this is a very sad situation. meeting new people while you are in a relationship is very possible and no rule says that once you start dating, you should stop making friends!. I am a liberal person and don't think you commited a sacrilage here. Maybe for eye sight, you shouldn't not have exchanged your number with the guy becuase of the sister becuase you may looks untrustworthy. I beleive however that you took the number innocently but many people may misread and interprete it wrong!.

why do I think this guy is my boyfriend? lol but yeah, I am very close to my mom but she knows I am very strong and have good judgement so she trust my decisions. my mom is the kind that doesn't persuade anyone. she gives me advice an leaves me to make my decisions and she respects whatever I decide to do. when I get married to my guy, there are things that I may not share with her just to maintain intimacy in my marriage.

so if it bothers you just let her know what your concerns are respectfully, she may grant you that.

Let us examine the evidence, even though most versions use the term "sons of God" to describe the heavenly beings that slept with the earth's women some other versions have used the term "angels" and "supernatural beings". What remains a fact is that they were from above i.e heaven or where God resides. It also tells us one thing that they are physical beings and NOT strictly spiritual as we have always been made to believe by the church. But that apart a crucial evidence is that they were able to sleep with women and reproduce. this is very revealing as anybody who did a little bit of biology would know that reproduction is NOT possible between different species since their DNA would not be compatible. This in otherwards mean that humans and these sons of God were of the same species with identical DNA. This i think is another scritural evidence about the reality of man and his likeness to God or other heavenly beings

I am so sorry for what you have been through and I applaude you for your courage. My thing is, God gave all of us feelings, mind, and conscience to guide our lives. when you refuse to listen to your inner self starts the beginning of your problems. I am not sure why some of us christian thinks that God is more prevalent to some people than the other. God is good and close you, me and the rest of the nairaland ushers we all need to accepts this and in accord with bible principle.

I am happy that you are self sufficient. you just need to leave that relationship or you will be lamenting like this for a long time and that is if you live to do so (so to speak). Your so called husband is not living up to expectation between man and God and I highly doubt whether God will upset with any decision you are about to make. God see our heart and troubles so good luck!

and another thing, you sound as if you do not want the situation to change so that you'll have an excuse to run off to a naija gal. if you want your marriage to work (which I doubt you do) you have to COMMUNICATE with her or invite her to read your feelings on nairaland to cut your work in half.
