Crime / Prominent New York Doctor Charged With Molesting Patients During Breast Exam by sirlekzy: 4:38pm On Aug 25, 2018

A prominent New York doctor was charged with sexually abusing a female patient during a breast cancer screening last year.

Dr Mark Jackson, 58, was charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse for allegedly sucking a 54-year-old patient’s breast during a routine breast exam. Police also say that the doctor guided the patient’s hand to his genitals against the woman’s will during a routine exam on Sept. 15, 2017.

“Do you see how hard you got me?” he allegedly asked the patient during the mid-morning session.

Jackson was arraigned Wednesday in Manhattan Criminal Court on two counts of sex abuse and one count of forcible touching.

Manhattan Prosecutor Matthew McCarthy said that Jackson “betrayed the trust of his patient and sexually abused her while she was seeking a simple cancer screening.”

Dr Jackson was ordered held on $15,000 bail at his arraignment Wednesday night.

Sports / Serena Williams Banned From Wearing Catsuit At French Open by sirlekzy: 7:46am On Aug 25, 2018
@Lekzyloaded

Tennis champ, Serena Williams has been banned from wearing her “Blank Panther” inspired catsuit at the French Open in future.

The 23-time Grand Slam champion turned heads when she made her return to Grand Slam tennis this year wearing the eye-catching outfit at Roland Garros, following the birth of her first child in 2017.

At that time she said she felt like a “superhero” after wearing the catsuit during her 7-6 (7-4) 6-4 win over Kristyna Pliskova in May.

But in a new interview, the president of the French Tennis Association’s president Bernard Giudicelli told Tennis Magazine that the tournament will now have a dress code because he believes “sometimes we’ve gone too far.” He singled out Williams’ bodysuit, explaining that it “will no longer be accepted,” according to the Associated Press.

“One must respect the game and the place,” Giudicelli said, adding that while the French Open will “impose certain limits,” its rules won’t be as strict as Wimbledon’s where players must wear all white.

Crime / School Teacher Mobbed For Raping And Impregnating Student by sirlekzy: 10:07am On Aug 23, 2018

A man was paraded through the streets for allegedly raping a student and getting her pregnant.

The school teacher in Andhra Pradesh, named only as Rambabu, 38, allegedly promised the student more marks then raped her.

When members of the community found out, he was stripped down to his underwear, beaten, and paraded in the town of Eluru in the West Godavari district of south-eastern India’s Andhra Pradesh state. He was later taken to the police station by the angry crowd.

The mob claimed the English teacher had raped a student in Class 10 – making her 15 or 16 years old. She later got pregnant and when the teacher found out, he gave her abortion pills.

The girl’s family only found out something was wrong when they noticed the girl bleeding heavily. When they questioned her, she told them Rambabu had been sexually harassing her for two years.

Relatives of the girl and their friends caught the teacher, beat him up, stripped him and paraded him semi-naked through the streets to a police station.

“He is a teacher and lured a Class 10 student with the promise of good marks and raped her. He made her pregnant,” one of the men is heard saying in the video.

“She almost died of bleeding. We took her to hospital. Once we found out, we could not spare him.”

On arrival at the police station, cops gave the man a shirt and towel to cover himself before bringing him in for questioning.

Rambabu reportedly told cops: “They called me to talk and then 15 people beat me up mercilessly.”

However, the teacher was arrested after reportedly admitting the allegations. So far police have taken no action against the mob for taking the law into their own hands.

Politics / Atiku, Ben Bruce React To The Demolition Of Yinka Ayefele’s Radio Station In Oyo by sirlekzy: 11:14am On Aug 20, 2018

Yesterday, the Oyo State government led by Abiola Ajimobi demolished Yinka Ayefele’s radio house in Ibadan.

The demolition has been met with strong criticisms from Nigerians including Senator Ben Bruce who said, ‘If Yinka Ayefele had built that radio station in England or America, he would have received an award. He built it in Nigeria to provide jobs and he received bulldozers instead. Yet we say we want investors’.

2019 presidential aspirant, Atiku Abubakar also wrote, ‘the reports of the demolition of a radio station in Oyo fills me with a deep sadness. Press freedom is sacrosanct. It’s equally saddening that at a time when jobs are badly needed, a radio station which was providing jobs is needlessly demolished’.

Romance / [must Read] 3 Things That Lead To Sexual Frustration In A Relationship by sirlekzy: 7:36am On Aug 17, 2018
By @Lekzyloaded

Sexual frustration is what you get when there is a difference between what you aim for during sex, and what you actually get out of the experience.

In a relationship or marriage, partners need to always communicate their needs and remain open about what they like and do not like. Without that, sexual frustration could set in and disrupt the balance and harmony between the couples.

In order that this disruption does not happen in your relationship, here are three things you need to know and practice.

1. Do what your partner likes
Sexual frustration is easy to get when a partner refuses to do what the other likes. The thing about sex is that one size does not fit all. And what pleases one woman won’t necessarily please another woman. Same thing goes for men.

The key to sexual satisfaction between partners is for each person to learn the unique things that heightens the pleasure for the other, and to be sensitive enough to do them.

Pleasing your partner has to be an intentional act and learning about their needs and fantasies is one of the ways to make it happen.

2. Do it how they like it
It is one thing to learn what a partner likes, it is another thing to learn to do it the way they like it done. If your partner loves slow kisses, indulge them and kiss them in the manner they like.

READ ALSO!! 12 Reasons Why Women Cheat More Than Men In A Relationship

Without that, you may never be able to satisfy them, and of what use is sex without satisfaction?

That in itself could be the most frustrating ever.

3. Stay exclusive
One other thing that could result in sexual frustration for your partner is your inability to stay with them only.

If you cheat and sleep with other people, the result could be getting STIs and infecting your partner with them. This will negatively impact their trust in you, and their willingness to sleep with you.

Imagine being Hot and having a partner you can’t sleep with, because you fear that they may infect you with something… again.

Politics / Over 51 Drivers Have Been Abducted In My State – Northern Governor Cries Out by sirlekzy: 7:18am On Aug 17, 2018

The governor of Kebbi state, Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, says poor roads in his state led to the abduction of over 51 drivers while trying to make a detour on their way to Birnin Kebbi.

He made the disclosure at a five-day meeting of the National Council of Works, Daily Trust reports.

It was gathers that the governor expressed concern over the plight of drivers as they navigate through bad roads in the state.

He said: “The drivers told me they have to make a detour at Bargu in Niger state, under Magama local government while going or coming to Kebbi from Lagos.

“The hardship is too much and it exposes them to danger in the hands of armed robbers and abductors.”

Also present at the meeting, the minister of works, power and housing, Babatunde Fashola, stated that over 200 roads that were either uncompleted or abandoned, had been inherited by the Buhari administration.

He said the abandoned roads amounted to N2 trillion; adding that the past administration only paid the sum of N500 billion to the contractors.

According to Fashola, there is no state in Nigeria where the federal government is not executing one project or the other.

Babatunde Fashola, said that the federal government would repair over 41 highways across the country destroyed by floods and other factors.

A woman has been denied the opportunity to get a job with a health company black after the company found her name as one that suggests ‘ghetto.’

The woman, Hermeisha Robinson, made this known on Monday, August 13, 2018, with a Facebook post.

Robinson claimed in her post on Facebook that she received an email from Mantality Health denying her of a job she applied for because her name was “ghetto.”

Hermeisha Robinson said in a post, which has since gone viral on Facebook, that she had been rejected from a position she believed she was “well qualified for” by a company because of her name.

SEE SCREENSHOTS HERE

A screenshot of the email, which Robinson shared in her Facebook post, read: “Thank you for your interest in careers at Mantality Health. Unfortunately we do not consider candidates that have suggestive ‘ghetto’ names. We wish the best in your career search.”

My feelings are hurt – Robinson
Robinson said, in her Facebook post, that her feelings are very hurt as a result of the mail.

She further said the mail got her guessing and trying to figure if her name is really ghetto as she found the mail discriminating.

“They discriminated against me because of my name which they considered it to be ‘ghetto’ for their company!

Politics / 9 Important Things Saraki Revealed As He Considers Running Against Buhari by sirlekzy: 6:33am On Aug 16, 2018

Senate president, Bukola Saraki has revealed that he is considering running for the presidency in 2019 against the likely candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), President Muhammadu Buhari.

In an interview with Bloomberg, Saraki who recently defected to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) expressed confidence that he can make the change the country needs.

Below are nine important things he said during the interview:

1. I believe I can make the change

2. If a government can go and lock up an arm of government — and it’s never happened in our history — we should all be very concerned; We should not be surprised that they would use security agencies for elections

3. Most of the inflows that have come in are merely hot money, and that is because the oil price has gone up. Investment in the real sector is not seen. The private sector, in my view, has probably taken a position that the confidence is not there in the government. The country requires a government that is truly pro-business, and a president that sees himself as a chief marketing officer

4. There has been a persistent disregard for due process and a lack of neutrality for some of these issues. For you to have credible elections, you must have safe elections. Security agencies are actively getting involved in the politics.

5. The fundamentals of whatever we are going to develop is going to be based on sound democracy, credible elections, freedom of choice of Nigerians. If we don’t have that as a foundation, then everything else cannot happen

6. If we are going to have a subsidy, we should have a budget for it. Because once we have a budget for it, the private sector can also play a role in the importation of petroleum products. And if the private sector plays a role, definitely the cost of the subsidy will go down and there will be more efficiency in the delivery of products. But in the environment we are in today, where it’s only the Nigerian National Petroleum Corp. that’s doing that, it’s going to be inefficient, it’s not going to be transparent

7. The PDP has learnt its lesson from the loss in 2015, and I think unfortunately the APC did not learn from their victory

8. While negotiating with the PDP “we listed a number of issues. We talked about how to sustain and improve the fight against corruption; the issue of providing more powers to the states; inclusion and having a more nationalistic approach on things we do; to continue to improve the environment that will ensure investments. We listed a number of items during the discussions with the PDP, and there is a written agreement to that. We trust that we can hold them to that

9. We would ensure that the party is strong on security. The APC too have not done well on the issue of security. We have the opportunity with the right kind of presidential candidate and president to provide the leadership for the party. The party has a good opportunity to lead the country in the right direction

It had been reported that Senate president, Bukola Saraki, is said to be considering to run against President Muhammadu Buhari in the 2019 general elections.

According to Bloomberg, Saraki said in an interview at his residence in Abuja: “I am consulting and actively considering it. I believe I can make the change.

According to a report by Punch Newspaper, Omale, who is a driver with Uber, was arraigned before an Ogudu Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, August 14, 2018.

Omale, it was reported, is charged for allegedly assaulting the sex worker, whose name was given as Precious Mustapha.

The 28-year-old sex worker alleged that Omale refused to pay her the sum of N6, 000 as her service fee.

She had also alleged that she charged the driver after they met at the Afrika Shrine, Ikeja and agreed at the sum for her services.

Corroborating the sex worker’s claims, the prosecutor, Sergeant Lucky Ihiehie told the the court that Omale committed the offence on July 29, 2018 at Ogudu area of Lagos state.

How Driver had sex with sex worker and later assaulted her
The prosecutor had narrated how the driver had sex with the sex worker but resulted to assaulting her when he couldn’t pay the agreed service fee.

Sergeant Ihiehie said Omale allegedly assaulted Precious after sleeping with her.

He said an argument ensued when Omale claimed he did not have cash on him to pay the sex worker.

“An argument ensued when Omale claimed he did not have cash on him to pay her. He suggested using his ATM card to withdraw for her and they got in his car, but Omale drove with the sex worker round Ikeja and Ogudu axis without stopping at any bank to use his ATM card,” Sergeant Ihiehie explained.

Continuing, he said, “The prosecution said Omale also deceived the complainant by driving her to his friend’s house under the pretext of collecting money from him to pay her. But the friend drove them out of his house.

“When it became clear to the accused that there was no place where he could get money, he used an object to hit Precious Mustapha on the head and started beating her.’’

Omale was granted bail but ordered to pay N50,000 with two sureties who must have evidence of tax payment for two years by Magistrate E. Kubeinje.

Politics / Nigerian Politicians Are Clowns – Moghalu by sirlekzy: 5:28am On Aug 16, 2018

Professor Kingsley Moghalu, a presidential aspirant on the platform of the Young Progressive Party, has described Nigerian politicians as clowns who do not have the interest of citizens at heart.

He made the comment on Wednesday, August 15, during a book reading event organised by the management of the Ibadan School of Government and Public Policy in Ibadan, the Oyo state capital, Vanguard reports.

NAIJ.com gathers that Moghalu stated that politicians are busy crossing from one party to the other because of their own interests, instead of designing manifestos to impact positively on ordinary Nigerians.

He also condemned the recent invasion of the National Assembly by operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS). He said: “Most politicians in Nigeria don’t have respect for the rule of law.

The impunity of the DSS to invade the National Assembly is unacceptable. If some of the agencies of the government can’t respect the rule of law, how do you expect the president to respect the rule of law? “It is time for all of us as citizens of this nation to get involved in politics. Politicians keep on entertaining us with carpet crossing.

“Every week, there is one defection or the other; people still spend time to defend politicians. We need to go to the polling booths in 2019 to vote them out. “Nigeria’s politics is not based on policies or intellectual understanding of the system but on sentiments, ethnicity and religion. We are either APC or PDP.

Politics / The Nine Kinds Of People Supporting Buhari For A Second Term by sirlekzy: 11:38am On Aug 14, 2018
@Lekzyloaded

Corruption is fighting back!

That is the constant refrain from the people in government and their supporters to criticism of President Muhammadu Buhari or opposition to his re-election ambition. If, for example, you’re a journalist and you believe the President hasn’t done enough to earn a second term, it is because brown envelopes have been in short or no supply. If you’re a politician and you feel this way, you stole while in office or you will if you get there. All of us who have opted not to say ‘Sai Baba’ ahead of 2019 have one thing in common: corruption.

Fortunately for Buhari’s supporters, they can’t all be shoehorned into one homogeneous group. Who, who and who, or which classes of people, belong to this heterogeneous mix? And are they supporting their man in the country’s best interest?

The people in government: Around the time when former President Goodluck Jonathan was being told by some bigwigs in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) he could not contest the 2015 presidential election because he had served out the remainder of the late Umaru Yar’Adua’s tenure (2010 to 2011) and was serving out a fresh term of his own (2011 to 2015), he met with Lagos-based print newspaper editors. When one of them asked him if he would re-contest or not, he neither said yes nor no. But he asked them to look into the mirror; the editorship of many of them predated his presidency yet they were still in office. He wasn’t chastising them but making a valid point about how self-perpetuation in power is intricately human. It is no surprise that the people in Buhari’s government are desperate to have him back in 2019 despite the numerous and obvious red flags. Buhari is not the reason they support Buhari; their real interests are self-serving. To expect people in government to priotise the nation over self is a tall order very few people are capable of. The people in this group we must empathise with, not chastise.

The political jobbers: Buhari’s ascent to power is widely believed to have wrecked individuals and businesses that thrive on political jobbing, government patronage and official graft. While this may or may not be true, there is no doubt that there are individuals all over the country whose financial stocks have risen either directly through Buhari’s coming to power or indirectly through the people working with him. No matter the scale of poverty, government ineptitude, insecurity and anti-corruption hypocrisy in the land, these people will give anything for another four Buhari years. The challenge with having people like this around is that you never know why they do what they do or say what they say about re-electing the President in 2019.

The face-savers: If, like me, you clamoured for Buhari in 2015 because you considered him the ‘lesser of two evils’ but he lost you along the way in his presidential reign, it’s not the end of the world — and few things are more honourable in life than admitting a mistake when one has been made. If Buhari let you down with his biased handling of security, sending soldiers to the South-East to finish off the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) without doing the same to terrorist herdsmen; or he slipped out of your good books with his bow-legged anti-corruption crusade, locking up corrupt opposition members with the speed of light but applying snail’s-speed treatment to similar elements in his cabinet, it’s not the end of the world and it’s not your fault. The people in this category are desperate to avoid the I-told-you-so smirk of Goodluck Jonathan’s supporters should they publicly express their disillusionment with Buhari. In here are people who are either against Buhari in private but with him in public, or are with him both ways but are constantly in a struggle with themselves on whether their choice is indeed right.

READ ALSO!! 'President Buhari Does Not Deserve Accolades' - Omokri Replies Aisha

The PR strategists: These are about the deadliest of Buhari’s supporters — not because they can kill but because they can be sat right next to you but you won’t know, and also because they’re, more often than not, brilliant. They speak fluent English, write flowery prose and present mesmerizing arguments. However, for them, supporting Buhari is not about personal conviction but about professionalism in garnering public support for their candidate. There are so many of them dotting the social-media space. These guys are only just doing their job; nothing more.

The religious fanatics: These are the opportunity-cost supporters. Some love Buhari because they love him, others simply because of the Yemi Osinbajo factor. They are a blend of the two leading faiths — Christians who would support Buhari or any other President for that matter so long his deputy is a Redeemed Christian Church of God pastor; and Muslims who won’t stop chanting ‘Sai Baba’ even if pump price of petrol were to rise to N600/litre. To them, Buhari can be the opportunity cost of having Osinbajo in government, and they do not mind at all.

The ethnic jingoists: They want a Hausa-Fulani as President in 2019; simple. Not much needs to be said about this group, easily recognizable on social media by their names. We all have one or two of them on our timelines, don’t we?

The northern foot soldiers: These are a huge majority of the 12.7million people who voted for Buhari in 2003 or the 12.2million who did in 2011. In the last three years, nothing has changed about Buhari’s popularity in the North. As seen by the mammoth crowds that welcomed him during his recent visits to Bauchi, Jigawa and Kano, Buhari is still the most loved northerner alive. Pure, blind love. One of them trekked from Yola to Abuja to witness the presidential inauguration in 2015, but while he’s currently stuck at the Yola FMC due to a leg injury he sustained from the expedition, his “political role model” is re-energising himself in the UK. Still, whether or not Buhari extends his current 10-day vacation by 100 days, these people will vote him in 2019.

READ ALSO!! President Buhari Offers Repentant Boko Haram Members Amnesty

The APC supporters: Had Buhari been the PDP candidate, these people wouldn’t support him. But their loyalty belongs to the party and, by extension, its candidate. In this class also are people whose uncles, aunts, second cousins, in-laws, bosom friends, brother of their sugar daddy’s nephew or father of their friend’s sister’s husband, is contesting for some office in 2019 under the APC ticket. How dare you seek the party’s ticket without backing the President?

The naivetés: It’s honestly hard to blame them. They genuinely lack the ability to analyse issues beyond the surface. In their minds, Buhari is truly fighting corruption, bolstering the economy, killing off Boko Haram, providing exemplary leadership and putting food on the poor man’s table. And, above all, corruption is fighting back!

So, when next you run into someone who just doesn’t understand that Nigeria deserves better than Buhari in 2019, don’t get mad at them. Run through these nine groups and you will find one that best suits them, and you can therefore understand how their mind is working. And if you find some who fit into none of these nine groups, please feel free to create a tenth group for them.

A man identified as Sunday Ajayi, who is a bricklayer by profession, has been jailed for six months by an Ibadan Magistrates’ Court sitting in Iwo Road after being found guilty of breaking into the Oyo State Government House in the Agodi area of Ibadan.

He was also reported to have stolen property worth N535,000 from members of the police bomb squad stationed on the premises.

Police prosecutor, Sunday Ogunremi, told the court that the convict scaled the fence and went to the policemen’s apartment where he stole the valuables on July 31, 2018.

The charge read in part:

“That you, Sunday Ajayi, on July 29, 2017, around 12.30pm at the government house, GRA Ibadan, in the Ibadan Magisterial District, did steal one wristwatch, four shirts, two trousers and EOD binoculars, property of Anti-Bomb Section of the Nigeria Police Force, valued at N535,000, thereby committing an offence contrary to and punishable under sections 411 and 390 (9) of the Criminal Code, Cap 38, Vol.II, Law of Oyo State of Nigeria, 2000.”

The convict pleaded guilty to the charges and begged the court to temper justice with mercy. And pleading that he would never return to the disgraceful act.

The Chief Magistrate, Taiwo Olaniran, however, sentenced him to six months’ imprisonment without an option of fine.

Education / MUST READ!! 17 Signs Of Highly Intelligent People (do You Have Any Of The Signs? by sirlekzy: 8:07am On Aug 13, 2018

The world needs more intelligent people to become the kind of peaceful world everyone of us want for us and our children.

If we could have more people thinking more than they usually do out of sentiments and personal gain we would have a better civilized world.

For you to clearly identify intelligent people in the society, these are the signs you see with such ones below.

The Signs

1. They have few friends
They might have lot of acquaintances, but they are careful to choose friends who are at their level of intelligence.

2. They hate small talk
They prefer deep and thoughtful conversations instead of talking about the weather, about how rich someone is or the latest trends.

3. They are good listeners and they talk less
They know they have more to learn in listening than in speaking. So they shut their mouth and open wide their eyes and ears.

4. They are curious
They google everything, ask any questions, search every subject. They can easily learn from anyone whether younger than them or not up to their standard, they don’t care.

5. They enjoy loneliness
They sit by themselves to practice their craft, to reflect about themselves, their values and their objectives rather than waste time with people who won’t add anything positives to their lives.

6. They invest on themselves
They know their mind is their most valuable tool. Thus, instead of chasing money, fame or whatever, they go on improving themselves.

7. They are long-term oriented
They don’t care about immediate pleasure for later gratification; they take hard decisions that would pay off in the long run.

They prefer to get the cake tomorrow than get a fish roll today.

8. They don’t mind people’s opinion
They have goals and a mission of life and stick to it no matter what people think. They doon’t go around looking for who to like them, rather they appreciate themselves.

9. They are risk takers
They know a fulfilling life is beyond their comfort zone. So they are willing to take necessary steps to fulfill their dreams.

10. They are not judgmental
Don’t judge people for whatever reasons. They don’t know what is going on in their life, so they would rather keep shut than talk about people when the need to talk arises.

11. They are humble
They know how skilled they are, they know they are learned, but they will be laymen in many other areas, so they are dead loyal knowing they are not the Boss in all areas.

They know millions of people are richer, so they don’t let their little change/money get into their head.

12. They work hard
They know talent is not enough. So they work every day to be the better version of themselves. They take nothing for granted.

13. They take care of their health
They know their health is their most important asset. They eat properly, exercise regularly, sleep well and relax.

14. They are lifelong learners
They know learning is a lifelong process that does not stop at school or college.

They travel the world, meet new people, learn new languages, and embrace novel experiences.

15. They have a sense of humor
They don’t take life too seriously. They laugh at themselves and make people around laugh

16. They know people are important
They are intelligent enough to know they are not better than any body and believe no one is lesser to them

17. They don’t things too personal
They also don’t take lists like this serious, they don’t really brag and care less about the glory.

The End!!

Do you have some or all of these habits?
If you do, statistics show you are a very intelligent person.

Do you have these qualities and do you think it defines the intelligence of an average individual?

Technology Market / Google Launches Google Station To Provide Free High Speed Wifi To Millions Of Ni by sirlekzy: 1:24pm On Jul 26, 2018

Google today hosted its second Google for Nigeria event where it made a number of big announcements aimed at helping more people in Nigeria, and across Africa, benefit from the opportunities the web has to offer.

In a bid to make the internet more easily accessible to people in Nigeria, Google is launching Google Station for Nigeria: a program to provide high quality, high-speed Wi-Fi hotspots in partnership with 21st Century, one of the largest fibre network providers in Nigeria.

“Google Station will be rolling out in 200 locations in five cities across Nigeria by the end of 2019, bringing Wi-Fi to millions of people,” says Google Nigeria Country Director, Juliet Ehimuan-Chiazor. “Sites include markets, transport hubs, shopping malls, universities, and more. Nigeria is the fifth country to get Google Station, after India, Indonesia, Thailand and Mexico.”

Google is also making search more powerful for ordinary Africans. Job search launched in March in South Africa, Nigeria and Kenya, and is now rolling out in 29 new countries. In Nigeria, Google is launching a search experience that allows users to explore health conditions based on symptoms, as well as recipe search for anyone who needs a little food inspiration.

StreetView’s Discover Nigeria gallery has been expanded to include more of Nigeria’s wonders including the National Museum in Lagos, Olumo Rock in Abeokuta, Millenium Park in Abuja, and Lekki Conservation Centre.

Additionally, Google announced the update of several products from its “Go” initiative, which were launched in the past year. The Go product suite aims to give people with low bandwidth connections and low-RAM devices the best possible Google experience. These new features include:

Google Go: will soon read web pages out loud and highlight each word so users can follow along.

YouTube Go: users will be able to browse downloaded YouTube Go videos, saved as .yt files, right from the gallery on their phones.

Google Maps Go: will now provide users with turn-by-turn directions, whether they’re travelling by car, by bus or on foot.

Android Go: Launched in Nigeria and 29 other African countries earlier this year, the Go OS gives people coming online for the first time a powerful and reliable smartphone experience. Across Africa, Transsion, Nokia, Huawei, and Mobicel have launched various devices, starting at just over 17,000 Naira.

Over 2.5 million of the 10 million Africans Google promised to train by 2022 have been trained through the Digital Skills Programme. Google has trained a further 9,000 Africans in mobile app development and Google’s Launchpad Accelerator Africa initiative graduated 12 promising startups from across the continent in June.

The application process of the ongoing Google Impact Challenge, part of Google’s $20m Google.org commitment to Africa over the next five years, closed with over 5,500 entries. The process of selecting the 36 finalists has begun.

“We are offering new solutions to improve and expand access in Nigeria and across Africa; these launches demonstrate our commitment to Africa through products built to help people in Africa to make the most of the Internet,” concludes Ehimuan-Chiazor.

Celebrities / Mp3 Review: On A Scale Of 1 To 10, Rate Falz’s “child Of The World” Song by sirlekzy: 12:37pm On Jul 26, 2018

Folarin Falana, better known by his stage name Falz has this thing for uniqueness when it comes to his own kind of music.

Just weeks after dropping the ‘This Is Nigeria‘ musical video, Falz decided to drop the much anticipated music video of Child Of The World, a track from his latest and third studio album ‘27‘.

‘Child Of The World’ speaks a lot on different issues going on in the society that we pay less attention to. He was able to draw out the main points in issues going on around us. From domestic violence to sexual abuse and lack of parental concerns.

The video carried a lot of messages that even got the attention from lots of organization, one of which was The Domestic and Sexual Violence Response Team (DSVRT), commending Falz for a job well done on the video.

The video which had stunning visuals featured appearances from Toyin Abraham and BamBam Of 2018 BBNaija.

Falz really did exceptionally well as he derailed from the norm of video shooting in the entertainment sector which mostly deals with promoting riches, showing off different sets of cars and ladies and not passing any single message at the end.

By the ways, Falz’ Child Of The World is number one on YouTube at the moment.

In Case You Haven’t Seen The Video, Watch Below:-
