Minors can be deported alongside their illegal parents Sir.

Obviously they aren't going to deport a minor alone because they had be stateless at that point hence they had be taken into care

Along with their parents cos you can't separate kids from the parents, but can they be deported alone? That's what separates legal from illegal. If the parents want their kids to stay, they have no rights whatsoever to deport the kids. And once they get to age 16, they're entitled to N.I cards.

If minors are deemed "illegal" shouldn't they be deported alone?

Anyway, who has been here from 1-7, by age age 18-20 should get legal status. And the folks I was alluding to were legally here and I did say that. The laws are on the UKBA website - once you commit a serious crime and spend more than 18 months in prison, if you were not born in the UK - whatever you've got would be revoked if you're deemed a threat to the society. So I still don't understand where this guy came from to start correcting me, to be honest.

Now regarding those Children aged 1-7, because you are a minor does not make you a legal immigrant in the UK. Even if the child is born in the UK and none of his parents are either citizens or permanent residents that child is not a UK citizen and can be deported with his family. There are ofcourse cases where the UKBA will apply leniency in some cases due to circumstances but that does not mean because a child is a minor he cannot be deported, if his family is being deported then he will to.

Now if you disagree with anything I posted above feel free to come back with a rebuttal about why you think I a wrong without any insults. I don't know it all and same with you so through dialogue we learn from each other.

Also you keep saying you doubt I have never been to the UK. How do you know that?

Cite one case where a minor has ever been deported from the UK alone. Just one.

If you can do that, I'll oblige you with a discourse.

In my post, I made reference of "age 1-7" and I said they were never illegal immigrants. If you understand the UK laws, you would know that minors aren't considered to be illegal immigrants and once they get to age 16, they'll get N.I cards posted to them. And after that, when they're old enough, they can always apply to the home office to get whatever they need.

Also, I was alluding to people in their mid-late 20s who spent all their lives in the UK and they had passports and were traveling everywhere before they got entangled in the madness that messed them up. My post is self-explanatory to anyone who lives in the UK. You don't live here and I doubt you have ever been to the UK. So why jump into the discourse and try to correct what you know nothing about?

I believe he was just being biblical. Every sane mind who's highly educated knows that there's no heaven or hell - if anything, both exist on this planet. The good and bad times.

Heaven and hell were just created to scare folks to embrace religion during the medieval ages. However, there might be afterlife cos all ancient cultures did allude to that and that has absolutely nothing to do with judgement day or the biblical heaven and hell.

There's no "good" or "bad" in life - everything just depends on ya mentality and what governs ya conscience. Let's leave religious folks alone to do their thing. If religion guides them to be righteous and embrace humanity, who are we to critique their choice? It's all about loving humanity.

I'm not an atheist - I do believe in the most high, supreme being, and the maker. But I believe we all should just allow everyone do whatever they want to do, if enhancing humanity is the nucleus of their beliefs.

I wanted to overlook John Fashanu for the best eleven ever but after I went through his profile I discovered he is a very good player to have scored up to 100 goals in the Premier League. He is in for the selection.
John salako records is not that impressive to me but the dude is Crystal Palace first team coach.

I will be back later in the evening with my list.

Besides, Sam Sidney and Dennis Aogo both play for Schalk 04. But Sidney is yet to see a league game this season.

John Fashanu was an decent striker and very notorious during his playing days. It's not easy to score 100 goals in the EPL, especially for the club he played for. He'll definitely make the list.

John Salako was actually born in Ibadan and he came to the UK when he was 10. Though his mum is white. Don't let his accent fool you cos he talks more white than even a lot of white people lool. He was pretty decent as well, though his goal record isn't that great. He was capped more times by England than John Fashanu (played for England 5 times). And to get that during that era where you had Shearer, Teddy Sheringham, Gazza, Matt Le Tissier, Gary Lineker, Peter Beardsley etc. shows he wasn't that bad.

Majority of convicts are probably going to end up on the dole. It's getting rather difficult to fund the dole not to talk of justifying it to hard working goons like me and you.

Why should they keep investing in less productive members of the society?

However, the overwhelming majority of folks on the dole are white folks. How many young black people sign on? The stipends they give folks every two weeks can't even buy a pair of trainers and even getting it is draining/tiring. Most people would rather work than sign on, even if it's as a labourer in a warehouse. And that's why we all pay taxes.

Personally, I just think since the system created them, they should also reform them. Ghana, Jamaica, and all other countries who've the same type of folks don't accept them - how come Nigeria is the only one accepting them? The Nigerian government has to do better. The UK created the monsters and they should reform them.

Well, you can say that comfortably from the outside looking in. But you have got folks who were raised through the system from the infant stage and became the product of their environment. An environment that thrives in the gang culture and they got entangled in it cos that's what they grew up around. And in the process got nicked for firearms, violence, drugs and the different things that come with the lifestyle synonymous with where they were raised.

Evidently, the UK turned them into sinners/monsters and they're a product of the UK - not Nigeria. They haven't been to Nigeria since they were kids and everything they know is the UK. So why take them to a place that isn't responsible for what they became? The onus should be on the UK to reform the monsters it created. And so many of them already have kids and they were never illegal immigrants. Regardless of how you look at it - it's unlawful and Nigeria shouldn't be accepting folks these folks.

You can say what you want but anyone can be caught up in the matrix. Just one silly mistake can land anyone in jail. Some chic can claim you rap3d her and based on how the system works now, it'll be back to what happened to some of these folks. Or just one minute of madness can lead anyone to committing GBH and the person would be right there as well.

All you can do is wish them the best. But trying to act like something as unlawful as this is right, is so wrong.

This falls on the Nigerian government for accepting them. It is unlawful to deport folks like that on a chartered flight.

A lot of the folks they have been sending back to Nigeria since the Tories came to power have been in the UK since they were kids, and they also have kids. All they know is the UK and they are not illegal immigrants. A lot of them just committed serious crimes and once you have been to prison for more than 18months now, if you are not born in the UK - the home office will cancel ya legal status.

A few people I grew up with have also been sent back cos of jail and they were never illegal immigrants. Nigeria is to blame. How these folks will assimilate into a country they haven't been to since they were between age 1-7 is still a mystery to me.
