I have a question to ask you guys.....
Do UI use O level when calculating for aggregate score to be use for admission or just Jamb/8 + post Jamb/2
Saw lot of things online and needed to be sure before doing change of institution for my younger brother who is planning to study law there after scoring high in Jamb.

It is not fake, the news of fake result came before the release of the result, the results were released on Jamb portal so it is genuine. Take it that way.

Don't panic too much, you have tried. However you need to study very hard for your post UTME (hope and pray there is one, at least last year there was) and set a Minimum target of 85/100....
UNIBEN is a good school, and you have selected a good course. I wish you the best in your future endeavours.

I thought it was announced to everyone there. Well maybe not, one of the officials informed us within my corner. I really hope that's not true. I really do hope I didn't hear her well.

Could that really be true the guy at my end said the next stage is assessment centre and he kept emphasizing it whenever anyone leaves the hall. The test was just one kind, being caught unawares, Quantitative reasoning took lot of my time only to find out logical reasoning was an extension of Quantitative, didn't prepare for current affairs and just did my best.
All in all, lessons learnt for next time.
HCP can also help next time by telling us in d mail area we will be tested on.

I am sure going to make it to the next stage.

Ohhhhh that's good, you have nothing to lose, you can give it a trial, but I have some reservations in this case;
1. Sometimes it is not good applying for a job you do not meet the requirements especially for a GT role, One might be dropped later at the interview and documentation stage when the certificate are being tendered. The requirement from Seplat is minimum 2.1 and it was clearly stated maybe your 2.2 was mistaken for a 2.1 (N.B: You might be an exception)...
2. Recruiting agencies and firms do have lapses sometimes In shortlisting, a friend was shortlisted for access bank test even when he was clearly above 24, he passed the test, but during documentation his birth certificate showed he was above, and he was screened out.
However, since you got invite, give it a shot, Just offering a general advice to everyone.

I know the feeling when everyone is getting invite and you didn't see any, refreshing mail every now and then yet nothing. I will advice you to keep calm dear. You meet the requirements and if you quite study something, Dragnet send out invites in batches and that should give you hope, some will write this week so yours might be this week or the coming weeks. Just stay hopeful and keep reading in anticipation of it.

No reason yet for the exclusion and it is not over until 2nd test invite start coming in. Till then, Keep up hope. It is not over until you win.

Hello @Efe 42, Trust you are doing good? I have seen your comments on this page and how you voiced your annoyance about not been shortlisted. Let me clarify things to you and offer you helpful advice.
1. The recruitment was for degree holders, a university graduate with a minimum of second class upper, I was pragmatic when I told you then that your chances are slim. It was clearly stated that it is a must.
2. Your complaint lacked base since the conditions were clearly spelt out, even some of those that meet the requirements were not shortlisted talk more of who doesn't.
3. The clause of a professional certification was an added advantage which hinges on the graduate thing, having it alone doesn't matter, you must possess a university degree.
4. You can't call yourself an experienced engineer, an engineer is someone who has been formally trained in the field of engineering and have a B.Sc Or B.Eng degree as awarded by a university and before you can start using the title, you must be certified by COREN.
5. My advice for you is to stop the complaint, you said you have experience in welding, then you can go to Seplat head office and make enquiries or you can also make it online (the head office is still preferable) about how to apply for Non Graduate Experienced role and thus you can work with them as a technician since you have the dream of doing that.

I am not working for Seplat but I am not pleased with your public outcry all the time about them and have thus taken time out to write this. I wish you the very best in life and also myself.

That your school though, I hope that is not the issue here cause law graduates that fall within the requirements have gotten invite, keep hope alive.

Hi, Patience is needed, Just keep calm and keep refreshing your mail to know if you will be considered for the test.

Also, an online test is a test that requires you to log in to a designated web address on your PC or mobile with your examination details and take it, no scheduled physical venue, it can be taken anywhere as long as there is good network coverage.

Hello, It is a combination of the two, it combines abstract with deductive form of reasoning. Since Dragnet is in charge, am expecting abstract more though not ruling out deductive, simply prepare for the two.
