The last time I visited UK, I wasn't asked the amount I had, so I don't know if there is a minimum specified amount that a traveller must have otherwise he or she maybe refused entry at POE it all depends on your mission, period of stay, home stay or hotel accommodation, this will inform what you will have on you,but for a two weeks stay with a reserved accommodation £200 Is enough ease your passage |

U are only required to photocopy stamped pages , visa pages.. If u have them with you, but, if you don't have no probs..
The aspect of saying some ones application is incomplete.. That's not true... You do not need to antagonize anyone,we are mot getting paid, his own position might be the last known rule and they might have changed that within a period of a week, even 24hrs due to voluminous documents they are dealing with....but all the same you have done well by stating your own experience,it will aid all other people here too |

Helllo mayoral,I read a testimony about you here on another trend, just some quick question for you....1. can I buy and ship to your address from amazon?
2 What is the shipping cost of an item like Solid state drive that is less than 1kg?
3.How long will it take to get to me here in lagos.
Note: I have been buying from amazon since last year, they have always been delivering to me here in lagos, but their 10 working day's delivery period is too slow for me,I also used DHL to ship from a forwarding address in Florida but the charges is killing and making it difficult for me to break even. I want speedy delivery, with security and utmost handling for my fragile item....hope to read from u soon |

Originalsly: In cases like this... especially like DHL/UPS... call the head office/customer service #... give them the tracking #..tell them your odeal. These companies thrive on reputation and will not hesitate to take action against whoever is trying to give them a bad name. We need to make official complaints and not lay down and roll over. I have done that,I have several correspondence from clearing department to account department,I have the.payment breakdown sent to me via email.....Forget about reputation here bro, those companies are here to make profit and once your regulatory agencies are not up and doing,it will be free grab for them all. |

Do they lodge passengers in an hotel? Just wanna confirm.
Pls also wanna find out if rwanda air lodges passengers for long waits. Thks None of them does when you book a flight with a wide connecting hour's,but you can book a connecting flight with an hour or two waiting period, chances are you will miss your connecting flight in Nairobi due to non availability of aviation fuel in lagos which make Kenya goes to Cotonu to refuel and u will end up spending around 2hrs in cotonu and by the time you make the 5hrs flight to Nairobi your connecting flight must have gone then KQ will take care of your accommodation and feeding, but unfortunately you won't get much rest,as you arrive the hotel around 1am and leave around 4:30am |

When you are running a business and made some profit from it is that not an income? Protein0: Just as if this wasn't enough. Theloveth paid about $35 for dhl shipping for two phones in a bid to prevent nipost ish. It took the item 4 days to reach Lagos from Hong Kong. DHL held the item hostage with the claim that NDLEA seized it. They later said it was customs. They said he would pay 19k+ for customs clearance to a dhl bank account. On asking y dhl bank account, they said they operate a joint account with customs. They later said customs have office in their own office. They said NDLEA would later check after sorting customs. At the long run, the money was paid, "NDLEA" check was waived and the phones spent more than two weeks with "DHL Customs" with d accompanying accessories damaged.
Is this not a good service for $35? I am in the same shoes as you now,I had an order from amazon duely paid for with my Dollar denominated card, but because of the urgent to deliver to my client I decided to use myus.com which I thought will be faster compare to 10 working day's option of using Amazon Ups expedite delivery, tge item was delivered to myus on the 3rd day of order,it laid in their own possession for over 48hrs after exchanging several mail, they shipped on the 3rd after receiving it via DHL Express which I glady chosed by myself,Now my item had been with DHL since Monday onlyfor them to slam me with #32,566 for import charges on an item of less than #100k.I tried to contest all that but they were not ready to shift ground because they have my merchandise,I have resolved to pay the levy, but this will be the last time I will ship with DHL,I will stick to the 10days shipping of UPS........Nigeria is free market where they make free money |

Please let me know what you think. Thanks. Do you have your form c02 & co7 attached to your previous application? Ollycka: Good day Oga Justwise and every other important gurus in the house, this is my issue; I was refused a uk visit visa last year July based on paragraph V.4.2. (a), (b). I applied as a director in my company last year but now I want to apply as a worker in my company because there are more powerful directors in the company now and I'm not the signatory to the company account, so now I want to apply for a visit visa in may since I'll be on leave, my monthly salary is 507,000 Naira and here is what I intend to do 1) Apply as a normal employee in the company 2) I have 600k in my personal account at the moment (Money saved from my salary) and I will be including my may Salary, which would make my balance 1.1m. 3) I'll be staying with my sister who is a citizen, so free accommodation for me. 4) I'll only be paying for my flight (500k) and I'll only be staying 14 days in the uk. 5)I'll be including my PIT card 6) Marriage certificate 7) Eight Months Salary bank statement and personal bank statement. I have 150k in my Salary account at the moment.
Do you think I stand a chance of getting the visa? and is there any other thing I need to add? Looking forward to your response. What could make a director downgrade to an ordinary worker? if you earn 507,000 as you said in this your right up how come it's only 600k you are having as your savings? How come your flight ticket is 500k? How much do you spend on your personal/family expenses from your earning?......Guy loopholes dey this your claim, you need to sit down and analyse ur application very well,if you go with this narration it's gonna be another refusal .my 2 cents |

mialate: Yea. How do I go about the review thing because he or she needs to change that mindset. Thanks There is no known format of doing that, just put pen to paper and write anything logical, your creativity and deep thinking can help you a great deal............A Quick look at Human rights and 1950 convention might be of help, you can look that up and let part of it for your basis of argument.here is some part of it which I culled out that can aid you. Article 14 - discrimination Article 14 contains a prohibition of discrimination. This prohibition is broad in some ways, and narrow in others. It is broad in that it prohibits discrimination under a potentially unlimited number of grounds. While the article specifically prohibits discrimination based on "sex, race, colour, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, association with a national minority, property, birth or other status", the last of these allows the court to extend to Article 14 protection to other grounds not specifically mentioned such as has been done regarding discrimination based on a person's sexual orientation. At the same time the article's protection is limited in that it only prohibits discrimination with respect to rights under the Convention. Thus, an applicant must prove discrimination in the enjoyment of a specific right that is guaranteed elsewhere in the Convention (e.g. discrimination based on sex - Article 14 - in the enjoyment of the right to freedom of expression - Article 10). It has been said that laws regarding familial sexual relationships (or incest) are in breach of Article 14 when combined with Article 8. [26] Protocol 12 extends this prohibition to cover discrimination in any legal right, even when that legal right is not protected under the Convention, so long as it is provided for in national law. |

beautifulOnyi: Hello. Pls I want to apply for 6 months UK visa for a professional exam. I'm stating that I'll stay for 4 days as it's a one day exam.
I'm married with 2 kids. I currently earn about 140k monthly...being transferred into my account everymonth by my company. I've been working for the past 5 yrs and the last 2 of which has been in my present company. I currently have about N1.2m in my account. I've been saving 80 to 100k from my salary monthly for the past 6 months. I also have a car in my name and some shares. I stated that my husband is the main bread winner of the family and pays most of the bills....so I get to save a substantial amount of my salary over the past 4yrs. But my husband doesn't have enough money in his account presently. But he has several land documents and a car in his name. Do I have to submit his account details or can I just use my account since I'll be the main sponsor? Do you also think I have enough funds to sponsor myself?
Total expenses for the trip (air plane ticket, hotel accommodation and feeding) is roughly £600 (N300k).
I stated that the exam is very important to me as it will help me advance my career. And I've been saving for it for a while. You have done well with your package, you do not need your husband account to be added to your applications since you are traveling alone...Once again you have done excellently well |
