It seemed unbelievable but the reality downed on a man who has just arrived Nigeria from overseas to discover that the land he bought for N9.5 million excluding all documentations and Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) with palatial four flats, painted and fenced was sold for only N10 million by his wife.
According to the husband who was lamenting on a viral video on social media, he said his wife absconded with the money and he wondered why someone will agree to buy the house worth more than N50 million for only N10 million.

KWARA State Police Command has raised alarm over terrorists gathering in a camp in Kwara State from where they are planning their coordinated attacks in the state and other state they shared boundaries.

According to the Police Intelligence Report on the movement of bandits on Crime Page on Facebook available to SOJ WORLDWIDE, the police revealed all the intelligent reports about the movements of the bandits in Kwara State axis where they are planning to launch attacks.
The release was signed by the Kwara State Investigation Bureau (SIB) in charge, CSP Yusuf Abdulraheem.

FULL TEXT:
INTELLIGENCE REPORT ON THE MOVEMENT OF BANDITS.
The Bureau is in receipt of information on the movement of some Bandits/Kidnappers numbering about 112 who will be travelling in two each on motorcycles while their arms and ammunitions will be conveyed by a truck loaded with food items in disguise.
Source further reveals that, the route they will ply include but not limited to Kebbi State via Kanba, Malavi to Benin republic.
The movement is scheduled to commence on 1st and 2nd of August, 2022 at about 2300hrs.
It is pertinent to note that, they already have a Base in Kainji Lake National Park which shares boundary with about four States i.e. Kebbi State, Niger State, Kwara State and Oyo State respectively.


They have concluded plans to use Kwara State National Park Forest Reserve as their major Base and part of Kisi and Igbeti in Oyo State as they already have some underground hideouts in Naanu by Rafin Kunama reserve area, Kwara State.
2. In another development, a reliable source sighted two suspected bandits on a motorcycle carrying RPG machine guns with round chains in Kagondabi village via Moro L.G.A Kwara State. Kagondabi village is the last locality under Ejidongari Ward, and it can be accessed through Gaa-Dasu via Sabongada in Bode-Saadu, Moro L.G.A. Kwara State.

3. Intel also has it that, Yikpata NYSC Camp located in Edu L.G.A Kwara is very porous and prone to attack anytime from now as Bandits are said to be hibernating in the forest surrounding the camp.

4. PROJECTION: From the foregoing, it’s obvious that Kwara is very vulnerable at the moment and may be contending with bandits’ attacks anytime soon.
5. SUGGESTION: Against this backdrop, there is need for the command to as a matter of urgency liaise with the State Government and activate proactive measures to neutralize this threat.
ii. Acpols, Dpos and Hods in the state be abreast of this development and be directed to fortify their respective AOR to avert any unforeseen circumstances.
6. Meanwhile, the Bureau will sustain monitoring and render prompt reports.

A white Italian was on Friday, July 29, 2022 allegedly beaten a Nigerian handicap, a 39-year-old, Alika Ogorchukwu to death in the presence of onlookers.


Ogorchukwu was said to have been pinned to the ground on a major shopping street in Civitanova Marche, a seaside town on the Adriatic Coast, before beating him to death, as a video of the assault shows and police officials confirmed. Moments earlier, Mr. Ogorchukwu, a street vendor, had unsuccessfully pitched his wares to the assailant and his girlfriend.
The brutal, senseless murder — which was videotaped by witnesses and shared thousands of times on social media — has shocked Italians, stirred political bickering ahead of national elections in September and spawned fresh debate over racism in Italy, even though, for now, investigators do not believe that the crime was racially motivated.
“Let’s condemn the fact itself and the behavior of people who stood by and watched a disabled person get killed with a crutch and filmed it,” instead of intervening, “it is shameful,” said Patrick Guobadia, the vice secretary of an association representing Nigerians in Italy.
“This indifference is frightening,” he said.
Editorials in major Italian newspapers wrote of the “dusk of civilization.” Politicians across the political spectrum denounced the crime, though concerns emerged that the murder could be used as a political sparring point in the upcoming election in which the right-wing coalition has already singled out immigration as an issue.

Rocco Pennacchio, the archbishop of nearby Fermo, said in an interview Sunday in the Catholic newspaper l’Avvenire that he hoped that all the political parties would refrain from stirring such tensions for “a handful of votes.”
Mr. Ogorchukwu was killed around 2 p.m. on Friday, shortly after he had approached the suspect, Filippo Ferlazzo, whose identity was confirmed by his lawyer, and his girlfriend to sell trinkets and beg for some change. After being rebuffed, Mr. Ogorchukwu walked away, followed almost immediately by the suspect, who assaulted him. Onlookers filmed the aggression, which lasted less than four minutes, but no one intervened.
Mr. Ogorchukwu had moved to Italy about a decade ago, to join his wife, Charity Oriachi. They lived in the inland town of San Severino Marche, about an hour’s drive from the coast. Eight years ago, their son was born, said Francesco Mantella, a lawyer who has helped the family and is representing Ms. Oriachi. “Now that she’s alone, with a son, you can imagine how hard it will be,” he added.
Mr. Ferlazzo, a 32-year-old factory worker, is being held on charges of homicide and robbery because he took Mr. Ogorchukwu’s cellphone after the incident. Matteo Luconi, the chief police investigator in Macerata overseeing the case, said in a telephone interview that an autopsy later this week would establish the cause of death. Nothing had emerged from their investigations to suggest “elements of racial hatred,” he added. A statement issued by the police said the “motive for the murder” appeared to be traceable to “petty reasons.”

In addition to its violence and the bystanders, the killing touched a nerve because the Marches region, where Civitanova is, has been the scene of heinous crimes against migrants. In February 2018, an Italian right-wing sympathizer shot and wounded six African immigrants in Macerata, some 19 miles inland from Civitanova Marche, marking the city as a bastion of intolerance. Two years earlier, a Nigerian man was killed in the city of Fermo, just south of Civitanova, after he tried to defend his wife from racist slurs.
Italians have been leaving bouquets of flowers, potted plants and hand scribbled notes at the scene of the deadly beating. “Stop racism,” read one note.
In an email, Mr. Ferlazzo’s lawyer, Roberta Bizzarri, said her client, his girlfriend and his mother all “felt pain” because of what had transpired, adding that Mr. Ferlazzo had “overt psychiatric disorders, a recognized borderline diagnosis.” She also said that “this very sad story” was “not a case of racism.”
Fabrizio Ciarapica, the mayor of Civitanova Marche, met with Mr. Ogorchukwu’s widow on Saturday, and on Sunday, the municipal administration approved a motion to assist the family. Funds have been set aside to help pay for the funeral and a bank account was opened for donations. “The community is always ready to extend a hand to those in need,” Mr. Ciarapica said in a statement sent on Sunday.

The mayor also pledged to “protect the image and values of Civitanova, which has always been a civilized, welcoming, generous, peaceful and supportive city and which is dismayed and grieved by an affair foreign to its character and soul.”
Mr. Guobadia, of the Nigerian association, said that an impromptu protest had been held Saturday by Nigerians living in the area but that a bigger demonstration was in the works for next weekend. “What happened could be called an act of underlying racism, or indifference, I can’t say,” he said. “But in any case, it is shameful.”
Speaking to the Italian Sky News channel, Ms. Oriachi was distraught: “The pain is too much for me, I need justice,” she said. “I need justice.”

MORE facts have emerged on how a Youth Pastor identified as Joseph Fekala allegedly killed his girlfriend, Kate Ogwoh over N50,000 debt he owed her and buried her inside his one-bedroom Flat in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State on Thursday, July 28, 2022. 

SOJ WORLDWIDE published the news on Friday saying 27-year-old Joseph was a Yahoo Boy, no one could say if the lady was killed for ritual purposes or because of the debt he owed her. More revelations in the video below.

Fekala, said to be a Youth Pastor in a Christ Embassy church in Yenagoa, allegedly strangled Kate who is a member of same church to death after which he buried her in a shallow grave in his bedroom.
The incident occurred at the Okaka suburb of Yenagoa metropolis on Friday.
It was learnt the suspect, who has been arrested by the police, allegedly killed Kate over a N50,000 debt he was owing for clothes she sold to him.
A source, who craved anonymity, said the deceased was a dealer in clothes.
The source said: “She used to sell clothes. The suspect was owing her N50,000 and she went to get the money from him yesterday (Thursday).

“No one heard from her until this Friday morning when her mother went looking for her at the man’s house and saw the shallow grave, that’s when she raised the alarm.
“Until her death, she was a member of Christ Embassy Church in Yenagoa while Joseph was a youth pastor in a pentecostal church. He isn’t a ‘Yahoo boy’ as being speculated in some quarters.”
Bayelsa Police spokesman SP Asinim Butswat, confirmed the incident.
Butswat said: “Joseph Fekala, 27 years, of Ikebiri community, but residing at Okaka, strangled one Kate Ogwoh, female, 26 years to death on July 28, 2022.
“He buried the deceased in a shallow grave in his bedroom.
“The suspect was arrested following a tip off by neighbours on July 29, 2022, at about 0800 hours.
“He is being detained at the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID). Investigation is ongoing”

A Pastor and his wife were robbed while the former was delivering his sermon at a Brooklyn church. They were robbed at gunpoint of more than $1 million worth of jewellery. The robbery was caught on a live stream video of the service. 

Lamor M. Whitehead, 44, a bishop at the Leaders of Tomorrow International Ministries called the robbery an example of “how the devil moves.”
The video has been removed from the church's live stream. The robbers who arrived in a white car interrupted the service 5- 10 minutes after it had begun.
In the video, the Pastor can be seen saying 'All right, all right, all right' as he raised his hands and lowered himself to the floor.

"Took off my bishop's ring, my wedding band and took off my bishop chain, and then I had chains underneath my robe, and he starts tapping my neck to see if (there was) anything else -- so that means they knew, they watched and they knew that I have other jewellery," Whitehead told CNN.

"These men, they need to turn themselves in," Whitehead said. "I forgive you and I'm praying for you, and I hope that God deliver you from the mindset of who you are at this time."

Her victory raised hopes of Nigerians that all is not lost yet. The sudden appearance of Tobi who lifted Nigerian Flag to the world with the rendition of the National Anthem across the globe showed that there is still light at the end if the tunnel.

INSECURITY has reached another dimension in Nigeria,a commercial bus was seized by gunmen in Okene, Kogi State, the driver and three other passengers were kidnapped leaving other passengers stranded.

In a viral video on social media, one of the passengers, a lady, who was lucky not being kidnapped narrated how the gunmen kidnapped the driver and three passengers but they were lucky that one of them was able to drive them out of the spot of the incident into safety. 
The whereabouts of the abducted three passengers and the driver was unknown as at the time of filing this report.
The lady was heard saying, "Nigeria is finished."

SECURITY operatives attached to the Anambra State Government beat up popular Pastor based in Onitsha, Anambra State, Chukwuemeka Odumeje, better known as “Indaboski Bahose” when the Task Force were demolishing his Church.

The Pastor who is popularly known as “Indaboski Bahose”, “Liquid Metal”, was manhandled while arguing with the officials.
In March, the Anambra government had marked his church, Grace And Power Prophetic Ministry, Onitsha, for demolition for sitting on drainage channel.
Governor Chukwuma Soludo had visited Okpoko, a sprawling slum in Onitsha, a day after his swearing in, and pledged to sanitize the area by ensuring the drainages are free.
Odumeje’s church, which is in the community, was marked among the houses obstructing free flow of water.
The controversial prophet had reportedly attempted to stop the officials from demolishing his church, drawing the ire of the security men who accompanied the demolition team.

In a video trending online, Odumeje was seen being shoved around by security men, including police officers and men of the vigilantes service.
He was severally slapped, and restricted from moving to the demolition area.
The video however sparked mixed reaction, with many condemning the treatment meted to the cleric.
However, some commentators said it served him right as he had invaded shrines that are considered sacred and destroyed them in the past.
Odumeje came to limelight through videos of his controversial sermons and bizarre style of healing. He usually imitates heavy weight wrestlers by smacking down his sick members for healing.

The cleric also claims to have many hidden powers, which he said were yet to be touched.
Commenting on the demolition, Chief Press Secretary to Anambra State governor, Mr Christian Aburime, said it has no sinister motive.
He said the government had given notice to all those whose building were situated on drainage.
He said, “Following the expiration of the more than two weeks notice beginning from April 2022 served on developers and building owners who built several illegal structures along the waterway in Fegge and environs within Onitsha, Anambra state government has begun demolition of such structures.
“The exercise which is being carried out by a joint government task force, commenced the exercise from Bida Road by Modebe Avenue, Fegge Onitsha. The affected buildings include Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention Deliverance Ministries, shops and other perimeter fences.
“The structures were marked since April, 2022 and all developers and building owners were served notice to remove such illegal structures.”

THERE was terrifying bombshells on Monday when the Ukrainian Troops blew up the Russian Ammunition Depot using the United States rockets thereby demoralising VLADIMIR Putin's bid for total control of the Donetsk Oblast.

Images emerging on social media show Russian military warehouses in the occupied area of Snezhnoye, Donetsk exploding into a fireball.
It is one of a number of Russian ammo depots to be hit by intense shelling in recent days.
Local reports indicate a US-made High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) - multiple large rockets launched from the back of a five-ton truck - were used in the attack.

The bombing by Ukraine follows another devastating airstrike by Zelensky's men on Sunday.

The lady in one of the three viral videos in circulation in social media was locked up in Police Cell.   She was seen and heard barking like a dog.  She later stripped herself naked. 
The source of this incident said the unidentified lady and her boyfriend were locked up at Elewe Eran Police Command at Abeokuta,  Ogun State.

The source said, 
"This video is that of a lady suspected to have been used by a yahoo boy, as i speak, the lady and the Yahoo boy, are in the police cell at Eleweran, but the irony of it is that the lady is barking like a dog and till this evening, no remedy yet, may God continue to protect our nowadays female children."

MR. FEMI Falana (SAN) is a well known name in legal profession, his doggedness in defending the rights of the oppressed is legendary. He brought life to the cross examination of the defendant, Miss Adedeji Adesola, a Receptionist with Hilton Hotel and Honours as a leading prosecutor at the Osogbo High Court (1), Osogbo on Monday, May 30, 2022.

The case was the alleged murder of an MBA-EXECUTIVE student of the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, Osun State, Mr Timothy Oludare Adegoke on November 6, 2021 at the hotel owned by Dr. Rahman Adedoyin.
The court was filled to the brim as it was the turn of the 7th defendant, Miss Adesola Adedeji a Receptionist at the Hilton Hotel and Honours where Timothy Oludare Adegoke was allegedly murdered.
Falana came into the scene with pointed questions at the Receptionist.
In the cross examinations, Adesola threw more lights into when the CCTV camera was removed, her meeting with Dr. Rahman Adedoyin, his son Prince Roheem Adedoyin and the Manager of Royal Hotels and Honours, Moshood Quadri and what she knew about the alleged death of Timothy Adegoke.
The reports was put together by Adesoji OMOSEBI and Ruth Semilore.
Falana: Did you make any statement at the Police Station?
Adesola: Yes Sir.
Falana: Can you recognize the statement you made.
Adesola: Yes Sir.
Falana: Is that your statement? (The statement she made to the police was shown to her)
Adesola: Yes sir.
Falana: At about 8pm on that day Raheem Adedoyin came to you?
Adesola: Yes sir.
Falana: Between 9-10pm Dr Rahman Adedoyin also came to that hotel, is that right?
Adesola: Yes sir.
Falana: What did he come to do?
Adesola: Dr Adedoyin came to check the welfare of the staff and the management.
Falana: The Chairman held some discussions with the Manager and his son, Roheem Adedoyin, did you know what they were discussing?

Adesola: On the 5th November about 9-10, I noticed he was speaking with the Manager but I did not know what they were saying.
Falana: After the discussion, did you know when the Chairman left the hotel?
Adesola: I did not know the time.
Falana: When did Raheem Adedoyin left the Hotel?
Adesola: I did not know.
Falana: That night of the 5th of November, the guest did not come down to the Reception to your knowledge?
Adesola: I did not see him.
Falana: Did you sleep that night?
Adesola: I was at the Reception throughout the night.
Falana: You had not cause to go to room 305 throughout the night?
Adesola: No sir.
Falana: You are supposed to close at 12 noon?
Adesola: Yes Sir Kazeem left at 8am
Falana: Kazeem Oyetunde left at 8.00am, on the 6th who authorized him to leave at 8.00am?
Adesola: I don't know.
Falana: The Hotel has CCTV camera, that was correct?
Adesola: Yes Sir
Falana: The CCTV camera worked till 5th?
Adesola: Yes Sir
Falana: Up to 12 noon when you left the CCTV camera was still working?
Adesola: Yes Sir.
Falana: What happened to the CCTV?
Adesola: On the 9yh , I noticed that the Plasma TV at the Reception was no longer there.
Falana: So the CCTV was no longer working, is that correct?

Adesola: Yes Sir.
Falana: You were curious, you were surprised, is that correct?
Adesola: No
I asked Moshood where is the TV he said when he resumed he did not see the TV. I told him no problem that the TV cannot be stolen or taken out from the hotel.
Falana: The guest came in on the 5th, were you surprised you did not see the guest?
Adesola: I was not surprised.
Falana: Kazeem Oyetunde was on duty on 5 and 6th?
Adesola: Yes Sir
Falana: You did not stay together with Kazeem all night?
Adesola: No Sir.
Falana: Let's go to the Meeting in Chairman's house on the 11th
You held two meetings in the house with Raheem Adedoyin and the other person?
Adesola: Only two of us meet.
Falana: The two of you met and Raheem suggest that the person in the room was Adewale Lekan?
Adesola: No. He did not. He only provided another receipt which was in person of Adewale Lekan's name.
Falana: Raheem suggest to you that the person on room 305 was Adewale Lekan?
Adesola: He did not tell me the name, he only told me about the receipt.
Falana: He gave you a fresh recept to fill that's in respect of Room 305?
Adesola: No Sir, he only mentioned the receipt.
Falana: Is that receipt 7316?
Adesola; Yes sir.
Falana: You woite Adewale Lekan on the form you were given and signed?

Adesola: Yes Sir
Falana: Number on the receipt is 7316 and name on it?
Adesola: Adewake Lekan
Falana: You were asked to give that receipt to the police by Roheem Adedoyin?
Adesola: Yes sir.
Falana: The receipt he issued for the guest Timothy Adegoke bore the same number?
Adesola: Yes Sir
Falsna: After you have given the receipt to Roheem?
Adesola: After the meeting I went back to where I was sitting, Roheem Adedoyin called that my attention was needed by the Chairman.
Falana: The Chairman asked you not to involved any of the Managers of the case?
Adesola: He said I should not inform the police about the 37k that the managers are already aware.
Adesola: The Chairman told me that I should not involve any manager about it. That Timothy came and left.
(She should say the guest came and walked out.)
Falana: Before your arrest on 11th, Esther spoke to you.
Adesola: Yes, on phone
Falana: That there was a meeting on Christmas house
Adesola: Yes sir.
Falana: When your Lawyer was leading you in evidence you said you did not know where moshood and .Esther are?
Adesola: Yes Sir
Falana: At the time when Chairman said you should go with the lawyers you left Roheem and Esther?
Adesola: Yes, sir
Falana: Were you not surprised that Roheem and Manager had run away, were you not surprised?

Adesola: Yes Sir,.
Falana: Did you not know that Timothy Adegoke was killed?
Adesola: No Sir.
Adesola: Now look at your bank statement, he made the payment of N103k on the 8th November 2021.
When you were confronted with the account are they thesame?
Adesola: I can't remember
Adesola: The checkers signature was not on the ledger?
Adesola: Yes Sir
Falana: The signature on the account was not yours?
Adesola: Yes Sir
Falana: Whose signature was in the account?
Adesola: I don't know.
Falana: Why were you transfered from the hotel?
Adesola: I was not transfered only Magdalene
Falana: Was the transfer to your knowledge?
Adesola: Yes sir
Adesola: You have 16 guests on November 5, 2021?
Adesola: Yes sir
Falana: Which other guests income did not go to company account?
Adesola: I don't know?
Falana: At the Police Station you were given a list of 15 guests instead of 16?
Adesola: Yes Sir.
Falana: The guest who was not on the receipt was the only guest, Timothy Adegoke. 
Adesola:  Yes sir.
Meanwhile, Adesola said her monthly take-home salary was N25,0000.
The case was adjourned to June 27, 2022 to enable the Judge complete the long printout for the defence and prosecuting lawyers for adoption.
An interview session was held outside the court with Femi Falana.
When asked when it would be the turn of the first defendant, Dr. Rahman Adedoyin to give evidence, the erudite Lawyer said he (Adedoyin) decided not to give evidence.

GENERAL Overseer of the Omega Power Minister (OPM), Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere has fulfilled his promises to comfort the parents of student of Shehu Shagari College of Education, Sokoto, Miss Deborah Samuel who was stoned to death and set ablaze by some criminals under the guise of religion in the campus.

On May 24, 2022, 14 flats Mini Estates and a Corolla car for Uber business to the family of the slain Deborah Samuel was donated to the parents Deborah.
In addition, the first son was given a scholarship to study abroad while other siblings will be fully sponsored to university level.
All expenses came through tithes and offerings from the church.
