Jobs/Vacancies › Re: 10 Hard Questions You May Be Asked At Your Next Job Interview by Sibrah: 12:13pm On Apr 08, 2015 |
charix: Good article.
However employers are getting more up to date on interview practices and choose to frustrate poor interviewees via asking open ended questions. These questions test how fast you think on-the-fly and have no right or wrong answers; they only test personal creativity when faced with unfamiliar challenges.
1. How would you interpret the statement "I'm just a plastic bag floating in the wind" (Reference: American Beauty 1999 film). 2. What animal do you imagine yourself as? 3. Sell this pen (Reference: Wolf of Wall Street 2013 film).
Funny enough these are legitimate interview questions and carry the potential of overwhelming job seekers. Please which country did u get these kind of interview hint from? i can't imagine it happening in Nigeria. I can't see myself as a any animal other than a human being (The highest animal). Maybe the interviewer is one of those Animal-right obsessed pple and is trying to know what side of the divide of animal rights you belong to. |

When is Buhari probing Tinubu and OBJ OBJ regime witnessed low oil income compared to GEJ's own and yet left far more money behind for the incoming govt. I think buhari needs to probe GEJ and his crew more. |

When is Buhari probing Tinubu and OBJ What resource are u talking about? Is it the few gallons of oil that can be refined as a SS2 chemistry practical you call resource? What u guys have best is human resource/capital. And even at that, u don't have it more than others. |

ilugunboy: Unfortunately the people that are well grounded in opposition politics have just moved to the center. The main motivation for them is access to national cake, if power gives them that access, then fine. The cake is too sweet for them to bare the pain of struggling for it from scratch. The change must continue at the governorship polls. |

This is one area Buhari admin needs to target for a soft landing of the economy in the face of a low income. Also, tax, stolen public fund, oil blocks, ghost workers and not private jet and wine crap GEJ is selling us. |

What the Oba said is bad. you can't threaten people like that. Its their vote to cast. The beauty of democracy shouldn't be overridden by royals. All men have a vote to cast and so the Oba shouldn't be trying to cast their vote in his own direction. |

Fairgodwin: Counter thread? Thank God you're already married and thank God your wife already saw all the chats and equally saw that you're innocent. Not much work to do there. Just take her out on a date kind of, and give her a nice treat. Then tell her the lady was never your taste or class in the first place; and make her know and understand that you would [still] prefer her to a million of that lady anytime anyday. I know you already know the words to use, sir. You can block the lady on whatsapp. Enjoy your marriage, sir. You want him to leave the impression that the lady isn't his taste is his reason for saying no, but didn't consider that may mean a lady of 'better' taste may succeed. |

Politics › Re: Buhari May Find It Hard To Change Nigeria by Sibrah: 1:19pm On Apr 05, 2015 |
Yes he may, but our struggles will be greatly reduced by reason of his management of the economy. Imagine GEJ going 24 months further as our leader with oil price below $50 a barrel. A man who couldn't steer the economy well enough with oil prices at ~$100/barrel would have gone to the masses and tell them to pay more tax and forfeit subsidies further. |

Onlymewakacum: Igbo son or what ever u call urself. From ur name alone i can tell ur ethnic sentiment. I wonder if u saw the four walls of a higher institution. You r so myopic. It's people like u that keep on drawing our nation back but i thank God that today change is here. By 2019 God willing. U will chew this vomit that is coming out of ur dirty & stinking mouth. iI like the part where u admitted PDP was 'out-rigged'. The set of southern people GEJ kept close to himself felt the way to get their own oil block booty was to go after the nations' cash reserves. There is a big difference between oil blocks shared out during military era and oil proceeds in a democratic dispensation. |

Fhemmmy: What you see with central bank is the official rate and if the bank sells to you at such price, that means they will just take the $ from central bank and give to you, and they are in the business to make money to the difference is their own profit/commission . . . Lol, sad but just the way it is oh in business world Really? I thought CBN was there to regulate it and peg the $ value at a reasonable price to discourage banks from strangling their customer and by extension the economy. |

infinix will soon chase dem out of da mrkt It all depends on the price. if it comes at a range of 13-15K then i will rate it a genius idea. I have been looking for a phone of close specification as i am not targeting games but simple and moderate specs to do basic browsing and enjoy android as an OS. The battery could have been around 2600maH and above, to me it is 500maH behind. with the 8 MP camera for personal photograph, it will be a classic in Techno series and made-in-china android club! |

NwaforAbia: Rocha is very right. He, Dr. Ogbonna ONU, Dr. Chris Ngige fought a good fight. I respect them a lot. We Igbos are already with Buhari but some of our greedy rulers prevented that to be seen. My big question is, why is it that the Igbos always have their opinion overridden by few selfish leaders? During the subsidy struggle I noticed same pattern there. |
