Haba...in this era of change, they are still moving in their old ways Ifa must hear this ![]()
|
akanbiaa:Hmmm... that one dey possible But wait 1st, if dem pursue her komot she fit still blackmail madam ![]() Secondly, for the poison matter...who dey cook for who sef? ![]() |
3rdlegxxx:By work...do you mean the driver's under-g activities? ![]() |
VaginaTerrorist:I see your hand... You too much |
nwakibie3:Korrect guy ![]() *receives it with immediate alacrity* ![]() |
VampireeM:Yep...you definitely are a naughty girl ![]() |
VampireeM:Hmmm...I wouldn't say better than the Op's list, but it rather adds/complements what she wrote. I have been in a relationship that turned sour, so I can definitely relate to her words. As for your comment...acting free shouldn't mean doing different, rather feel free to be yourself despite what others do. Don't let anyone determine how you act even if they don't reciprocate |
Four things come to mind... 1. When you stop doing the things you did with love and eagerness when you were trying to woo your partner. 2. When you change your character after you feel you have gotten your partner in a relationship or marriage. 3. When you fail to make a proper work - life balance, and something else becomes your priority over your partner. 4. When talks between partners becomes a routine, and you stop giving the wonderful surprises your partner needs, especially when they least expect it. |
If you were the guy...what would you do?
|
O boy...see jackpot Madam go multiply am by two kon give you 13th month on top...with allowances and benefits...health insurance and 1 month leave ![]() |
Akby:I admire the thought to your words, it really would be a welcome development, cz I have also pondered on ways to give students a chance for multiple applications to different schools But...back to the statement in bold If a large portion of students accept a particular school and forgo others...there is no assurance that the school can occupy them all, and that would leave them hanging ![]() |
freebreezeyz:Your words are on point...cz if the landlord had issues and there has been an agreement, he should have waited till the next day to bring up the matter...and if it happens that this is not the first time the agreement has been breached, he can then take legal action if he wants to. Afterall, his house...his rules The student shouldn't have paid rent there since he loves exercising his muscles during vigil |
Slimchase:You go fear that kain fear |
I remember a while back in school when a group of guys were walking in front of me going down a stair case...only for one of them to see a lady with big bosom coming upstairs...and the next thing I heard was Jes*s Chr*st ![]() When I saw her I understood the shock he was in...as those massive mountains were... wait for it... Legendary ![]() |
Hope say you no dey give urself headache ova the matter?? ![]() ...cz na only one thing remain for you to do Afterall, no be today people start to dey sack their managers
|
I got lost in thought as I remembered how a close friend of mine lost his dad recently despite the medical checkups and treatment received. I also remembered how bitter and angry he sounded when he narrated about what the family went through cz of everything. My mind drifts to a movie I watched way back; "In Time" in which Justin Timberlake lived in a future where time is money and the wealthy can live forever. He was a poor man who rarely has more than a day's worth of life on his time clock, and when he saved someone, he receives the gift of a century. So, I think about the situations and happenings in Nigeria...the health issues, accidents, deaths...and even for the critical situations, I know it ain't easy for the average person to fly their loved ones abroad for surgery. Hypothetically, if someone could really buy time, what could it be worth?
|
You know people still manufacture this, and 9ja go still dey import wella ![]() So, how do you get a large populace educated about the dangers? ...especially something that has become a habit over the years while growing up, and one can't do without
|
Simple...na to kiss ur partner from tym to tym ![]() But on a serious note...chin support strap na the way forward
|
khaykay15:Tribalism on nairaland is as old as Nigeria's problem itself and it ain't about to end soon, but sometimes I feel most people just joke about it for the fun of it...unaware of its implication. So, most times it's better not to pay much attention to it |
When I hear of cases like this...I wonder, aren't there scholarships that take care of those with financial challenges? Cz the economy is tough for people that struggle, let alone losing things you can't phantom how you would get back. Later you hear of ladies that gave up on themselves and went into prostitution...or guys who decided to turn to a life of crime. ![]() |
Vanquay16:This line worries me...cz if they were apart, weren't they with other people during those years? or back to the matter... 31 years is a long time to hope the flame of love remain as bright as ever. It seems like pouring water on firewood and expecting it to still burn. But who are we to question what God joined together ![]() |
agadaone1:Rather, u go hear "I think my driverless car was stolen by my village witches...as I saw it drive itself away" ![]() |
Make una no forget say our modified molue...abi BRT still dey ground. E go clear the car commot for lane. Talkless of our Dangote trucks...just one sound of the horn, the car sensor go lose sensitivity kon deactivate follow join. |
Ekii:Amen 2 ur prayers dearie Nothing in life is guaranteed, and I have heard people sometimes wishing they knew tomorrow...but in the end we all have to hold on to faith believing all izz well, and pray for that special person that complements us...faults and all |
He's starting early in life ![]() After tasting Chioma, Nnenna and Ada...you'll find that they are all the same. ![]() Coca-cola and their official proof
|
marvelck:Life is not just black or white...and neither is there a defined template. You generalized about everything...cz really maturity is more about the mindset and personality of the individual than status or position in life. I have met working class ladies with bad character and terrible attitudes...and also seen young students with a heart of gold. I understand your thoughts as regards why u're talking about considering the working class lady But...in that kinda situation who would you go for? "A working class lady" ![]() |
Everyone has needs, wants and desires. It all depends on what's on your mind at the moment and your intent for that relationship. While some might be in a flexing mood and just want to party and have fun...others might be just about the superficial thing and just seeking a guy with the cash or wielding the rod of Zeus. Most ladies seek security in marriage, as they want to live a life of comfort. It takes a woman with grace to hold on to a hardworking man with a promise...cz it seems a made man fits the book most of the time. I know of ladies that promised to stand by their guys thru the hustle...saying they want to build their home from the ground up, only to later on develop another mindset of leaving to settle down with sum1 else who seemed ready. |
In a country where we need entrepreneurship to thrive and drive our nation's economy...we welcome more of this On the issue of cost effectiveness... I do wonder how much the gas refill would cost and how long it would last. As regards safety....how well has the device been tested with different conditions such as temperature or even a drop on the floor. ![]() |
vizkiz:Weird enuff...till a lady gets married, and shez got a ring on it...I still believe shez chykable cz it ain't ova till it's ova. ![]() Some engaged couples even end up splitting up ![]() |
diegwu01:You go fear fear. I been think say na only me see am kon worry. Abi dem train them say make dem no smile. ![]() Wait 1st...ladies nko, abi na only bone dem dey train. ![]() |
