That's the problem. Those multi story buildings by the side are the problem of the flyover. It needs to breathe. It needs the space. It's a flyover for Pete's sake. Wike and Amaechi destroyed real estates to build flyovers, and compensated owners. Bring down those buildings or forget it, the state is not yet ready for a flyover. Why is the east so backward sef with the richest men in Nigeria?

The flyover looks funny. Governor is scared to demolish houses and the place is even far from the city center. Poorly planned, from that lane I see, only a single car can pass. It's not by force to build flyover. Imp, Abia and Enugu have got it wrong with flyovers. They should take a cue from Ebonyi. Don't be under pressure to build flyover because others are building. Be strategic. Some of the flyovers Wikr built in Port Harcourt are unnecessary, and all the flyovers built in Ebonyi are unnecessary but at least they built it well. Abakiliki has no traffic like Calabar, Uyo, Asaba, Ado Ekiti and other small cities. They don't need flyovers. They are meant to ease traffic not for decoration or achievement.
