Firstly,the presidency is a collective administrative and government entity that exists around an office of the president of a nation..which includes;chiefs of staffs,advisers and other beaurocrats.
Secondly,buhari is no longer acting as the president.what happened and why,is what i dont know.

There's no reason, it's scam. When it happened to me, I laid heavy curses on the girl..she and her son and trust me they won't be free until restitution is made.

Presidency refers to the office of the president especially the numerous governmental agencies under the office. The term has been in use right from time and not just from 2015.

The use goes on to show a collective agreement to a decision by all the 'officers' under the president's office especially in cases where such a decision requires the president to consult with the agencies to arrive at one.

Other countries may not have similar system hence not using the term. We use the term because of the need to ensure some agencies are well catered for and put on their toes hence being located under the president's office instead of a ministerial department.
