Those having issue with payment on uniassist, have you tried using a laptop or desktop browser, because it is possible your phone browser may not support the payment platform.. I'm just saying my own, it will be ideal you make use of a computer system because it doesn't make sense to me where some of us can make this payment both on phone and laptop while others cannot...

It seems you have issue understanding things now! How is amikable97 point is valid? I posted here sometime ago that i personally booked for someone and the person got AD, but this was done without proof of BA!

You can find the screen shot of the AD below where the embassy reiterated that either BA or SL must be provided alongside other documents for student visa application on that AD...I really don't know what you want to get if embassy mandated BA to get AD.... And if you think you want that then go to the embassy and enforce it yourself...

I don't know we humans get problem.. Am sure if na naija person dey in charge na so them go say BA to get AD....You think getting AD is by your money in BA.. Them no send una....

I think we are slightly misunderstanding that clause.

It does NOT mean AD will not be given to people who are yet to block. Afterall, there is no place to upload blocking confirmation document or SL at the point of applying for AD.

Whether we have blocked or not, we will get AD. But on the day we are to show up for the interview, we MUST come along with our blocking confirmation document, otherwise we will not be attended to.

Meanwhile, let us be careful what we pray for.

Fine, enforcing blocking before applying for AD (by creating an upload button when applying for AD) will do complete justice to the menace of people getting AD and not showing up, but it wont augur well for both them and us.

Because, at that point, those who would have to borrow to fund wont be able to cope anymore because creditors wont give that grace of 3 months (needed to process everything) to begin paying back.

Also, the German embassy would then have to give positive consideration to every application otherwise the rate of funds repatriation will increase.

It is just a dicey something

I want to believe you know that ONLY one set of certified documents should be sent to uniassist for uniassist based universities applications. However, multiple set of certified educational documents is required for universities with direct application (these are universities that are not through uniassist).

The reason why you need to read every pages of this thread since answers is already at your disposal....

When you certify your docs and you eventually want to send to different universities, is it that you going to be certifying for each university you want to send to or how Is It done? For example i got all my docs ready , i make photocopies and certify each of the photocopies, if I'm to send then to different schools how do I go about it ..

If you uniassist said you should do then do as required. The screen shot you provided says each letter of motivation should be boldly inscribe on each university that need the letter.

Yes you can certify at high court and you also need to send these certified documents via courier post to uniassist... You can also refer to page 1 of this thread for guidance.

Why not mail those universities international office/courses cordinators and explain your plight to them. They should be able to let you know if your university is acceptable.

In your post, you were very specific about Houdegbe. Is it likely to gain admission with any other private institution in Benin as non of them seems to be on alabin?

If that is the case you can inform the schoool to issue you new admission letter with a new date in January while your resumption should state a date in April. This should enable you to cancel now and rebook with a start date of March 30th.

NB: This is what i think you are at liberty to either ignore or heed the advise.

admission is all year round ,i can apply anytime,since i am starting my language first before going to the stk,and everthing is done by the school(language school and stk are together) so i want to write to them the date they should put in my new admission letter and the date that wil we favour me in gettin an early AD.

If i may ask, have you not sent your certified document and also uploaded documents on the uniassist old portal before? There's nothing like easy step just surf the site very well.. If u had already sent documents before no need of uploading any documents again. Please check very well you will see where to upload documents if need be.. You see screen shot of my own...

There was a guy on this thread who had similar situation from last year to this year but eventually he's in Germany this year.

From his point we observed that the embassy mandated him to provide a new admission for the period just to show that the university is still interested in him. What I would advise is this;

1. First of all send a mail to the university and enquiry if a new admission letter for summer would be provided as the embassy will require for processing, since you guys have been communicating.

2. Send an humble enquiry email to the embassy about your situation and ask if you can submit student visa application with attachments. This attachment should be your winter admission letter and your various communications between the university especially where they confirmed that you can join them again in summer. I believe you will get a response from the embassy since they are not in the peak period of student applications.

3. After a positive response from both the university and embassy you can cancel and rebook with a start date of 1st April, 2020.

Hello guys, I need guidance please.

I got winter AL but yet to get AD. I have however enrolled and matriculated by sending all required documents. I even have an official email with the school where I get all official communication.

I have been communicating with my program head and international office and they have asked me to continue trying to get AD that no matter when I come even if it is summer semester, I will start the program then. All of this correspondence is via email.

1. I currently have an AD application in the system where 1st November was resumption date but no AD still. Should I cancel and book another AD stating March as resumption?

2. The school have said I only need to pay my summer semester fees to get my summer enrollment certificate but my AL is for Winter semester as the program only starts in Winter. If i finally get an AD for summer, how will this affect my visa application?

3. I have an admission offer from another school for summer but the enrollment fees and deposit is about 3400 Euros which is a lot seeing as I am already enrolled in another school. Should I pay and use this new AL to apply for summer AD instead of presenting the winter AL and summer enrollment in my existing school?

PLEASE I NEED GUIDANCE AS I AM IN A DILEMMA. ALL THE EXPERIENCED ONES SHOULD PLEASE HELP.

Yes we have heard countless times here that graduates from any Republic of Benin Universities shouldnt bother to apply to any universities in Germany. Having told that, i will still advise that your sister do a research on some German universities with direct universities application and send a direct equiries to these courses cordinators for advise.

What if we say NO and your intended university say YES? That means there are some certain thing we enquire directly from our courses cordinators for accurate advise. Please mail them and you will definitely get a response.

Considering that it's not easy to get a lecturer to do multiple reference/recommendation letters, is it advisable to use the one meant for a particular Institution/application for another?

It is observed that appointment date for certification of documents is not available for November. However, it is available from 2nd of December. If you have more time for your university application you may book for 2nd of December otherwise go and use High Court certification.

Am still surprised that you are unable to conclude this application and payment.. From your first post on this challenge i had to try to process one and i get to the payment page using Master card. If you had sent your documents already you don't need to send or upload any documents again.
