oh well, at the risk of sounding like a broken tape, it is my opinion of him. We all must not think alike. Tiger Woods needs to retire or at best repair his sullied past. This win may mean something to you but it doesn't to me.
the win is part of repairing the past shocked

I lost my respect for this man a long time ago. All I can say towards this supposed success is this, your time has come and gone... Leave the younger ones to find their footing. Michael Jordan retired from basketball and will forever be remembered as one of the greatest athlete of our generation with millions from endorsements etc.
Tiger Woods should aim towards that. Repair your public image first and help us forget your past deeds. Then work towards immortalizing your name in golf. Winning tournaments by a stroke of luck etc will not do that
who cares about your disrespect for the man. He is back, better and bigger !

it took Amazon and Alibaba over 10 yrs to make profit. they were both making loses in the first couple of yrs of business. you can search it up on google if you dont believe me. Now Jeff and Jack are the top 10 richest men in the world.
mason is really diversified, just like facebook. Many think Facebook is just a social networking platform but it has gone beyond this to become a company that dictates new innovation in the tech space I.e big data technologies. Same with Amazon. Ali baba is massively investing in these technologies too. I haven’t read any about Jumia. Anyways different companies, different mission but going on the stock exchange doesn’t equate development. There are several companies we don’t hear every day that are on foreign exchange lists.

Quite unfortunate anyways. I don’t see the daughters of billionaires do these silly posts. They only allow their whores apparently because the whores are foolish. Ask any sugar daddy what he will do if his daughter were to be sleeping with any sugar daddy. You will truly know that the money. Wing spent doesn’t mean love for these girls. I know a billionaire who doesn’t hesistate to get his daughter the lastest gadgets and anything they ask. I am sure this is one of his fears. He has got only girls unfortunately.
BusinessRe: Is POS Business Profitable? by sowilli: 12:10pm On Apr 11, 2019
DonBenny77:
Yeah he succeeded because it's a rural area
the solution to non availability of atms or banks in the rural area is not POS. It’s mobile fintech like MPesa in Kenya. How does MPsea work- my sim serves as a bank account, if I sell goods and services around, you can come withdraw from me or you pay into my mpesa account which is my mobile number. So as a store owner, I don’t have to go to the banks to deposit money. I will always have people who will come to me when they need cash. That’s cashless everywhere. The whole idea of POS is to enhance a cashless society, the whole idea of mobile fintech is to enable a cashless society. Using POS as a means of cash withdrawal means you will have people moving with huge amount of cash which doesn’t solve the problem it was created for. Why are banks allowing this? Because they have 5 or 10 Naira to make from every transaction. This is why they will do every thing to kill mobile finanacial technologies. We won’t get anywhere with this mindset. Now, one start wondering where are the financial regulators.
BusinessRe: Is POS Business Profitable? by sowilli: 12:03pm On Apr 11, 2019
We make mediocrity come out of every situation. We turn good things to bad things. POS is not a business, using it as a business simply means abusing the purpose it was created for. Cashless not cash withdraws. POS are supposed to be alternatives to ATM but we are using it as ATMs already in this country. Some will blame it on poverty but I see this differently.

The Forbes list is actually inconsequential. I find it funny how people are led to believe that Dangote is ACTUALLY amongst the top 50 (I'm tempted to say Top 100) richest Nigerians.
Perception is King.
unfortunately, the world listen to Forbes and not what you say.

We all know forbes publish only what they see. Most of this rich igbo men, e.g this same man, i don't think his company his publicly quoted on the nigerian stock exhange or any other stock exhange. Forbes meanwhile uses stock value, shareholdings and co to determine richest people. So many rich billonaires in nigeria that are unaccounted for. Sorry for any typo
unfortunatetly, the world listens to Ford not the poo you have here on NL.

Thank you.

Nairalanders wear you out when you tell them the truth; this is the reason why most people never come back here to say anything after exams or share information they have because there is someone somewhere ready to be a nuisance over it. There is also the attitude of nairalanders thinking a successful candidate is obligated to come share the goodnews. But guess what? Attitude like this keep them away, forfeiting the whole purpose of the platform.

But again, you can't blame most people because most social media posts are not credible

Well we all have the right to believe whatever we want to believe.

So goodluck to everyone; keep the hope alive or whatever makes you happy or sleep well at night.
We are all different people and we definitely handle situations differently; so do whatever makes you happy.
misery loves company. Undelete your previous posts and mentions. You are just making posts without engaging the message I have passed. The message is simple, if you cannot give us relevant updates before an action is taken, don’t come with updates after the action has been taken. If you advised ph candidates to move on before now, why come with reasons that it is because of election. It means you are not privy to detailed information. So keep the half truth inform of negativity to yourself. Thank you! How

I really don't know why you are attacking this guy. What he said was the true fact. We all know that elections in Rivers always take a different form, I also believe the recruitment team thought there might be a civil unrest during the elections in Rivers and Akwa Ibom so they had to wait till elections are over.
why are you coming with election excuse. Am I the only one who has found these mentions redundant. People come being hopeful and his likes come with negativity. If the young man didn’t get his fact right before now, his coming to mention election doesn’t make sense to me. No one mentioned peeps will be contacted after the elections. This means no one who has made a comment on this thread is privy to the right “fact” and if there are, their mentioning of reasons after Mobil has carried out the latest action doesn’t hold. If that guy were to be a prophet, would you believe him? grin keep hope alive guys, it’s not over until it’s over!

When I said elections, i was referring to the unrest in PH.
Btw, I dont have an insider; i am an insider and it is just the fact.
About being malleable, the fact that this role is a graduate entry role means anyone can be placed in any dept as the company sees fit.
About negativity, oh please don't what does it profit me.

Nairalanders...whew
you would have made sense and people would have believed you if you came here like last week or 2 weeks ago and told ph folks to chill because of the elections. There were no words on election. The only talk was it is “finished”. I liked the way tempest01 and the expertNL guy put out their info. They don’t come with negativity. They say things based on what they are told and give info as they come, now that’s marurity. You are not insider privy to the right information. a “privy insider” won’t talk the way you are talking. Hello, not everyone is for the graduate role. I may not have worked for an IOC but I have experience relating with IOCs staff so I can identify a “privy insider” when he or she speaks. And yes, you should understand what I mean by skill if you are an insider. There is soft skills like communication, professionalism and many others recruiters look for. I am not talking about discipline knowledge specifically now. Just similar to what Shell’s SRD is about.

See the thing about cut off is that the examiner looks at how candidates passed an exam and pick a score.
About interviewing people and not getting a specific skill set...lol. Calm down, the job is for a graduate entry position and trust me, in Exxon everyone is malleable. They were just considering security issues due to the elections; if I say guys should move on after this PH batch, my head will be beaten off
now it is election. Make una stop all these yeye talk abeg. Did election stop lagos or other work activities in ph? The interview in lagos held during the elections. In Nigeria, everyone be forming I have info, I have Insider, I have reliable source. In the end Na wayo all the talk be. You don’t have to define how cut off is chosen, I know this. If everyone is mallable at Exxon, they wouldn’t have conducted test in the first instance. Keep your negativity to yourself. Ofcourse, the guys who got invite won’t take your likes seriously. Discuss better things not negativity.

If Funke Akindele was flaunting 3 million Rolex I am not sure she will be where she is today. We should learn to speak truth at all times. This is something that has stalled out development as a nation.

how sure were you ph candidates were there. I doubt that. The venue this time is uyo and all d ppl I know invited this time wrote in ph or uyo. Also ppl I know that were in the first set were Lagos and abj. Trust me they werent done with the process. Unless someone that wrote in lag got this invite.
I am not sure about any info. Your post are assertions and they may not be true. One individual people called an intern who claimed to have reliable information asked people to move on and that they were done with no possibility of invites for candidates in Nigeria. My point is simply don’t rely on any info and keep hope alive until you get a No. The guesses of no lagos or no abj won’t help. Go through the thread you will see different posts of some claiming there was a ph candidate who was at the venue of the interview. Whether lagos or ph or abj. Keep hope ALIVe!!!

you re right but its highly unlikely they won't get the skills. I think these guys invited were already part of the plan.
remember they are conducting in other countries. They know what they are looking for. It is possible the already interviewed candidates don’t. We had candidates in ph, Abj and uyo interviewed in the last call. Just like shell SRD, All of the candidates may fail. In my experience with hiring teams of multi-nationals, just remain hopeful till you get a No from them.

This can only happen in africa, religion has brainwashed so many that they forget about common sense
even if there is no religion. Your African brothers will still being brainwashed by some other thing. It’s simply a case of mental laziness. An African man will find something to blame and “exploitist” will claim to have solution to the blame.
