Please try picralima nitida seeds. The Yorubas calls it Abere. Also read one of my threads about your cramps and this wonderful seed. Commercially it is referred to as akuamma seeds.

Please do you know of anyone that can help stop heavy flow, I don't have serious cramps but just heavy bleeding. Use Mefenamic tablet ( Ponstan). It is well effective for menstrual pain.
