500,000 that is my one room and parlor in Lagos, if I want to marry, I will need a two bedroom apartment, 750,000 and above. If its an estate you will need 1.2m and security fee of 120,000 per year.

That is why marriage is not easy in Lagos, except you are politic or working some oil companies or big bank/companies, paying your rent in 2 months is though, but if you can pay in less than 3 months then you can still keep up.

Leave Obi out of Nigeria's problem. The day I visited my local givermnet about 12 years ago was when I got to know that this country is messed up. What was going on at the LGA level, state governors don't even know not to talk of a president. Someone that owns a so called chemist shop (pharmacy), who was always permanent in his shop was a department head in the LGA. He didn't even attend a secondary school and he was on the payroll.

A good president can only designate but do you know the intents if those designated? An average Nigerian is just a time bomb looking for the slightest opportunity to explode corruption wise.

Americans are crying for better leadership, British are as well as most western countries although their own matter better pass our own.

It takes Lagos state more than 12 years to complete a fully functional railway terminal whereas Anambra initiated and completed an airport in 8 months which is already operational.

A child is born as a male or female at birth, the child is issued a certificate with a gender at birth, he/she then grows and says he has discovered his/her true gender and is in the wrong body then the doctors start with surgery and hormones whatever , let's flip the story to another child born as a black man and then grows up and says he has found his true race as a white man, he begins plastic surgery and turns to a white man, would they agree with everyone that the man's race is now white and change all his existing biological details in his record to correspond to that, because even Michael Jackson was still not declared a white man by race.

Now you will think that is where these LGBTQ folks ended their agenda, now they are telling us that someone born a boy or girl at birth can grow up and discover that he/she is neither boy nor girl(non-binary) and should be referred to as a gender that does not fit into female or male even when biologically it is pure jargons in the human biological make-up, because there is nothing like non-binary in human biology, but yet they have passed laws to teach students as early as Nursery and primary schools about non-binary gender(s) as a gender so that they get used to it as they grow up.

But in biology there is no where to fit in a non-binary as a gender because the question is what are the biological features of a non-binary gender that differs from a male or female, the answer is non, it is only a mental issue which I feel should be treated mentally and not passing laws to confuse mankind and make sane people who ask questions look like insane people, because that's what they are trying to do or they call you a hate filled person.

How does a non-binary gender reproduce? it's an insult to biology and an insult to man, the biological reproduction of man states that a male gender and a female gender will mate to reproduce, yet there are laws been made to push such jargons upon everyone to accept.
Exceptions to real hermaphrodites which are in very rare cases and mostly have a dominant gender of either male or female.


Because at the end every skeleton in the grave will have a gender of either male or female when the body decays - Nature will have it's way

The whole thing started when a child physical look like a male but with internal structures of a female, they were then granted the right to choose who they want to be, its complicated, no parent can make that choice, only the child in question can do that, so the issue of corrective surgery was born. It becomes more complicated because, they have no idea how to be male or female, some changed their gender to female and back to male, and it gets more complicated because the presence of the distinction creates discrimination.

And as the right to choose become more obvious, the right now accommondate everyone, anyone can decide to change, this is an example of how laws can expand beyond the scope of the original intention. It was further complicated with the feminist movement to eradicate assigned gender roles.

Biology is a construct, transgenders have existed throughout history, a man with a female reproductive organ can get pregnant, a woman with a male reproductiive organ can get a woman pregnant, biology can't explain everything, and trying to make them choose is like assigning gender even though we both know it's pre-assigned.

Now what is happening in Nigeria is basically the struggle for survival, we as Nigerians will do anything to get popular, its funny and unfortunate that the female gender have decided to use their God given abilities to bring comfort to their needs, and its not surprising that a bunch of hungry/lazy men decide the best route is to follow suit.
