In port harcourt the only water we know the sachet water and dirty rivers..... No body think in that direction. In some area you ve to pay to get water, in other parts, people carry their bucket and walk some distance to beg people that own borehole for water. No one cares about providing pipe borne water here.... No one. In Trans-Amadi where I live, we go close to shell to get drinking water from the public tap the company built along the road... You need to see the crowd especially on weekends..... If our leader can't do the basics, how do we expect them to bring real development? They just don't care
