Who told you people that pastors don't give. Are they supposed to announce it ? There's a difference between philantrophy and biblical giving. Philantrophy is when one is giving for people to see, maybe cause of political ambitions or as an NGO. According to the bible, the left hand must not see what the right is giving. Analysis:
There is no job in Nigeria that's why employers of labour say all kinds of trash about our youths all because they advertise for 5 positions to end up getting a million applications.
When this Nigerian youths travels out of the shores of the country, they get jobs and are doing very well and these are same people that may have stayed up to 3 years in Nigeria without a job. From survey, you will know the standard of your organization in countries like US, Germany, UK, Canada etc to advertise for 5 positions and get up to a hundred applications.
Finally bros, sexual life remain personal and has little or no role to play in determining how much command someone has in in certain areas and doesn't affect the output. In a but shell, employ a Nigerian graduate, train him and he will deliver. Train him because he got no such training in school.
For you that thinks you are employed, I bet you you are under employed which is because of Nigerian factor.

You need to pay a visit to our state schools and you'll weep for Nigeria. For instance, I studied computer science in LASU, we only did one practical assignment in our 300L. We were taught maths, statistics, fortran and cobol (ancient languages) . Our csc courses were justt theory. Even our lecturers weren't sound.

It cost me a lot to get practical knowledge from I.T schools. What about those that can't afford it ? A graduate of Comp Sci isn't supposed to attend comp school because all the knowledge required should be embedded in the curriculum. Same to other courses. We spend so much time in our universities learning very little. A 4yrs course in Nigeria can be taught in 6 months.

Our educational system should be changed completely with practicals and research given more time

It has become an offence for one to get an invite for an interview in Nigeria once you pass the age of 30. Let's say you graduated at 25, served your country for one year and later found yourself job hunting for up to 3 years. But the tithe in question wasn't money but farm produce but if the place is too far for you, then the money equivalent be payed. In present day Nigeria, how many of us are farmers ? So our tithe is obviously monetary equivalent

Who is tithe meant for ?

The tithe in the bible is meant for widows, orphans, levites, strangers. Now, it is expected of us to provide for the needy with our tithes but if we do not have them around us or are too busy to visit the orphanage home/ beggars/hospital then we are to take it to church and drop it there. The church should stand as a middle man between the priviledged and less priviledged. There is nothing wrong in paying tithe but the question is, do the churches use the tithes paid to them for the less priviledged ? Do our pastors pay the tithes or use them for their own interest ?

You don't have to bother what the money/farm produce you paid was used for, its a burnt offering. If you can't go directly to the people listed in the bible, drop it at your local church and turn your back. Don't bother yourself as to whether the pastor will use it for himself/herself. Its a command and yours is to obey the command. On judgement day, pastors will be asked to account for the tithes in their posession

Simply put

You can pay your tithe in cash or kind to the needy directly but if they aren't nearby, rather than spend it take it to your church and drop it and don't bother what the pastor used it for. He'll account for it someday
