I think there are some that are playing with their real ages but age reduction is widespread. I think a player like Mikel is playing with his real age or close to it because he can still play at a high level today.

Years back, i knew a 23 year old who quit university to go to malaysia to play football as a 17 year old. I don't even know where he is now.

Onazi played under 17 in 2009 so he is 25 years max. Mikel is 31. That is 6 year gap. That means when Mikel was 14, Onazi was 8.

I feel, it is very unlikely they played together unless their ages are closer.
