The Major Prophets just reiterate what was already spoken to Moses...

Read all these wonderful verses from other Major Prophets about communicating with familiar spirits: 2 Kings 9:22, 2 Kings 21:6, 2 Kings 23:24, 1 Chronicles 10:13-14, 2 Chronicles 33:6, 1 Samuel 28:3-25.

If you want to learn how to keep the 10 Commandments perfectly and lead a holy & healthy life amongst YHWH and your neighbor read Exodus chapter 20 through 23 & Leviticus chapter 11 through 23 day and night so that you guard to do according to all that is written in His Torah. So when Jesus returned to check how his group is doing he couldn't find anything like that on planet earth again {Luke 18:8} that's why he chose a group of researchers known in the 1800s as International Bible Students Association due to their willingness to make amendments in all that the AntiChrist has spread across the world. This is the group that started following Jesus as he was correcting all the errors they were taught by the agents of Satan before Jesus' arrival. They humble made all the necessary amendments and as they were doing this the God of Abraham chose the group and gave them another GROUP NAME to distinguish them from all the others claiming CHRISTIANS in the year 1931 that is the name you know today as JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES! Any idea that was not part or God's Law to His people where considered to be Pagan in origin. Jesus Christ never instructed His followers to celebrate Him or His birthday. In John 5 vs 41 Jesus Christ even declared that He does not desire praise from any human. So, when you say that the idea for the celebration of his assumed birth date comes, not from Jesus Christ Himself but from men who you pretend were his followers you admit that the idea is indeed of Pagan origin.

Sadly, you don't realize that by asserting your celebration is in His honor, you sin against Him.
