Unemployment has led many youths in a state of frustration and depression. I know the toll of being unemployed took on many youths as they struggle all the time to make it in life. How you strive to make ends meet, to get married with the hope of sustaining your family? there is this vacuum in the heart when you are not financially capable of doing these necessary things. You got to try harder, keep the hope alive, and do all you can legitimately to become successful in life.

The society through academic had not led many of the youths rightly. What most youths believe is to fight their way into the university to get a degree. Thus, the system trains you to get a certificate, and after you graduate, what’s next? What the system had fail to do, is to train you on how to get the required knowledge and skills on how to live after schooling. The system is all about Mediocrity.

Now you finished schooling and start job hunting; a year passes, two, three years and counting; you are still in the labour market hunting for jobs. Frustration and depression may set in as you may start feeling like a failure in life because the system has failed to employ you.
No doubt, the rate of unemployment in this country is exceptionally high. The ratio of getting a job is 1:10. Most common is that the government works are based on MAN knows MAN; only a few gets it on merit, if you don’t have a connection, you may not get a job in the public sector. How about the private sector? The employers take advantage of the employee by paying this peanut compare to the effort they put to growing the business/company of their employers.

When You Are Not Gainfully Employed, What Next? There is no country in the global that it Government employs 100% of her citizens. The Government cannot do it all, and it is practically impossible since Government cannot give employment to all. What best way can you invest your time? STOP JOB HUNTING, INVEST YOUR TIME IN CREATING EMPLOYMENT FOR YOURSELF. USE YOUR SKILLS TO EARN MONEY. TURN YOUR PASSION INTO EARNINGS.

How can you build on the sturdiest rock? An advert something ago caption “Good thinking, Good Product” Think of becoming self-employed, creating a job for yourself is a good one and taking the step to startup no matter how small it is, will produce good product. Whatever you choose to do, Show the strength of your character towards it and that alone can make all the difference. The world millionaires are not employee but employer.

no pls it's not all about that! do u know when I am not around this guy does whatever he likes at home.finish everything he sees. I just came back from the market now to look for what to cook later in the afternoon. I perceived smoke in the whole house, this guy has fried yam n ate all of it, washed the plate and left the others the way I saw it. as in from 8am -12pm he has eaten 2times not even minding if I have eaten once or not. haba!!
