Everything boils down to capital. I would have left this country a long time ago since I can decide to sell off the properties and go but I'm more concerned about the long term benefits of the properties. The plots and buildings are situated close to a tertiary institutions and I plan to build a hostel. A self con goes as high as 70k yearly here. That's why I have not sold it believe me I've got my plans mapped out, just capital needed to kick start.
