ROYH: So, I've been using this pc for quite some time now apart from the back up that it does not have, everything else is working perfectly until last year around June when I discovered that it's enter button and some other 2/3 buttons ain't functional again but since there's screen keyboard, I don't necessarily bother much about it as I can still be managing it.. So it wasn't in used as I do use it frequently again, so there's nothing to worry about until around December last year that I wanna use it and it started displaying this BOOT DEVICE NOT FOUND
I don't know what's wrong with it maybe it's software problems or hardware.. Please any solution would be highly appreciated.

Madampauline: Back in the days I dated a married man I was 19 he was 35 married with kids.
He had done a lot for me, thanks to him I am in Europe now he has done everything for me.
I broke his heart after moving in Europe in 2011, I blocked him and moved on with my life.
I am happily married since 2015 with 2 beautiful children.
I learned that he passed away this year march and his wife and five children have nowhere to stay.
She is actually staying in church with 2 children while the other 3 are with relatives.
I feel so sad and I want to help her with accommodation and will give her money for business, I want to do know anonymously because if she knows it is me who want to help her I don't think she will accept the money.
Should I do it anonymously or I should let her know I am the one who want to help her.

I got a 2bedroom flat because the place is close to me and my wife place of work.we couldn't get a 3bedroom around the area cos that was the one we saw at the time and it was not costly.
But here is the problem I have a 19yrs old boy waiting for admission and a 16yrs old girl in ss3 but I don't know how to allocate the 2 bedroom maybe my wife and I should take one and leave the other room for my son and daughter but my girl is already a lady and she doesn't want to share a room with her brother,,am also thinking my wife should share one room with our daughter while I share the remaining room with my son but what if me and my wife need each other.
Where we relocated from we had 3 bedrooms and everyone had his room but because that was the only apartment near and less costly we had to take it.
The best thing from my side is; the daughter take over the room while the son has all in belonging there in her sister room. And you get a bed for the son to sleep in the living room/parlor; but for peace to reign you liase with your daughter to always be the one to set her brother bed, while the your son himself onset it in the morning. So whenever; the guy needed something in the room he can always knock and find his way through. But lastly, make it a point of duty not to entertain visitors as earlier as 7am and let all visitors leave very early so as not to inconvenient the guy. My view is because the lady needs more of privacy.
Lukgaf: Is it permissible for one to fast the six days of Shawwaal with the same intention as making up the days he or she did not fast in Ramadaan e.g because of menstruation?
HopeSpencer: For 30 years, I practised undiluted Christianity. Don't come here with the story of 'maybe you were not saved' blabla. My life was in shambles.
I ported to black magic after visiting my powerful village kinsmen. To eat was hard before consultation with the dark powers. Then my situation improved for 2 years. During those two years, I stepped up consultation with the dark powers in a bid to stay afloat. Still, I came crashing after those 2 years.
I consulted the oracle again and was told to do sacrifices. I did them but no changes. I looked around for famous spiritualists and consulted them. No changes.
I recently met another powerful herbalist, say herbalist A. He told me what the problem is and the solution. I didn't pay for the solution but I looked for another powerful herbalist B somewhere else who told me same thing herbalist A told me. I then went back to herbalist A and paid for the solution. Herbalist A said I was to bear 3 sacrifices. He told me cost of all the 3 sacrifices and I paid it. On the day of bearing the sacrifices, he prepared only 2 sacrifices, and I didn't question him about the third. Herbalist A later reminded me 2 months later that one sacrifice is pending and he gave me a new cost. I didn't argue with him that I initially paid for 3 sacrifices. I haven't felt any difference and you reminded me of a 3rd sacrifice which I think I already paid for. Imagine, this herbalist A has more than 3 houses and I have none.
The problem here is that my problems look spiritual. I have skills that can't put food on my table.
owo8184: I am a young married man with 2 kids. The marriage is 6yrs now. Due to the situation of the country, we’ve not been staying together. I hustle in a University environment in one of the states in Southwest while she works as a freelance for some organizations in Lagos.
I normally come home (Lagos) on monthly basis. But during this lockdown, I have been in Lagos with my family.
Prior to our marriage, there is this guy she met when we had some misunderstanding. They started a date but later called it off when we settled. She didn’t give me the details but based on what I read on her phone back then, I knew they made out together. The said guy is now in Port Harcourt but I am aware he normally comes to Lagos.
Just today, I heard my wife giving someone a description of where they will meet somewhere in Agege (where she uses as her office). I was curious to know the person. I didn’t ask her because she would find a story to cover up. I found a way to check her phone and saw that her ex - the said guy was the one who called. May I say that we have fought over this guy several times even before and after our marriage. She won’t let this guy be in her past. She’s either calling the guy or the guy is calling her. This time, I chose not to raise my voice but monitor her closely. She left home for work today. I may not be able to give details but every surrounding clue indicates that my wife has a date today. She returned home and I found a way to check her whatsapp but alas she has deleted her chats with the guy.
Just this night again, she received a call from another man asking her when she would come to his office. She once told me that the man was asking her out. In all these, I want to believe my wife is up to something. Infidelity is the last I would accept in this marriage.
Should I confront her with all these observations? Please, I am confused.
Bros find a way to clone her WhatsApp to you phone or laptop. Get more clues and keep it for the future, you might need it when it’s time to tender your divorce notice to her family.

sodiqapril: Hey guys, can anyone advice me on what do..I'm always hungry even after eating a heavy meal. Like today for example, I ate five wraps of fufu and two hours later I was already feeling hungry. And it's really affecting me, I'm not greedy buy no matter what I eat it digests so fast that my stomach starts rumbling . Please help me.
I discovered that I had pile during my secondary School days (2014). I didn't even know this has been on me for long, until I went to defecate with a friend of mine in the bush. Immediately he saw that red flesh coming out on my anus. He shouted "What is this!!". That was when I knew I had PILE.
I told my mum about this. She said she noticed something like that from the day I was given birth to. She said, she didn't keep quiet, and she asked the nurses what was in my anus. The nurses replied that, "it is normal" That it will still leave there. Now, I am in my twenties. This thing is now paining me seriously. In fact , I can't defecate easily.
Please, nurses and doctors in the house, come to my aid.
Note: I noticed that, I ejaculate within 3 to 4 mins during sex. I don't know maybe it's because of the pile?
Also, I have used and inserted some drugs (Anosoid or so, I can't really remember it spelling) recommended by a general hospital doctor yet, this thing is still stubborn. I have also visited Alagbo (herbal). In fact, The money wasted can't just be mentioned.
This night, I discovered the that its now out itself. Since all these while, it has been in, I only feel or see it while defecating.
I can't just imagine what people have been saying. like, "I wont be able to impregnate a lady" and all sorts of things like that.
Pls, help your boy.
Help for wider view .
I will appreciate all comments, remedy, solution, cure etc just to get this out of my anus.
I have someone that can help treat it. Text me on whatsapp +19293994904
healthserve: What is marriage becoming thesedays. Every day another sad marriage tale. We need to start looking at the bigger picture if a marriage doesn't work. It's how it is. What's the point staying under the same roof with someone we don't love. A marriage where all the loving and respect has flown out the window will also produce issues like this one. But then, there's always two sides to every tale and many times the tale bearer presents the side of the story that absolves them of any kind of wrong doing
Be calm and decisive, ask him to forgive your wrongdoing, and beg him not to use your children as a bait to correct your whatever wrong doings. Let him understand that it's a curse on the children to disrespect their parent, and pls beg him not to be an architect to that curse. Do all this in front of the children, he will change and the children will pity your tears and not submit to their father's will to disrespect you.
Elejire2014: Fellow Nigerian students and fellow Nigerians. My name is Adigun Mojibade Nusirat an Ex student of Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) Ago Iwoye.
I enrolled for diploma programme in 2005/2006 session which I was admitted for 2 years programme which I finished in 2008 all dues fully paid and receipts intact.
I got my notification of result the same year I finished and it was converted to certificate few years after.
The same result was used to pursue my degree in Tai solairin university (TASUED) in year 2011 which I finished in 2014.
Presently I am trying to pursuit my master's to better my career opportunity.
On 7/12/2017 I requested for my transcript in both schools which I got the one for TASUED same day within few hours but reverse is the case with OOU, up till now I have not gotten it. I have travelled more than 20 different occasions after which I involved 2 different counsel with different letters written to the school (all acknowledgement intact).
I was asked to pay #51,000 for the transcript which I did same day as I speak today 05/11/2019 I have spent over #600,000 on it and nothing positive has come out.
The school authorities said the WHOLE SESSION RECORDS CAN NOT BE FOUND I make an official report to VC and DVC with different letters (acknowledgement copies intact)
I did a programme of 2years just 4 semesters and it's taken another 2years to get my transcript, I have forfeited 4 admissions due to non Challant and negligence of the school because I couldn't convert my certificate.
I implore those in authorities at different levels to come to my aid to make my dream come true, as we all know that education is the key to success.
I can't remember acknowledging OOU a university of reckoning in Ogun state. They are full of shit...... All hail Tai Solarin University of Education, bless all hail Professor Arigbabu.. May God bless you

Ebullience: There are strong indications that the Osun Government may sack no fewer than 769 workers in the state’s civil service who were discovered to be working with fake and forged school certificates. Mr Adelani Baderinwa, who is supervising the Information and Strategy Ministry, said in a statement that the discovery was made after five years of screening carried out by a consultancy firm employed by the state government.
“A consultancy firm, The Captain Consultants, engaged five years ago by the state government to verify the results and other necessary documents of the workers in the state has completed its assignment and submitted its report.
“The screening of the workers’ credentials came on the heels of controversies and reported forgery of results with which some of the workers allegedly used to secure job in the Osun civil service.
“At the commencement of the screening exercise in 2015, all the civil servants in the state were asked to submit their credentials in their personal files from which the Captain Consultants firm got access to their results and begun the verification exercise.
“Each and every result submitted by each of the workers was verified in their various secondary schools, post secondary schools and tertiary institutions.
“Some of the workers who were suspected to have forged/fake results were summoned by the firm and asked to present original results or go to their various schools for either attestation or re-confirmation.
“The firm, on its own, approached the schools for ‘confirmation of results’ of the affected workers for which they were obliged.
“The verification process uncovered serious certificate infraction on the part of some of the workers across Ministries, Departments and Agencies of the government.
The Osun Government says it has concluded plans to provide free train ride for its… “In some cases, as discovered in the verification process, some of the affected workers used another person’s result, while some forged their secondary and post secondary schools results to secure job in the civil service.
“In the case of some people employed as drivers in the service, it was discovered that they forged the O’Level results they submitted for their appointment.
“However, the firm in its report recommended that some of the civil servants caught in the certificate infraction be pardoned, while some should not be pardoned.
“Recommended for pardon are 102 drivers and 30 other workers who are to be pardoned on compassionate ground. A total of 586 workers are not pardoned, while the case of some 51 workers are still pending.
“While the exercise was on, some of the workers who were cleared and pardoned were receiving their salary while those that are yet to be pardoned have their salary suspended.
“A complete list of all the workers involved in the certificate infraction has been pasted at the Ministry of Information and Strategy, Civil Service Commission and Local Government Service Commission.
“Affected workers should check their names in the aforementioned places,” he said
For background, I was born to a Igbo father and a black American mother. I grew up in the U.S., and because my father didn't teach me anything about Nigeria, for the first part of my life I didn't even know I belonged to another culture. As I got a bit older I would question him about things pertaining to Nigeria; his response was "that's not important" or "don't ask such questions, focus on your book instead". At some point I asked him if he spoke another language. He confirmed that he did, but when I asked him to teach me he told me "no one speaks it, instead we just use English" and I accepted that answer.
I had a revelation one day in middle school when eating lunch with one of my friends. Like me she was born in the U.S., but had Chinese parents. We had gone to school together for nearly 10 years, so I was shocked when one day she picked up a phone call from her grandmother and spoke to her in fluent Chinese. When I questioned her on how she learned, she told me that her parents had been teaching her. That way, if she ever goes to China she won't struggle to communicate with her people, and if she chooses not to go she'll at least be able to talk with her grandparents that don't know English.
This impassioned me and that evening when my father came home from work I begged him to teach me Igbo, even though "no one speaks it". He agreed and taught me simple phrases like "kedu", "afa m bu", and "o di mma". The thing is, which it was nice to know these things I could not actually use them to communicate. I didn't understand Igbo grammar and my vocabulary was limited to basic greetings. When I began asking him the name of household items and chores he became angry with me. He told me I was focusing on Igbo and not my books (even though my grades were great), and that he'll punish me if I keep asking so I stopped.
Getting more so to the point, I'm now a graduate student in my early 20's. While I have tried my best to study Igbo, I have met many frustrations that have led me to investigate Hausa and Yoruba. At this point, it simply pains me that when I meet people from my country, I have no means of communicating with people from my country besides English. I plan on moving to Nigeria in the not-so-distant future, and when I go I want to be fluent is something.
Between the three major languages, the arguments I have for each are:
Igbo As an Igbo person, it makes sense for me to prioritize my language. I don't want to just sit there confused and lost during family gatherings, I also want to be able to speak to my grandparents who don't understand English well. That's really the only positives of Igbo though, even excluding the past experiences mention above, I've over all become disheartened by the idea of learning the language for a variety of reasons.
Yoruba One thing I like about Yoruba language is that Yoruba people seem to have put a lot of effort into developing it and teaching it. Most Nigerians I've met in the U.S. that speak a Nigerian language speak Yoruba, despite the fact that I've met mostly Igbo people. In addition, of Nigerians I've met also born in the U.S., only the Yoruba's are able to speak their language. Despite that, my family roots are in the South East. I may be able to speak with more Nigerians by learning Yoruba, but I'll still be disconnected from my family. Yoruba people might seem to have less of a "complex" when it comes to their language than Igbo people, but I have observed it's still there.
Hausa I've only ever met one Hausa family in the U.S., but from what I've observed in Nigeria they seem to practice their language the most. In addition, it seems like Hausa is a lingua franca for most of the country, and many non-Hausas are fluent in the language. Hausa is one of the few sources I can find unadulterated practice of the language. It's also West Africa's most spoken indigenous languages. It still has the same problems a Yoruba though when it comes to connecting with my family. I also don't know how realistic it is to expect to live in the Northern Part of Nigeria as I have limited experience there.
Like I said, I want to move to Nigeria at some point and that's where I want to raise a family and start a career. When I have children I don't want them to grow up like me. I want them to be connected to their people and be able to communicate with them on a level no other group in the world can. I can tell my children to love and embrace African culture and languages when I know none myself.
I decided to come here for insight from other Nigerians as I have no one to talk to about this in real life. Given everything I've said what do you think I should do? At the end of the day I just want a sense connectivity and belonging among my people. I want to put my efforts into learning a language its speakers wholly embrace so I can pass it on to my children.
Also, I don't intend for this to be tribalistic at all. I would also appreciate if responses avoided tribalistic sentiments.
I want to be brief on my suggestions. I will advise you look around you and see, the population of Nigeria tribe that surround you. Learning all the language give you edge as a Nigerian, but be precise on which one you can grab, and the most needed for communication when you come down here. Thank You

The Koma people became recognized as Nigerians in 1961, a year after independence, along with the old provinces of Northern Cameroon. Today Koma is part of the seven districts of Ganye local government in Adamawa State.
Koma is a relatively primitive hill-dwelling ethnic group in Northern Adamawa, in the Atlantika Mountains, which shares a border with Southern Cameroun. Hill-dwellers are spread through the South and South-West of these mountains, including many on the Cameroonian side.
There are 21 Koma villages in the Cameroonian side of the Alantika Mountains and 17 villages on the Nigerian side.
The Koma have their own language, known as Koma, with an estimated 61,000 speakers. It is a member of the Niger–Congo language group.
They are committed to their traditional culture. The men wear loincloths and women wear fresh leaves. Koma men are much more receptive to wearing of contemporary clothes than the women.
The belief still holds firmly that if women wear clothes, they would incur the wrath of the gods with visitation of either death or barrenness.
When the government authorities made it mandatory in some markets for people to put on clothes, the women would put cloth wrappers over the leaves only in the market, and remove them on their way back to the hills.
As a mark of acceptance and friendship, a Koma man may share his wife with friends, especially visitors.
Among the Komas, a twin birth is regarded as evil, and twins are considered abominable so much so that until recently babies of multiple births used to be buried alive with the women who had the 'misfortune' of being their mothers.
This obnoxious practice of twins killing is out of vogue among Komas who dwell on the plains, but in the out-of-the-way settlements on the hills, the ancient practice still thrives without obstruction.

Oh, sorry bro. Felt your pain, I was equally denied USA visa last week after perfecting my documents. The consulate officer didn't even tell me why I was being denied
