The desire to make it quick at the expense of quality, patience and rule of law is what will keep causing these kind of sad events. Now everyone wants to do real estate, so many developers around just like everyone wants to do gas without subscribing to the demands of doing these businesses right.
Rule of law remains the biggest challenge in Nigeria. If this can be looked into, every other thing will work.

why would a company give loan without proper documnetation. Two wrongs nevrr make a right. We always like to blame in this country without addressing the root cause. why would a muslim country and people be waiting for a christian nation to help them. Why haven't they called on Saudi, UAE and other muslim nations that are even close. Some women who God has used to greater effect as Smith Wigglesworth's wife actually questioned their husband when he had strayed from the faith and began to demand things of her that were not of God.

Water transportation remains an untapped opportunity in the south south. Every one is looking for oil when govt can generate revenue improving movement of goods and people on water across the region.

The problem with many is that they don't look ahead. Every professsion is lucrative. The only thing is there will always be changes. Many refuse to go with change hence they loose out. Those days petroleum engineering was a good course but the industry evolved and we saw that course morph into subsea engineering, offshore engineering and so on. There are still accountants today but a business analyst may earn more as he combines other skills with accounting. Computer science serves a foundation for datascience, IoT, robotics, blockchain and so many technologies that are invested in now. So it is still lucrative and will continue, it all depends where you are looking.

Why do people expect rewards from a man for doing the work of God they cannot see. If you claim to be serving God, expect rewards from him. How much did Jesus pay his disciples? The bible didnt record any.

the calling of God is not put by s man. Go into the world and bear fruit. God gave that command. Man only gives the platform through churches. If a man removes you from his platform i.e church, fikd another church or better still start your own platform. There are people spreading the gospel today without having churches. There are gospel singers, Organisations which help. Find one that will help your calling, you dont have to be a pastor or serve under Oyedepo. Association no be by force na. Una too get entitlement mentality for Nigeria.

How many persons will agree to work for the church without pay? But the truth is that is what the bible encourages. Jesus didn't pay any of his disciples though he had money to pay. Remember Judas was his treasurer. Who paid paul? It was the voluntary giving he recieved and his personal hustle that he used to fund his expenses. Now in the case you are paid, is it not right that you see to the growth of the church? How do you expect church to keep paying your rent, chruch bills and your salary when your income is not upto 10 percent of monthly expenditure. Some of these pastors are the only one in the church. Some have been numbering units since last year. Haba, if you dont have new customers, shouldnt you be bothered yourself.

the last paragraph tho. Yes. They have some psychological damage that make them see men as neccessary enemy. A sinner does not believe in Jesus because if he does, he won't continue in sin. Repentance is total belief in God hence the need to do the works of God which are the fruit of the spirit. Ĺiving in Sin on the other hand is absòlute doubt in God which takes one to hell. So if you live in sin, you dont believe there is God and you will go to hell.
