Hello I went to pick up my passport last week and unfortunately I and my fam was denied reason stated was that the document lack credibility was thick. I used my company account and also my personal bank account. My company has a balance of 43M and I was still denied. What could be the course of this someone told me they just decided to deny me on their personal reasons. What should I do. I really want to take my fam on holls in Johannesburg
1.Did you include CAC form co2 and co7 ?

2.was it invitation from a resident or a hotel reservations?

3.If hotel reservations who and how did you obtained your reservations?

All these are also part of the required documents, not only your company account balance

You know nothing and i keep educating you until you stop these embarrassing statements.

Hospitals don't close likes shops or pubs in the UK, they operate 24hrs duty and if you call an ambulance they will take you to the nearest hospital in the case of emergency else you book an appointment with your GP or visit walk-in centers to be attended to.

Yes nobody knows it all but i know enough in this case to dispute your misleading statements here.
I keep saying YOU ARE IGNORANT OF SOOOOOOOOOOOOO MANY THINGS, for your education a GP only man a local clinic/Health center which opens from 9am and closes by 5pm,all other emergencies and reference are then routed to the Big Hospital or Teaching Hospitals..
Your local GP is determined by your post code,if you go to the wrong one to register, once you state your post code you will be directed to the one meant for your zone, these clinic is like the health centers we have in virtually all local government areas in Nigeria,....Guy,assumptions will make mess of the little you know, just keep it to what you know and listen to learn when other talks in situations you are not familiar with.

I'm definitely not ignorant of what i'm talking about and i never claimed to be an immigration officer, solicitor or a police officer.

You are totally uninformed and the more you argue randomly the more you proves that.

If the UK police is chasing an offender and he/her falls and got injured they will never ask that individual to go and get treated, the very first thing they will do is to call an ambulance and get that person treated before taking any action on the case.

A&E department of any hospital is not a walk-in center for minor illness, you can walk in to your GP office on apportionment or walk-in centers but not A&E when police is involved.

Pretty soon you will accuse me of bullying you with my words even as you can't avoid being rude.
There you go again,Does your GP open 24hrs? What happens when the local clinic closes for operations? you stay at home and wait till it opens the next day? who told you you can't walk to A&E and be treated? the guy in question was even an Illegal immigrant who was not expected to have a GP,besides the fractured hand was discovered at A&E after scan revealed...You have a right to be treated whenever you turn up at A&E even with a gunshot or Knife wound tgey will admit you, treat you and get intouch with the police who will turn up at your bedside to extract your statement after which they will determine what to do with you........Sometimes I just marvel at this your know all attitude,as a human who do not poses all knowledge, listening to people's explanation with proof will IMPROVE YOUR KNOWLEDGE ON TOPICS we all strive to be better.

That is a lie, a complete one. The police will always get you treated on the scene either by the ambulance or their medical team and you will still be arrested for the offense, they will never ask you go to and treat yourself. You don't walk into a hospital to be treated in the UK in such case, you have to be taken by an ambulance with the police behind

Even in the case of an accident, nobody takes you to the hospital, ambulance has to be called even if you are dying.
The rule is not STATIC,who told you you can't walk into an A&E to be treated? what an ignorant assumption...Guy admit you don't know it all,as at the last check, you weren't an immigration officer, neither a police officer or a Solicitor, beating out your chest in such an arrogant manner does not make you an authority in this topic.there were people with worse case than his and still got their stay regularize......Deportees even have a second chance of been issued a visa when removed from UK,they are usually ban for 5/10yrs depending on their case before they can make any application under the law.the only set of people I know without such a chance are FAILED ASYLUM SEEKERS......Each time I come here to state a case I am stating it to give people involved a ray of hope based on past cases decided, not to support any form of law breaking

Is either you are lying or your friend is because the UK police will never say that, they will personally call the ambulance and make sure you are treated before taking action on your case. I know a made-up story when i see one.

My point is regarding your initial comment that the visa is automatic regardless of his immigration offense.

EEA visa supersedes non-EU member spouse visa application, you don't even pay for it let a lone pay for NHS or the tough financial requirements.

Work permit is far more easier and less requirements compared to spouse visa and the visa is 3 or 5yrs unlike spouse visa which is two and half years with endless documents to submit.
One of the reason I always disagree with you,TALK WITHIN WHAT YOU KNOW,I don't come online to tell a story I know nothing about, not in all situation that the police will call you an ambulance,on this occasion the guy ran away from them they pursued him and he fell down and had a fractured hand, they collected his work ID and asked him to go treat himself at the hospital....It was later discovered they took that route for them to stay out of trouble and avoid paying compensation to the guy,but he was not aware of such until he was told by his solicitor, but the guy was only afraid of been sent back to Nigeria empty handed.....

Only you, 3 of your friends are immigration offenders? Plus including you? Lol. grin Seriously though, just wondering the moral of your little story...Won't be surprised if immigration reforms begin to change the rules with scenarios like this. Please let's keep it positive out here. I'm also aware a spousal settlement visa will override previous visa application refusals, but I didn't think it is AUTOMATIC. Several people have been denied for several reasons, it would be foolhardy to think it is automatic upon marriage. Anyways, what do I know? I'm just a short stay visa hopeful.
Read with open mind,it is not automatic if all the requirement are not meet, but I can tell you once the requirements are meet it becomes automatic provided you have no CRIMINAL RECORD.

Says who? comment base on what you know,I have 3 friends who had same problem and they are all legal resident in UK today with the latest having his status regularized about 6yrs ago.....One of them was even arrested at his wirk place,he was injured when been arrested, the police told him to ho and get himself treated,he ran away and never showed up,he meet his wife who is a citizen, got married and filled while he was in UK,he was asked to exit the country before anything could be done,he left and was cleared by the home secretary in (5 months and some few day's......Tellme if there is any other visa that supersedes settlement visa aside from diplomatic visa?

Hi
I really need advice on my application. I have returned to Nigeria to reapply in order to rejoin my wife. We are legally married (Southwark council). I was brought to the UK when I was 13 but my application was refused 3 times so am class an overstayer. We meet all the requirements
Met
Married
Financial
Accommodation.

My lawyer have submitted all the documents in Sheffield
My main concern is the overstaying. Am really scared ma. I just want to know if that will be a big problem for me. I also returned voluntarily. Thanks ma
Provided you do not have a criminal records, your overstaying on visit visa or whatever visa will automatically be overrides by your new settlement visa, but it might take a while for you to get a clearance from the Home secretary,I have a friend who went through the same thing,he was cleared in approximately 6 months.

The minimum requirement is that you must have a job or business to your name with proof,a functioning account with fairly okay closing balance,An invitation/Hotel reservation,A Yellow card and above all An unpaid flight reservation not a Bus Ticket and if you eventually get the VISA there is no bus route to SA

Flouting visa rules or intending to emigrate illegally apart from being a serious offence is also a gateway to a life of perpetual fear and poverty since one is not a legal resident there.

Justwise and other gurus please come to my aid oo,am about to loose a one time life opportunity.
My boss wants to sponsor me to UK and the documents are giving me headache.
1. Payslip(I had always collected my salary in cash and most time only few drops in my Acc)
2. My Acc balance is at the barest minimum to defend me at the embassy.,how do I handle this?
I have just before the end of the day before he decide on what to do on the issue.
Please guys,I don't wanna loose this opportunity.
Your boss can still go ahead and sponsor you solely by making the application on your behalf and submitting enough sponsors evidence like the company statement of account,a fully booked hotel, your official profile/resume coming directly from your company, your appointment letter and all other documents that can prove that you truly work with him and on your own part, your statement of account no matter how little the balance is ,though inconsequential but it will at least indicate you have something to your name

good day everyone. I Retrieved my passport today and I was refused. I feel like the Eco didn't go tru my application at all cos he/she misinterpretated my application. I stated clearly that I was the one solely funding my application and that my aunt is only my host. But in the refusal letter, the eco said I stated that my aunt was d one sponsoring the trip.
in my travel budget, I even included feeding expenses. I had about 1.150m in d acc statement I submitted. Plus all relevant document from my aunt. I even stated I spent about 120 pounds monthly, but the refusal letter says 80pounds.
Here is the list of the docs I submitted
passport
bank statement (6months)
6 months payslip
leave approval letter from work
appointment letter from work
reference letter from work
personal income tax card
employment letter
my aunt's bio data page
invitation letter from my aunt
her utility bill and mortgage.

I don't understand, I have a job, not been married or a prior travel experience shouldn't be a criteria for refusal. Even I have been ghana early this year.
The refusal is clearly stated,You propose to spend £1700 on your trip which is an equivalent of your 4 months salary, where as you have an equivalent of your 6 months salary as your account balance, when next you are applying try and cut down your estimated budget to less than 500k and see what comes out

1. Is it advisable to stay at the airport during the layover
2. If I have to get hotel within town , apart from getting transit visa, is there any other requirement I need to have such as yellow fever certificate?

Thank you
As at the last time I passed through it was only a transit visa that was required to go to town, nothing else, but how come you book a flight with 20hrs stopover? I know Kenya has two frequencies to lagos, your agent should have helped you and checked the one with less than 4hrs STOP,he or she obviously opted for the cheapest ticket to maximize his/profit....Callousness at it's peak
