail Message stands on a high pedestal by Itself. Those who still have the spark of truth stirring within them cannot help but be drawn to it. They are the earnest seekers who will muster the volition to pick it up, read it, embrace it and adjust their lives to it for the salvation of their spirit. Best wishes. |
@ Noteasy I cannot help thinking that you are expending your time and energy on the WRONG thread. May I remind you that this thread is about the GRAIL MESSAGE and not about Christianity or any other religion where you need to preach to people in order to win converts. If you need to know more about the Grail Message, simply get a copy of the book and read what the Author has to say there! I wonder, of what use is it for you to come here every week or so to post long quotations from the Bible to people who do not read the Bible? It is just like a moslem posting long passages from the Quran on a Christian thread. Or a Buddhist quoting long passages from Bhagavad Gita on a thread that relates to Islam. What a waste of time and energy. Get real my friend! |
Speer: Had please wanted to inquire what is the correct way (in accordance with the Laws) for human spirits to show gratitude/give thanks to the elemental beings for their work in Creation and more specifically for their work on earth in providing us with our food and the regulation of the elements..........etc.Hello. I had been reflecting on your question for sometime and I thought some pointers on the subject would be apt. I believe that all we can do in showing our appreciation to the elementals is to utilise the products of their labour judiciously. In other words, we should take only what we need for our upkeep and no more. Do not put anything to waste intentionally or carelessly. Then the elementals would not be put to extra labour which would not have been necessary if our use of these gifts had been carefully managed and judiciously applied. I would imagine also that through saying the Grace Before Meals as given by Abd-ru-shin, one is already indirectly giving thanks to the substantiate beings who cooperate in the production of the basic ingredients that made such a meal possible. One of such prayers goes thus: "O Lord, in the weaving of Thy Creation, Thou hast graciously set before us an ever-prepared table; accept this our thanks for Thy Goodness! Amen." All adoration and worship should be directed to the Almighty Creator. Thereby, you also show gratitude to all the beings who are His messengers and who co-operate in the furtherance of His Will in Creation. To buttress the above point, I would like to cite a passage from the book Questions & Answers by Abd-ru-shin. Quote: "I often receive letters of genuine gratitude, which arouse great joy in me. The serious seeker, however, who through the lectures has become a finding one, can express his thanks for that only to God Himself. Although I have been able to become the mediator, the gift is not from me. I am nothing without God, and could give nothing without Him. As an example I would only like to cite the following: When a gift is brought to a man by a servant, he does not thank the servant, but the giver himself. It is no different here. If I am permitted to draw from sources which are closed to others, then I myself have the greatest cause for thanking Him Who grants me this!" Unquote. I hope the above contribution is of some help. Regards. |

justcool: One who is truly inwardly alive cannot be disconnected from his environment, he cannot remain idle on the outside; indeed, in creation, your environment is a reflection of your inner mobility. It is a sacred duty of every creature, not only to keep himself eternally alive through movement but also to uplift his environment through this movement.Hello Justcool. As always, your explanations are quite in-depth and insightful. I was wondering if you can elaborate on the aspect of your response quoted above as it relates to many of us born in different parts of the world but who have decided to emigrate to other parts in search of greener pastures. For instance, I was born a Nigerian but now a naturalised British. Others have naturalised in countries in which, looking from outside, they are 'physically' incongruous and this usually carries with it some unsavoury consequences. Many Africans in diaspora like me feel that there is a reason why they incarnated in Africa in the first place and therefore always carry a deep longing to return there or maintain a strong link with the place in order to make tangible contributions to the development of the continent and its people. Others are just too glad to have 'escaped' from that part of the world and never really want to have anything to do with it again. Some even try to deny that they originated from there in the first place! Now the question is, can it be said that people are able to move away from their places of origin because they are no longer inwardly homogeneous with the environment in which they originally incarnated and that their new environment is more in keeping with their spiritual development/maturity or lack of it? I look forward to your response. Regards. |
fiscalcliff: A man who DOES NOT read has no advantange over a man who CANNOT read.Very true! Well spoken! Someone also said that, if you want to hide some truth from a black man, put it in a book! I hope black people in general begin to realise how critically important and essential it is to read. Read my friends, find time to read, young and old!!! |
