Foremost Human Rights Activist and Legal Luminary, Mr. Femi Falana (SAN) has accepted the request of late Timothy Oludare Adegoke's family to stand as their Lawyer to fight for justice for their breadwinner who was allegedly murdered at Hilton Hotels and Resort, Ile-Ife, Osun State on November 6, 2021.

Fanala did not only accept to defend the interest of the family alone, he has agreed to carry out his professional expertise free-of-charge.
This was contained in message posted by Oriyomi Hamzat on his Official Instagram Page monitored by SOJ WORLDWIDE, http://www.sojworldnews.com on Sunday, February 6, 2022.  He posted the copy of the letter written to Falana by Timothy's family and the response to their letter.
The case between the family of Timothy Adegoke versus Dr. Rahman Adedoyin will be a celebrated case that will attract global attention more than ever before.  Many interested parties are eagerly awaiting the second hearing of the commencement of the case in Abuja on Tuesday, February 8, 2022.
Sons and daughters of Eruwa are already showering prayers on Fanala for his kind gestures to stand for the helpless family.
Meanwhile, Oriyomi has announced that the sum of N17.2m have been realised so far to assist Timothy's family to prosecute the case. But since Falana has agreed to fight the case free-of-charge, a halt has been placed on any further donations until otherwise announced.

There was a time I was friends with the wife of one of the most influential figures in Africa. I met this woman through her husband who is highly revered and celebrated.

She was old enough to be my mother so I call her "mummy".
Mummy is soft spoken and elegant. She's one of those women who literally “worships” her husband. I'm not sure if this is because of his position or innumerable achievements.
When I met "mummy", we became friends instantly. From time to time she would call me to gist. Sometimes it was at odd hours and I would indulge her. I always wondered how this woman had my time considering how busy their daily activity is. Their home is like a Mecca of sorts to people seeking all kinds of favours.
To get an appointment to see Daddy is tough!!! You may be on the wait list for several weeks.
One day mummy called to tell me she booked an appointment on my behalf to see “Daddy”. This was weird because I never requested to see him. Secondly, he opened his home to me and I was free to walk in at anytime. I've never needed an appointment.

She was specific with her requests. She told me to come very early in the morning dressed in the most beautiful outfit.
I felt these requests were strange but I was excited all the same. Perhaps this was the golden opportunity I have been looking for. I concluded "Mummy" wanted to surprise me with a major contract or connection. I believed God had spoken to her.
When I told my Pastor Sunday Bankole aka Pst Banks about the impending meeting, he offered to pray about it. In my mind I thought Pastor has come oh. This was a very older woman who was also a “Christian” asking me for a meeting. I didn't think it was necessary to disturb God with prayers.
A day to my appointment, Pastor called to tell me to cancel it. He said he had a vision. He saw a golden ladder in a beautiful house. The ladder led into an underground chamber. He said different people were climbing down the ladder excitedly but never came back up. He took a peep down the hole out of curiosity and was shocked to see human skeletons and all sorts of dry body parts.
He told me that I will be made an irresistible offer. It would be so mega and life changing but will bring sorrow in the end.

I rolled my eyes a million times as we spoke over the phone. In my mind I thought, “Pastor ti de niyen!!! He has come with “vision” gba ko subu”.
I painfully decided to cancel the meeting. This happened some years ago. Till date "Mummy" has not called to ask why I didn't show up. I also never called to explain. It was later God decided to reveal a major secret to me. That was when I realised Pastor was right, these people are evil. (PART 2 LOADING)

Despite ball possessions by the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon, Bukina Faso was able to manuovre its way into their net in the 24th minutes of the First Half.

Bukina Faso slotted their second goal in the 43rd with a cross from the right flank that seemed to have gone into a corner but the Referee later confirmed it to be a goal making it 2-0 against the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon.
The Cameroonians are confused and no longer get their acts together despite their home supports as the Bukinabes headed their third goals in the 50th minutes. 
Cameroon scored their first goal through header in the 71st minutes.
Their second goal came in the 84th minutes, they roared back to levelled up with the Bukinabes 3-3 at 86th minutes.
It was a wonderful match that brought Cameroon from 3-0 down to claim the day winning the AFCON 3rd Place on penalties.

HUMAN Rights Activist and Lawyer, Pelumi Olajengbesi declared on his Official Facebook Page that the Yoruba Nation Activist, Sunday Adeyemo popularly know as Sunday IGBOHO will soon regain his release from Benin Republic Prison.

"Chief Sunday Igboho will be out very soon and there will be massive jubilation across the entire Yoruba land. He is no doubt a courageous MAN. This is very authoritative just that our Yoruba leaders should stop being selfish and allow good to prevail."
Igboho has spent over 200 days in Benin Republic detention since he was arrested at Cotonou airport en route to Germany alongside his wife in July 2020.
Olajengbesi, who secured the release of 12 Igboho’s aides arrested by operatives of the Department of State Service, noted that Igboho’s release would attract wild jubilation.
“Chief Sunday Igboho will be out very soon and there will be massive jubilation across the entire Yorubaland.

This is coming barely 48 hours after members of Agbekoya Worldwide asked the authorities of Benin Republic to free Igboho or they would use traditional means to get him out.
The President, Agbekoya Worldwide, Kamorudeen Okiki, who spoke in Osogbo on Thursday, said, “Sunday Igboho is not a criminal. We will continue to say that. We know that it is the Federal Government that is holding Igboho in Benin Republic, but we are telling Benin Republic authorities now to legally release him using their court.
“They should release him legally and quickly or we will use our traditional means and powers to take Igboho out of the court.”

The video where one of the major suspects in the alleged murder of Timothy Adegoke, an MBA-EXECUTIVE student of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Dr Rahman Adedoyin issued a curse on the brother of the victim, Gbade Adegoke outside the Court after the Court's proceedings has been released.

Timothy Adegoke was allegedly murdered at Hilton Hotels owned by Dr. Rahman Adedoyin on November 6, 2022.
The first hearing of the court case came up at Abuja on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 but after the day's proceedings, Gbade said Adedoyin pointed at him saying, "Gbade wa ku Ni." (Gbade you will die) unknown to them that the scene was recorded on video by Oriyomi Hamzat.
The exchange of verbal words ensued between Gbade and Adedoyin with Gbade seeing in the video returning the curses that "you will die, Adedoyin."
The next hearing will come up on Tuesday,  February 8, 2022 in Abuja but Timothy's family are financially handicapped, no money to hire a lawyer.

The family is calling on Nigerians to donate their widow's mite to hire a SAN to stand as Counsel for the family otherwise Adedoyin and other suspects will be released on bail on Tuesday putting the life of Timothy's brother and others in danger.
Before Oriyomi Hamzat was barred from issuing any public statement in the case of Timothy and Adedoyin, he has already posted the video on his Facebook Page with this statement,
"Adedoyin threatened Timothy’s brother with death in Abuja. This was after the hearing on Wednesday, 2nd February, 2022.
#justicefortimothy."

"I just received a court order from Oshogbo high court to stay away from TIMOTHY/ Adedoyin case.
I can only do my pushing underground not on my Radio or my social media again.... Never mind we are working on SAN to argue our case ,, but can we get a FIAT before Tuesday? O lagbara oooo.....
NO RETREAT
NO SURRENDER". Oriyomi concluded.

Brother of late Timothy looked dejected and frustrated just as Oriyomi said he was very sad with the turn of events. He said they only got to know that the case will come up on Tuesday in Abuja on Monday evening.
Oriyomi said he and Gbade, Timothy's brother had to rush to Abuja when the court proceedings was almost rounding off for the day.
He said there was no counsel to stand for Timothy and his family as their Lawyer was not available in the Court and that they heard about the court proceedings from the grapevine not from their Lawyer.

The Lawyer said he has sent a representative to represent him in the Court when they made enquiry from him.
Gbade said he recognized one of those who tried to abduct him at Eruwa in Oyo State in the Court at Abuja. He said the man threatened him with death while Dr. Rahman Adedoyin equally threatened him with death saying, "Gbade wa ku" (Gbade you will die).
The case, according to the duo was adjourned to next Tuesday, February 8, 2022.
They are calling on well meaning Nigerians for their assistance to hire Senior Lawyers, preferably, SANS to stand for them to get Justice for Timothy, otherwise, the suspects will be released on the next hearing.
They said their lives are already in danger as they have threatened to deal with them.

CONFEDERATION of African Football (CAF) Disciplinary Committee (DC) has imposed a fine of $100,000 on the Egypt Football Association (EFA) for breaching CAF TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations Cameroon 2021 media protocols and directives.

This is after Egypt FA failed to honour a Media Press Conference on 29 January 2022 ahead of their match against Morocco in the TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations quarterfinals in Ahmadou Ahidjo Stadium which is part of the obligations for all the participating teams.
Media and CAF Rights Holders had waited almost two hours for Egypt to arrive for the scheduled press conference.

Oriyomi wondered why the charges came from the suspects counsel and the victim's Lawyer was kept in the dark about it.
He asked how and where did Adedoyin's Lawyer got the charge sheet published in a national daily? 
He said with what was published in the national daily as charges, if it is true, then Timothy's case has already failed before the inception of the case.
He called on Timothy's lawyer and family to confirm the charges sponsored by Adedoyin's lawyer for publication last week.
He said he was doing this because a case is already pending to stop him from agitating for justice over the death of Timothy.  He went further that should the judge ruled against him he would not have the opportunity to say anything as he is saying now.

It was gathered that undies, particularly of girls between the ages of 16 to 32, are hot cakes for use by ritualists. One pant, according to some residents, sells for as high as two hundred and fifty thousand naira. The price can be higher when the ˜boys™ confirm “ through science that the girl has not done any abortion,

Esther, another resident in the area, said. The pants are allegedly used for money ritual.

After they finish with the pants, their owners will lose their wombs which is the real ritual, Esther added.

Alero, who lives with her parents, said she has three adult sisters. The anointing oil and holy water, according to her, had the capacity to neutralize any evil plan of Yahoo Boys on their pants.

For Tamera, a charming lady in her late 20ts on Jakpa Road, she and her mother no longer hang their underwears on the rope outside the flat in the compound where they live.

Because of Yahoo Boys, we no longer hang our underwears on ropes outside the flat in our compound, she said .

The story of Elozino Ogege is one of them.

There is also an unconfirmed incident at a shopping centre in Warri where a Yahoo Boy allegedly offered a girl fifty thousand naira to just caress her. After the guy finished, transfer of cash allegedly done to her account, she went to the convenience to freshen up.

It was at the toilet she bled to death. Her friend who was with her that night was the one that raised the alarm, narrated all that happened to everyone,

a lady who did not want her name in print said.

Despite the seeming extra care on the part of many girls not to fall victim of Yahoo ritualists, some of the Yahoo Boys, Street Boys, Everywhere Stew Guys, as they are called in Warri, oftentimes boast, according to residents, “Baba God will always provide data for subscription”. Data here means whatever they need for ritual while subscription means renewal of ritual to sustain cash flow.

"our mother said she should stop dating Alfa Mustekeen who attended thesame Islamic  School together with Sofiat.  What baffled me most was that it was this same Alfa that killed my sister."

HEARTLESS BOYS between ages of 17 and 20 were arrested in Ogun State by a vigilant Community guards while cooking the head of lady identified as Rufiat in a pot after they have succeeded in strangulating her, cut off her head and packed her remains of in sack.

The criminals have been handed over to the police in the early hours of Saturday January 29th in Abeokuta, Ogun State, for killing and burning their friend's girlfriend for ritual purpose.
The suspects identified as Wariz Oladeinde, aged 17, Abdulgafar Lukman, 19, and Mustakeem Balogun, aged 20, were all arrested following information from the security guard in the community to the police. It was gathered that the crime was committed in Oke Aregba community of the state.
According to the report made available to newsmen, the community security guard, Segun Adewusi, had noticed some boys burning something which he suspected to be human head, and had immediately alerted the police at Adetan station. Police officers were immediately deployed to the scene, and they arrested three of the boys, but one managed to escape.

The slain girl, identified as Rafiat, was a girlfriend to one of the boys known as Soliu Majekodumi, aged 18, and was staying at Idi-Ape. Soliu had taken to his heels when the police arrived, but was later arrested.
It was gathered that Soliu had invited Rafiat to his room where he and his friends were already waiting, and there he held her down and asked his friends to slaughter her. They killed the girl, cut off her head, packed her body in a sack, and started burning her head in a local pot.

The suspects identified as Wariz Oladeinde, aged 17, Abdulgafar Lukman, 19, and Mustakeem Balogun, aged 20

The arrested boys confessed in the presence of a large crowd that they wanted to use the girl's head for money ritual.
In a video which was made available to the pressmen, one of the boys, Mustakeem Balogun, said that they wanted to use Rafiat's head alone for money ritual. He said that it was her boyfriend, Soliu, that strangled her and told him to assist him, and after that they cut off her head and started burning it.
This is very sad, but it is good that they have been arrested. We hope that they will be made to face the full wrath of the law.

In all the accusations made against him that he respected no one including party leaders and that he operated against the development plan of the State by neglecting all the uncompleted projects from his predecessor, Raji Babatunde Fashola.

In the past three days when his reasons went viral he has not come out to debunk it as a fake news.

REASONS FOR MY REMOVAL:
1) I constructed 22 roads in Alimosho and refused to award any of the contracts to Aregbesola and co.

4) I refused to pad the budget with 10% for House of Assembly Members led by Bayo Osinowo and Mudashir Obasa.
5) I refused to grant the concession of 4th Mainland Bridge to Tinubu’s Hitech
6) I refused to increase the amount of money being paid from the state revenue to Tinubu through Alpha Beta from 10% to 20%.

7) I developed Epe. Epe was never in their master plan.

Adedoyin prayed that Oriyomi and his allies should expunge all stories on CCTV and how Timothy was exhumed from all their social media contacts and websites. Adedoyin was arrested along with others over the death of Timothy Adedoyin in his hotel.

The Nigeria Police Force has finally charged the owner of Hilton Royal Hotel, Dr Ramon Adedoyin, and six others to an Abuja High Court over the circumstances surrounding the death of Timothy Adegoke, the MBA-EXECUTIVE student of the Obafemi Awolowo University, who reportedly died at the hotel on November 6, 2021.

Adedoyin, according to a statement on Tuesday, is being charged with the offence of unlawful interference with a dead body, while the other six accused persons are charged with various offences ranging from murder, conspiracy, altering receipt, along with other stated offences.
According to the case summary and proof of evidence filed by the Police, Adedoyin is being charged for illegally disposing of Adegoke’s body, altering and cancelling his payment receipt and the removal of the hotel’s CCTV cameras with intent to destroy evidence.
Others charged with the educationist are, Adedeji Adesola, 23, Magdalene Chiefuna, 24, Adeniyi Aderogba, 37, Oluwale Lawrence, 37, Oyetunde Kazeem, 38, Adebayo Kunle, 35 and others still at large.

One of Adedoyin’s lawyers, Abiodun Williams, said the legal team expected the development as it was an indication that the Police had concluded their investigations which also signified the beginning of the legal battle to prove and establish the innocence of the accused persons.
He said, “At least the charges have now cleared Adedoyin of the grievous allegations of murder and ritual killing peddled against him; thus setting the stage for him and all the suspects to prove their innocence before the court.
“We will like to restate, most emphatically, that Adedoyin ought not to have been dragged into this case in the first place. We will, therefore, leave the rest to the court to decide according to the proof of evidence placed before it.

Recall that Adedoyin and some workers of the Hilton Royal Hotel, Ile-Ife, Osun State, were arrested between November 12 and 15, 2021, following the death of Timothy Adegoke, who lodged at the hotel.

This was the new dimension to unravel the killer of Timothy at Hilton Hotels and Resort, Ile-Ife.
The prime suspect to the murder was the owner of the Hotel, Dr Rahman Adedoyin, his son and others.
Timothy, an MBA-EXECUTIVE student of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) was allegedly murdered in cold blood in Adedoyin's hotel.
ORIYOMI said it would not be ideal for Timothy to be buried before his case comes up in the court, the implication, according to him is that the case might die down.
The suspects might use another strategy to truncate the case using a fake CCTV against the original with the police.

There is special information from the stable of Oriyomi Hamzat who has been standing firm for justice since the time Timothy Oludare Adegoke was murdered in Hilton Hotels owned by Dr Rahman Adedoyin in the last quarter of 2021.

Timothy was a student of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) undergoing his Second Degree program, MBA-EXECUTIVE.  
He came from from Abuja for his exams, lodged in the hotel but did not come out alive, he was not allowed to reap the fruits of his labour.
The lastest information was that the Nigeria Police Force, Abuja has sent a letter to the family of Timothy to come for his corpse for burial.  
According to Oriyomi, arrangements have been concluded to bury Timothy Adegoke on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at his home Town, Eruwa,Oke-Ogun Area of Oyo State at 9.00am prompt.
Sympathizers are advised to put on black attires (vests) for the burial rites in solidarity with the deceased.

Crack team of the Osun State Police Command have arrested two young men, Chinedu Dicha (21) and Joseph Emmanuel (21) who conspired to steal a Mercedes Benz car, ML 350 REG. NO: LAGOS FST 707 GN worth N15 million from a company in Lagos but got arrested in Ikire area, Osun State.

The Osun State Commissioner of Police, CP Olawale Olokode while parading the suspects on January 7, 2022 confirmed that they were apprehended at Ikire, at the point of looking for buyers.
"On 05/01/2022 at about 1600hrs, upon a distress call received from Lagos State that, a Mercedes Benz car was stolen from a company located in Lagos State, the Police Command quickly strategized and during stop and search, the suspects were arrested with the stolen vehicle at Molak Area, Ikire while looking for buyer. Suspects confessed to have stolen the car from the company where they work as staff.
Both suspects are residing at Lekki, Lagos State, they will be charged to court after the completion of investigation."

Sequel to the self-confession of the Minister of Interior, Mr Rauf Aregbesola, of being the brain behind the copious anti-party activities of a pressure group, The Osun Progressives (TOP) under the Osun State chapter of the All Progressives Congress(APC) yesterday at an event in Ilesa, Osun State, the State Chairman-elect of the party, Prince Gboyega Famodun, has berated the Minister, saying that his conduct in that regard is far below the expectation of the right-thinking members of the society.

Famodun in a statement personally signed by him in Osogbo, the Osun State capital, yesterday stated that it was unfortunate that Aregbesola who was the immediate-past governor of the state could champion subversive activities against the political party that has transformed his life from that of obscurity to limelight through prestigious offices as a Commissioner in Lagos State, two terms Governor of Osun State and a serving Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
It would be recalled that Aregbesola, at a public function in Ilesa yesterday, disclosed that he wholeheartedly identified with the activities and inactivities of the rebellious TOP which has constituted itself into an opposition within the Osun APC.
The intra-APC opposition group, called TOP, which meets every Thursday in the Campaign Office of the Interior Minister in Osogbo has become a venue where barrage of insults are heaped on the person of Governor Gboyega Oyetola, the state leadership of the APC and the State Government by the leadership of the said TOP.

This disgruntled set of the APC members are peopled by members of the cabinet of Aregbesola during his two terms of the governor of the state who are now protesting of their not being appointed by Governor Oyetola for the third term.
Famodun told Aregbesola point blank to perish the thought and notion of being the Alpha and Omega of Osun State progressive politics, reminding him that he is only grandstanding in the glory of the past.
In the Osun State APC State Chairman's words:. "Osun APC is too strong for Aregbesola to break.
"His recent statement in Ilesa reduces his status as a former Governor and as a serving Minister of a party he claimed to belong.
"Aregbesola is an arrogant, selfish, self-centered, reckless, wicked and inconsiderate politician who wants the whole world to be his possession.

"It is not an overstatement to categorise Aregbesola as someone who prefers to rule in hell than to serve in paradise.
"Aregbesola should be told that there is no amount of intrigues by him that is capable of bungling the second term ambition of Governor Oyetola as it has divine guidance and pathfinder which makes him(the governor) unstoppable by any mortal", Famodun cautioned.
