sandijey: Ok so who is the most deserving of all? Since tayo is not to good for u? Tayo is deserving dear, but I won't say he is the only deserving housemate. Every housemate has an angle to which they are deserving, or what do you think about the 'good girl' Mam Bea? They all have their weaknesses too. Idris' own I can cope with, not that of Tayo. There are Rwandans that I'm sure are irritated by the way Idris was indecisive with his relationship, jumping to Goitse and crawling back to Ellah, and so would definitely vote Tayo because they can cope with his and find him more entertaining. Even Mam Bea has her own weakness, Uti. So if who I like in the house is coincidentally the winner, good for me. And if not, well life continues. Idris doesn't know I exist and wouldn't share the money with me if he wins. |

sandijey: Forkadict. Big brother no be do or die affair. I don talk am before. Whether tayo looses or he wins. We as his fans must not give up.
This is a Nigerian forum. It is expected that most Nigerians would support tayo because of patriotism. Anybody who constantly criticises tayo is either none Nigerian, doesn't follow the show or is just a hater. As much as I did not like lilian, I felt bad when she left. That is d spirit of patriotism. No matter how ugly monkey be, in mama like am... Can you please stop this patriotism stuff you've been hammering since It's not cool. When you travel overseas, and don't forge American accent, or deny your country because you want to belong, or stand and take calculated actions against issues/vices in the society (Ebola, Boko haram, corruption, tribalism, poor educational system etc), then you can scream patriotism; not on BBA. Every individual has a right to choose a favourite housemate. I personally don't deal with people as regards their background, skin colour, or country; I deal with individuals. If I don't fancy your personality, I move on. And this applies to how I see BBA. I wanted Ofunneka to win at Season 2, and I wholeheartedly supported Kevin when he won, and not because they are Nigerians. We shout regionalism everytime, but how is that different from calling people who vote or stan for their favourite housemate names (idio.t, asshol.e etc) just because the housemates aren't from their country? ? Show some class pls. And yes you're right, NL is a NIGERIAN forum, and we don't expect anything less (in terms of support) from Tayo's fans. |

sandijey: Because of two people on this thread I stopped coming here. They are just dampening my spirit. But I am glad that a lot of us are still voting. I just don't want to believe this two idiots are Nigerians. If they are? They are stupid Nigerians. I really don't see the difference between tayo and keegan. Yet keegan won.
They are trying to act fair but all I see are idiots who are seeking for notice by being the different one or to score cheap points and popularity. I see them wanting to be the one to say" I told u so" just to brush up their ego and relevance on a faceless forum.
Trying to be fair doesn't mean u would bring your fellow compatriot down. So far he is in that game, nobody should give up. Tayo was not perfect neither was idris. How can u say u are fair and then feel idris should win. The tenacity u use in destroying tayo is not being used to destroy idris yet u think u are fair or you're making sense. I beg everybody on this thread. You no who this idiots are. My advise is to ignore their taunts and pessimism. If possible don't quote them anymore. Act like they are not here and Just vote. Whether tayo wins or looses. Just keep voting. Do not allow anybody play tayo down. This as$holes might not even be Nigerians. Just keep voting. Tayo's chances are as high as idris and macky2 . Do not give up. Just as we are unsure about rwanda and Mozambique vote, Tanzania is unsure of getting rwanda and uganda vote. So keep voting.
As it is. The game is not sure for tayo, idris or macky2. The only person that am sure might have no vote is Jj. Other housemates might have 2 votes including mambea. Just keep voting tayo. I am a Nigerian. And I ain't an idio.t, thanks. |

Lemme play a little of dannyxy's reverse psychology game: We know already, Tayo is the hotshot. He is the winner. Other housemates are nobody compared to him, really. At least, he gave us something to talk about unlike Idris. It's so sure Tayo will win. Lemme just keep voting Idris sha, but we all know Tayo is the winner already. He even had Rwanda. . . . Fast forward. .. . . . Day 63: "IDRIS WINS" .. . . I knew it! Yes! Shame on Tayo's fans. They thought he was the winner already. Pride goeth before fall. Wow! The underdog won. Who knew Idris could win after he had been dismissed by everybody. We stood by him! *Replace Tayo with Idris, and Idris with Tayo; that's what you're doing* Goodluck to the winner. It isn't sure for anybody. Stop downplaying the chances of anybody to 'have mouth' incase it goes your way. |

safarigirl: lol. Just as expected, you dance around the point and end with something else. I like the new turn of events, Tayo's fans aren't as confident of his chances anymore while Idris' fans are gloating before the finale....yes, I do hope for the best cuz this is turning out like a certain countdown to the finale I know. Lmao. Experienced BBA online rep, I hail. Stop shooting yourself in the foot. I have only expressed my wish of Idris winning, but NEVER dismissed the chances of Tayo winning, unlike you. Reverse psychology won't work. Tayo is not an underdog you're claiming he is. Naija housemate can't be an underdog, that's the truth. Go to your screen, you can see whose name is being constantly mentioned in the news strap. Underdog indeed. Idris is just more obvious to ppl here thanks to last year (Dillish-EA thingy). Dillish was the real underdog, and even, her chances looked strong already for the finale. Tayo and Idris are the strong contenders for the money. Macky2 and the SADC housemates are the underdogs. Good luck to the winner. |
TV/Movies › Re: Big Brother Africa 'hotshots' Official Thread by sholay2011(m): 7:26am On Dec 04, 2014 |
Dannyxy: idris is the winner, it will take a miracle for Tayo to win, idris is the big dog, tayo is the small puppy,
idris- golliath
tayo - david..we can only hope
team tayo, let's just do our best, even though it might not be enough, let's just do our best. See reverse psychology. Well, using your analogy. David defeated Goliath. No? So, don't 'hope'. You know IT'S VERY POSSIBLE Tayo wins going by the analyses and permutations here already. Lemme even help you: Tayo: Nigeria, ROA, Mozambique, Rwanda. Idris: Kenya, Tanzania, Namibia, Uganda. And then, Tayo wins by voting percentage in all other countries. It's not rocket science if Tayo wins. It is, if Mam Bea, or Macky2 sef wins. |

safarigirl: Let us all remember that in All Stars, Uti was the HM that was tagged as 'ARROGANT'...Munya had that quiet arrogance, but nobody noticed it because he never approched Uti, they never had an altercation until the final weeks, he preferred to diss him in the Diary Room. I hope people are seeing the Munya in Idris, Sholay is just trying to defend his fav, but he won't win on this one. Idris=Munya I hear you. Okay. But if he now wins, what will you do? Calm down. |
TV/Movies › Re: Big Brother Africa 'hotshots' Official Thread by sholay2011(m): 7:17am On Dec 04, 2014 |
safarigirl: IDRIS and his friends said Tayo will be pained WHEN they get to Top 3, just 3 of them. Tayo saying he was picked in Nigeria of millions is NOT arrogance. Arrogance is ASSUMING you will make top 3. Some arrogant people may appear humble eg Macky2 and Idris, but once in a while that arrogance is unleashed. Tayo may be loud, hence you notice him, but Tayo apologises, he appreciates people, he acknowledges that he didn't get this far on his own so he thanks fans and even friends who had his back in the house. Idris said "The girls I cuddle always go home" what does that sound like to you? Is that a humble person? Sholay no just provoke me before I destroy Idris like Tayo destroyed Sheila. Idris Is ARROGANT Dhurrh!!! Seriously? ? Arrogance is assuming you will make the top 3 !!! When Idris is the only EA contestant on the show, and the way EA votes her own in finals (remember Dillish), he would still be feigning he doesn't know he would be in the top 3 Puleeeaazee!!! He is just being realistic. You can see it as being calculative enough to know his place in the game, or arrogance. But Tayo is not my kind of humble. I trust you, if he wins, you will come and shout on his 'haterz' here. I don't hate him; I am a Nigerian; but I don't fancy his person. I will pick Idris over him. Just support your favourite and stop doing as if when Tayo wins, you have a share in the money. I was careful not to do that when everyone was stanning for Melvin last year and they were served reality: Dillish won. I should still be taunting all of you with it because you deserve it...but it's just a game. I know how I choose my favourite. I stood for Dillish from the beginning before others saw her as a real contender. I also stood for Idris when Ellah seemed like the stronger contender. If Idris wins, I predicted rightly...twice in a row! |

Belovedd: Point of correction, Idris is not more humble than Tayo, he only pretended to be. The Idris we see now is the real Idris, there is nothing humble about him. In fact to him, he has already won.....just watch the show I hear you. Well, if things go regional, he has a higher chance to win than Tayo. No? I am 100% sure Tayo would have done worse. He is a far cry from humble. I will insist, Idris is NOT Munya, and Tayo isn't Uti. A little objectivity will make you realise that. |

TV/Movies › Re: Big Brother Africa 'hotshots' Official Thread by sholay2011(m): 6:41am On Dec 04, 2014 |
safarigirl: I want to correct some wrongs. 1) Ricco remains the youngest BBA winner, he was 21. 2) Idris has ALWAYS been seen as top 5 and winning material, it didn't start 2wks ago. We wanted Ell in that finale to thwart his chances is all 3) Remember in Allstars final week, Munya got cocky, attacking Uti and he said "I'm an elephant and you're just a rat". Idris had the same cockiness on Monday by going at Tayo and saying "You don't have your cheerleaders anymore, you're alone"....Idris, just like Munya, assumes he has already won so he's man enough to get in Tayo's face. Idris is MOS DEF our Munya. Tayo has NEVER assumed he's a winner, he stays humble, he thanks and appreciates fans, he knows he has flaws and so is thankful that people like him flaws and all. He's aware the show is regional and realises he can only change that by pleading and advocating for a cause. He's working on only HOPE, not CERTAINTY. So, Tayo is our Uti. I shall return to disgrace that mockteam fellow that said Tayo has no story. Ode! Looooooooll...you don fire up...eh eh eh. But tbh, Idris is NOT Munya. Stop picking up a line and 'working' on it to suit your analysis. Tayo who as well insulted Zambia's size and runs down other housemates' achievements during quarrels is far from humble! If you're objective enough, you would know Idris is more humble than Tayo. I can't imagine Tayo being in his position now. He would have been shouting to heavens how he has EA votes locked down, which will of course incite gossip amongst other housemates, and then his ardent fans run to NL that he is being hated, envied, ganged up against...etc. Tayo's weakness is not only a mouth with diarrhoea; arrogance is also part of him, accept it or not. He has flaws and he thanks people that like him with his flaws...o jebi. Everyone has flaws in the house, even bed-hopping, cuddler Idris. And I'm sure he is very grateful that Africa allowed him make the finals, not minding his 'ping pong' between Goitse and Ellah. Idris may have sounded cocky on a certain Monday, but Tayo has been sounding cocky for weeks now, especially on how he was miraculously handpicked by the hand of God from a population of 200 million to represent Nigeria on the 'world stage', a la BBA. Don't be shocked if Idris wins too. |

History is about to repeat itself again on Sunday but no one is adhering to the adage "fool me twice shame on me" There will be cursing ,swearing and meltdowns, people will say how Nigeria has been robbed again( even though it is blatantly obvious that no one except Nigeria is voting tayo)people will advocate how Nigeria should pull out of the show, others will say that they will never watch BBA again, others will prophecy how tayo will be the most successful hotshot and make that 53 million naira in a year( just like Melvin did?) and sonner or later all will be forgotten . Uti will serve us with another hot male model ,all tayo's vices will be brought up,they will all remember he didn't have many followers ,how he was not entertaining enough and then the new male model will be hyped to heaven and back and arrangements of how he will win will be made again...........
