PoliticsRe: Sudan Leader Has Fled Nigeria Over Fear Of Arrest by solomon111(m): 3:43pm On Jul 17, 2013
thoth: Nigeria would never arrest him until after the summit, arresting him before that will be sort of dashing the concept of African Union, that they did not succeed did not mean they did not try to. you should understand that the Sudanese president is also a puppet to china just like Nigeria is a puppet to USA/Britain.
Some things are taken at their face value but actually there was a lot that went on behind the scenes.

someday you may get to hear what really happened...if we are lucky.
lol.
A southafrican calling Nigeria a puppet state, when your own country have been sold a long time ago.
Atleast Nigeria were brave enough to allow al-bashir in,southafrica on the other hand was so scared that zuma practically begged al-bashir not to step foot in southafrica.
What a bunch of puss¡es.
PoliticsRe: UN May Sanction Nigeria For Al-bashir's Visit by solomon111(m): 1:15pm On Jul 17, 2013
Utterly ridiculous!

I don't like GEJ, however, this is probably the best thing he has ever done. Nigeria is a sovereign state and US controlled UN can't tell us what to do. What should Al-Bashir be arrested, when Obama, Rumsfield, Bush, Tony Blair, David Cameron, Sarkozy et al are free men? At the end of the day, Sudan never invaded any country.

And how come imperialist controlled Hague only indicts Africans? Who cares if they're dictators or not - double standards in world politics is unacceptable. undecided

Nigeria needs to do more of this - fvck the consequences. If Iran could thrive and build some of its greatest institutions after back-breaking sanctions - and the rise of China could be begin with sanctions - Nigeria has nothing to fear. Nations work best when their backs are pushed to the wall - that's when the survival instinct kicks in.
Exactly.
Sanctions could even be the best thing to happen to Nigeria in the long run.
It could wake up the docile brain cells of our leaders.
Nigeria has carried her character to the world stage romancing with criminals..

United Nations must be a joke.
If they come to Nigeria, they'l find plenty of Al-Bashir or whatever the name of the sudanese president.

If Nigeria was a serious country she should never hav allowed that guy step the sands of this country. But when those are the kind of people we have in the country, we must welcome a thief nao, since nigeria is a country for thieves.. Is there a crime if a thief goes visiting a thief?

UN shouldn't only beam their search light on the sudanese leader but should pls come help us check out our corrupt leaders..

If you check Nigerian leaders, a lot of them would even be more corrupt than the sudanese president.. UN is just wasting her time..
Fucck off,you retardded being.
How dare you compare the threat to pan-african solidarity and wanton disrespect of africans by racists white buffons to your petty PDP/APC politics.
PoliticsRe: UN May Sanction Nigeria For Al-bashir's Visit by solomon111(m): 12:56pm On Jul 17, 2013
Were this white morons expecting Nigeria to arrest a sitting president of another country?
That's an act of war.
American and british presidents have been killing thousands of innocent middle-easterners with various kinds of air-strikes.
They should go and arrest them first.
Yeye people.
Sanctions my foot.

Eko Atlantic: Giant of Africa now the fourth in Africa, Kudos to Jona and his madam "grammarian.

Instead of them to work towards the Nation being great, their priority is to fight their creek brother Amaechi with all their might(militants, thugs, NPF commissioner, minister, honorable and most importantly the clueless 40 men lapdogs).

Common Ethiopia is rated above Nigeria, damn ret@rded dolts in power. Smh...
Do you know how much they spend on their military?
Algeria spends more than $8billion,while Nigeria spends just $3.3 billion anually.
Will Nigerians like you allow GEJ to spend such huge amount on the military without calling it a misplacement of priority?
Mscheww.
Why am i even replying you sef?
They are here! making the usual excuse that our problems did not start under Jonathan. Did Joyce Banda buy the jet that she sold? Why didnt Jonathan sell the jets Obasanjo left? WHY DID HE BUY MORE? Oya answer.
The national assembly should be the one to authorize the sale of those jets, and not the president.
The jets does not belong to jonathan,it belongs to Nigeria.
PoliticsRe: Nigerian Jet For Malawian President by solomon111(m): 11:12am On Jul 16, 2013
Some people will later ask us what Goodluck jonathan's crimes are. This artice should jolt the senses of every right thinking Nigerian. These guys have zero concern for the people. He presided over grand larceny in the name of subsidy payout, then what happened, he increased fuel price. The subsidy thieves are still hobnobbing with him in Abuja today.

Yet hungry Nigerians will still say they support Gooduck Jonathan because they don't want an aboki to get there. What logic! I still say that we never had it this bad under Sani Abacha and that is a fact. i may have been fairly young then, but I was not totally uninformed. PHCN for starters, was much better. profligacy in government was not to this extent. Fankly, i do not support a revolution per se due to its attendant negative consequences judging by the insensitive dolts at the top who wont hesitate to handle uprising the ghadaffi or omar Al-Bashir style, but the fact is THESE GUYS MUST GO either before or by 2015!
Most of those jets were not bought in jonathan's administration.
If you're looking for who to hold responsible,OBJ is still alive.
PoliticsRe: Nigerian Jet For Malawian President by solomon111(m): 11:10am On Jul 16, 2013
The national assembly should order that atleast six of those jets be sold to private airlines or even the rich jet-owning pastors.

Maxymilliano: It doesn't make any economic sense to continue keeping 10 aircraft for a government that is serious in curbing fiscal profligacy, the cost of maintenance and associated charges in keeping 10 aircraft is not healthy for the economy

Ihe grossly under-perforimg and under-productive legislatures should also wake up to their responsibilities and provide a semblance of checks on some of the activities of the executive rather than just serving as leeches and getting paid for doing next to nothing ...
I agree.

Was the ICC created only for africans?
Btw,the AU already resolved that al-bashir will not be arrested.
Why should Nigeria go against such resolution?

LastApostle: It is called international politics and diplomatic row.

President Obama snubbed Nigeria inspite of her enormous resources and economic integration in the sub Sahara Africa and globally.

President Jonathan heads to China, the second largest economy and the globally accepted alternative to the Americans to tie bi-lateral cooperation and economic integration.

President Jonathan want the Americans (the Obamas) to witness this landmark achievement with the Chinese just to spite them politically.

CNN understanding the diplomatic row between both government decided not to air the sponsored programme.

picaro: Thank you my dear child, you have asked a good question. it is not a question of who is better or worse. It is the quality of a mans decisions that should matter. If we have a 17 year old boy being president of this country, and makes decisions that will ultimately benefit Nigeria, in the long and short term, should it matter that he is 17?
If it is Buhari, Kwakwanso or Peter Obi, we don't care about his political or ethnic affiliations, it is on the kind of decisions that should matter.

Nigerians voted GEJ based on sentiments, and apparently 4 years so far, that has shown to be a grave mistake. If we had decided to vote based on merit, (quality of his agenda and manifesto etc) Gej wouldn't be known today. So my 2 cents is, come 2015 we'd better open our eyes and choose wisely.
So after this your long story, you still did not give us the candidate you think is better.
You were just running from pillar to post.
I am impressed.
