Nigeria cannot exist as one country. Let the North that contribute nothing but violence to this country go thier way. |
@Ileke-IdI, Is this post about Igbo's or the reason why Nigeria should split. Please stop this constants attacking of the Igbo's. I am sick and tired of this rubbish on this site. I have never insulted your tribe, but I am fast running out of patience. Please respect yourself |
It is hard to see the future of Nigeria as one country. Please for peace let us decide to go our seperate ways. |
Which way Nigeria. Oga President, please do something, Nigerians should not be killing Nigerians |
Sorry oh, but I am an advocate of asking serious questions before marriage including making necessary enquiries, probably if yu did, this would have been discovered. That said, this marriage is by deceit, and therefore there are very fair grounds for divorce, this is simply entrampment. But speak to your marriage councellor first. Goodluck |
Very weak easy target. Uduaghan is walking free he is more corrupt than this guys. Yet he is free to contest elections, what a country |
No integration worthsoever. Sham marriage called Nigeria, get the divorce papers out. Time to dream of a new Nigeria, free of violence |
The North must go. We have a fundamental different outlook on the way things should be run, and beside, they do not contribute anything to this country. Please someone tell me what they contribute besides wicked senseless killings And by the way has Atiku, Buhari, Ribadu condenmed the killings in the strigest of terms? These are Northern leaders, what are they doing to ensure this rubbish stops? This doesnt happen in the South. Enough is enough. The South must demand proper behaviour from the North if not let them go |
Well said Ogboru. We must question the actions of INEC. As I have often said, what happens in Delta state will define next years general elections. We must start adopting a process that gets things right. Voters register is not ready, yet elections are due in 2 weeks. What a country. So if there is a problem with the register, does that give INEC enough time to rectify things? |
I find it hard to see how there can ever be peace in Nigeria without a split. There is a fundamental difference between the North and the South. The 2 cannot operate as one Nation. NoWay |
I beg help he tell am |
Why must anyone share anything with the North? Why? What does the North share with anyone, besides senseless killings. The North should go thier way. We down south like peace. These same Northerners that butchered my brothers and sisters during the civil war? you just be joking, let them go and fend for themselves. |
@Maga1 I am sorry , but that is the simple truth, whether you choose to face it or not. Nigeria is not one country. My Christian brother can choose to move down south if they are not happy with the North, that is how it works everywhere else in the world. Listen, people in the south are equally poor, but they dotn go about attcking muslims do they? or anyone else for that matter, so I am tried of this escuse. Poverty is not reason for people to kill others, why did they not attacked thier fellow muslims? Where are the muslim leaders condeming this ![]() We need to go our seperate ways, becuse we want peace |
No I totaly disagree the North needs to go with anyone. Let them go and raise thier own revenue. We have been bonded in this loveless, abusive, cruel marriage called Nigeria for far too long. Nigeria must split for peace. |
Whether we accept the truth or not, Nigeria is not one country. So those that tink a split would not be the solution should go back and revisit the reason they think Nigeria should be one. The most logical would be a North South split, but where the boundaries would be, because the middle belt are likely to want to join with the South. |
This is really sad. Nigeria is truly not one country, and we must all sit down like sensible people and choose to go our seperate ways. I am tried of this continous wicked act |
Guys, lets stop painting this doom and gloom impression, that they are no decent people around (Both Man and Woman), the fact is there are. I truth lies within us, we must choose what is important to us. Most time issues like these are brought about because of our material wants rather than needs. What is one prepared to do to give the impression of success? |
@Poster, if this is true, I am really sorry you had to go through this. That said, it is very unfortunate that every lady is being tarred with such an ugly brush. There are decent people still left out there, so lets be careful not to generalise. But the bigger issues here, is this is another symptom of a failing society, with no laws to protect the common man. Where are the employment laws? who is enforcing it. there is so much worng with our society that the sooner we get to grips the better for us all. So whilst it might be the poster experiencing this today, nobody knows whats around the corner for any of us |
is that bank profitable at all? |
In good time things will sort themselves out. Just take it easy and find a new focus, probably work or studies, but I will advice against rushing into another relationship, at least not yet |
But then again if you had a strong functioning government, they would have been pardoned and sent back home to be purnished. We just dont know how to look after our own. if this was the US or UK those guys would have been pardoned and purnished in the UK That said , I do not support the crime |
@Gbawe, Thanks for the clarification. It is good to get a bit more insight on potential politicians, and for those who know them more to come out and clarify issues. I am very conversant wiht the Tony Blair issue, but we must to forget that he was already a very successful lawyer, with his wife, befoer he went into politics, beside we know the sort of consultancy deals that await ex-pm's when they leave. It is a shame that we dont have this sort of transparency in Nigeria, but all the same your information is very useful. |
Nigerians are only hardworking and industreous to thier selfish aim. the problem here is that we do not work together for the common good. And yes the poster is very right. We have become a nation of very lazy people, mentally and physically |
buzugee makes some very valid points, although I am not quite sure I am with him on stealing from others. That said, this same thing happend about a month ago, when a Chinese vase was sold for about £17M, with the same sort of history, it had been stolen from a chinese palace years ago when the British over-ran the palaces. however this time around it was bought by a chinese collector, and one would imagine to bring it back to China. I do believe that at some stage we should be demanding that national treasures stolen should be brought back, but not until we have put our house in order. has anyone here been to see the Car Murtala was killed in? Well it is a a shabby state at the national museum Onikan. i saw it about 3yrs ago and could not believe that an item like this which had so much significance in our history can be left to rot away |
Where did they get the money from. These people have fleeced us dry. Efcc where are you? |
Praise God. This is absolute Good News. Please can people refraim from attacking tribes and turning this thread into another senseless racial war. A good thing has happend to this family and we must rejoice with them. |
United Kingdom is made up of Wales, GB, Scotland, and Northan Ireland. I seriously doubt that those who lead the country are chosen on a rotation basis. I feel that zoning and Federal character have really held us back as a people. We are not allowed to choose the best amongst us because we want to satisfy others. Can someone please tell me what the benefits of this very ancient system is. What have we gained as a nation? |
Very true. These studpid excuses have been used to hold Nigeria back for so long. What happend to "Let the most qualified" get the job |
A deadender seeking relevance. Probably fast realising that he will not make the primaries, so reverting back to the ancient ACT of Zoning |
With all this wahala going on in the PDP, is the time now right for a Law to be brought in that prevents this sort of things happening in Parties? Is Zoning not an act of discrimination and should a law not be in place to stop / prevent this? |
