fikayor2:Check the immigration website for the requirements, take them to their office at oke-mosan. Or just carry passport photos, state of origin & birth certificate go, They'll handle the rest from there. Be blunt & ask them to tell you the processes& price involved. Don't go and start saying English. That place is something else but them sure |
dayjeee:If you like do it online, you'll still go and pay extra at their office. Tried it before |
klexycole:No problem, PM me, wouldn't like to drop my digits here |

sKeetz:1)Get a bag of cement 2)2 Iron/Steel rods, steel is better ,one long one for barbells, one short for dumbbells. 3)Plastic buckets for casting, cut according to size with hot knife, make sure its same size, you can use those small paint buckets or custard buckets for dumbbells . 4)Granite, big stones & sand, ask around for d right type of sand to mix with cement 5)Mix your cement, sand, granite, rocks etc 6)Pour into your plastic moulds, make sure its same concentration or you'll have disparities. 7)Insert your rods into the centers, make sure its straight, hold or fix till its dry enough to remove the rod Repeat step 6&7 and cast as many moulds you want.Note:You have to put nylon or smear engine oil(black) inside the buckets for easy removal of the cement moulds. U can increase or decrease your load as you wish with the various buckst sizes. And for the dumbells,do one side a day each. I recommend a small permanent barbell and a bigger removable one. |
I admire them,it's not easy but i can't date them ![]() |
Registered since 2013 also, no results, go and get a driver's license or passport. |
An introvert?, i don't say he's not been frustrated but you should definitely check the group he's rolling with, might be all those bros. And mind you if you don't find a way to nip it in the bud now, it's really going to get worse, expect physical aggravation next |
As long as it's another man property ,don't go near it else when karma comes for you, it won't affect your wife alone, your daughters go join follow ![]() |
Another propaganda being played to appease the locality, Dude is probably somewhere continuing his lifestyle , Where's the corpse?!! |
I'm sure my experience will go a long way to prepare you guys for kwara, Eno easy sha. https://www.nairaland.com/3524495/kwara-state-bound-corpers |
From experience, nothing will come out of your protest, it might even be detrimental to you people. Don't forget you're just starting your life and these people have been there ruling and manipulating things before you arrived in that state. So just collect your federal allowance and go. Don't come and get killed, wounded or get extensions because of that amount of money. You are nobody as far as they as concerned You want to change things? join politics and come back to right the wrongs you've experienced. Congrats again. |
Few hours to POP & I'm like, You're feeling so relaxed and enjoying a quiet peace filled evening. But my brain starts showing me screenshots of my experience in Kwara & i nod in affirmative & say "I can't wait to get out of here, back to the little civilization that's out there and out of the over simplistic rural life that exists in most parts of Kwara. Now don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed part of my stay here but the other part was not funny guys! Let me state things out for you. First, if you get posted to ilorin, i mean the real town not ilorin east or other outskirts, Weh don ! Unless you have your accommodation and transportation taken care of already, your allowee won't last you 2weeks,Ndo. Apart from that, if you're the jaiye type, Ilorin is da blast, you have access to all the amenities and structures you can get in a standard city, ATMs, cinemas, shopping malls and am sure you'll love the taiwo-post office- challenge axis. But like i said, you have to be in town, yes, middle of town, not Corper- "Yeahhhh have been posted to Ilorin!" Friend- where in ilorin?! Corper- eiyenkorin, ilorin east, etc Me- Shakes head. You nono anything yet. ILORIN is good but can be expensive & employers don't give a Bleep. Now for my folks who get posted to the rural areas like Edu, Patigi, Kiama, Moro e.tc. (I won't mention baruten because that one get hin own pedestal, border corpers, lol.) Tighten your mind well well, If you're like me, a typical Nigerian who can survive anywhere, under any circumstances and still enjoy it, it's not easy to be born a Nigerian o, It's a goddamn privilege. No fear, some of these villages aren't as rural as they sound, the best have good roads,2 or more standard schools, water, cheap food, Confam regular electricity and network. What else do you want. The only thing lacking in most cases is the social life except you really want to turn indigenous, then their nightly nupe weddings and events are there for you , transportation to town can be quite rough and expensive, just to get to ilorin na max 1k. Like i said, everywhere you're going is in miles and hours. But here are the perks, the educated people in those parts especially the ones heading schools are most of the times narrow minded and some times worse than their uneducated fellows, doesn't mean some of them aren't open minded and genuinely interested and honest to you. But I'll still cast my lot's with the natives most of the time. So be prepared for intrigues and schemes if your not lucky. You'll learn a lot. Now that's for the best villages, for those who think them village witches follow dem go nysc, participated in camp with them and influenced their posting to the more remote regions, tohhhhh! ,Eku! Welcome, don't despair sha, even though the schools might look like what you saw in your grandfather's grade 2 textbooks and the students come barefoot to school with dirty or no uniform, stare and smile at you while you're teaching because they Don't understand a word of English (this is quite rampant, up to Ss3 in some cases),no good roads, for network, you might have to start behaving like a satellite dish...... searching........... searching..... phone would be like ....ogbeni better manage this edge...i kant kill myself looking for truant 3G o..... etc Take a deep breath, Be calm,in those places,You would be given the best accommodation they can afford,Food won't be a problem, you might be fed throughout your service year, water would be fetched for you,in fact you will be treated like royalty and afforded the most respect. You go enjoy, no stress. So that's how it is, Expensive town and its accessibilities where nobody dey see you or rural village ,rampant illiteracy and Jagaban status. It's up to you. But wherever you end up in,always try to do something that will uplift those you live among, open their eyes to the outside world, what endless possibilities could be theirs if they could just value education, try not to leave them the same way you met them. Only the STRONG in mind and attitude can serve in Kwara, if you're the weak, undisciplined, unserious or soft boy or girl always looking for soft places & circumstances, Just go home or repost immediately or else prepare for the worst 1 year of your life Walahi!,I don't recommend Kwara for just anybody. Man's not hot but Kwara is gonna make you volcanic. Wish you the best and hope you're made by the experiences you gathered. Toh, Eku beh losun, Kewan na, ije boh. Goodnight. Signing out Tomorrow by 12am GMT 2016 Batch BS1. Adios. cc:Seun,Lalasticlala ,mynd44,Ogbeche77 |
Ku be losun, Good evening my people fah. I just decided to give a summary of my service year jae, since most folks just come ,hit and run without giving the future corpers any hints on what is awaiting them in their respective states. Too bad, lets change that. Enjoy as you read on. |
Try airing out your views in small groups first, it would help you to build up your confidence, trust me after like some months of doing that, you'll be suprised at what you can do |
That pic is old, Not surprised what some OP's regurgitate just to gain attention |
Recently obtained your drivers license Or international passport in Kwara or Osun states? , Please state your experiences & the price you eventually got it, comments will be greatly appreciated, thanks |

Repeat step 6&7 and cast as many moulds you want.
