The topic is straight forward,that's it.. I have been thinking maybe because I seldomly have sex, or maybe because it's been long I had sex(4years ago) before recent times because then I was in schools..But just finished now.

I have a friend who said he knows someone that does transportation that he can come pick me up and take me to an hotel, however I am a little skeptical with that option with the high rates of insecurity in the country.

My opinion is that sometimes being annonymous to your service provider is better, but I am a little concerned with the security level of Uber in Lagos.

Are uber drivers known to kidnap their clients particularly people boarding them at MMIA ?
Can uber hold their drivers responsible if something untoward were to happen to their clients, or if they are known to connive with kidnappers etc ?

I just need experienced info and also from uber drivers to make a better decision.

The entire teachers are not cooperating, there are saboteurs among you;hence, while should it be only 7 of you that returned the 50%, it should have being the entire teacher. This single mistake is why the owner leverage to sack just the HOD. If all of you had approach the proprietor in unison, he or she would liases with you all or everyone leaves (sack).. HOD lost his or her job and the rest of you are so cool with it, hence, you wouldn't be scared anticipating if the rest 7 will be sacked or not...

I work in a school where I am paid 50k as an academic staff. We did not get our pay in August because school was not in session.

However, wen we resumed in September, the proprietor decides to ease our stress by giving everyone 5k. At the end of the month, without prior notice he decided to pay us 50% of our salary.

We were dumbfounded by this act. With the level of disappointment, my HOD decided that we should return the 50% as a sign of our displeasure. About seven of us obliged and returned the 50% salary.

When the proprietor learnt about it, he was furious. He ended up relieving the HOD of his duty. Sighting that he was a threat to his establishment.

For the rest of us, we will know our fate tomorrow whether we will stay or leave.

I hope I stay though because I I prefer to leave on my own and not asked to leave.

Personally, I don't think there should be any mystery about MILs. It's not only the young ladies that judge the mother inlaw from afar. The MIL also puts up a front even before meeting the DIL.

My friend that married, immediate the wife entered his house. He asked her to pay his family house a visit and spend sometime to know them because they never dated, it was matchmaking thing and his family never saw or knew her in person until the wedding day. Boom! The wife started to feel irritated, "she wants nothing to do with his family". She cannot go there and spend a week, why would she? All sort of things she said.. A mother inlaw that was so welcoming, she sees her as a nobody.. But then she had her two sister living with them in my friend's house. My friend send some money to his mother when she was sick, told her and boom! She asked him "how much have you sent to my own mother?" A marriage of barely 3 months oo..

This is a broad topic, it contrast more than whether the two can live together or not.. Even if they live separately, a bad mother inlaw, remains a bad mother inlaw and a bad girl remains bad..

When I see people do it, like the tutors from the udemy course I bought, it looks easy but the moment I try to practice on a blank sheet, BOOM, I go blank. I think copywriters have some sort of ingenious creativity that help them come up with meaningful and endearing words out of thin air to spark readers interest

A friend of mine asked if as a christian ''is it good to celebrate valentine?" I'm sure lot of believers have been asking same question.

One big issue a lot of us have as a christian is that we rarely create time to study the bible;hence, we rely solely on what pastors preach to us. Lots of these pastors condemn the day without even having insight of what the bible says about this particular day.

Is it ok to celebrate the day? My answer is a BIG YES.. It depends on what purpose and how you intend to celebrate your valentine.


To sum it up, I will take you to the biblical celebration of Valentine. How is it to be celebrated?

The bible in the book of Numbers, chapter 9 vs 11 and I quote

The fourteenth day of the second month at even, they shall keep it. They are to eat the lamb, together with unleavened bread and bitter herbs.
