analice107:What a stunning admission! Here, Analice has confirmed and confidently stated that yes, "Mary is worshipped". This is even more interesting as it is against the common rendition of Mary's place in the Catholic church, subtly using the word "honored". Thank you for this true submission for once. Yes, one more thing. I'd really appreciate if you could throw more light on Mary's queenship in heaven. Who authored her status and on which ground is this claimed based? |
Foolinlove, I'm really sorry for your plight. You're not a fool in love, but only wanted to fulfill the sacredness of marriage. But unfortunately, you fell prey to the HEART of men (humans in general) which the Bible describes as "deceitful above all things and desperately wicked. Who can understand it?". But in everything, give thanks to the Lord. Because in your disappointment and misery lies and underlying lessons to learn. And yes of course, it is obvious he wasn't the one to give you the happiness and joy you deserved in marriage. I know time and resources have been wasted. But trust the good Lord, He will replenish it all and blessed you with a happy ending. Cheers! |
HardMirror:@ the boldfaced. HardMirror, has it occurred to you that while these things are inexplicable to you, to some people, what appears to you as "mysteries" are termed "supernatural", and the powers of the supernatural have not just been felt or experienced but used? You see, I'm not against anyone believing whatsoever gladdens his heart. But the thing is, arrogantly dismissing unknown knowledge based on grounds of unwillingness or not just privileged to learn such a knowledge doesn't in anyway translate to a non existence or explanation of the said knowledge, a good example is the existence of God. This is most true if we're to believe on the 'pluralistic' nature of knowledge, as believing the contrary depicts extreme self-deceit and an attitude of monopoly of knowledge. Anyways, of course you're always at liberty to believe what suits your belly. That's why someone like me will always salute whatever opinion one holds. Cheers! |
Millerz:Oh yes, and that someone has been 'marked' long before now. It is only babies that are in danger of these false doctrines. SMH |
SANDOSKI:Twins you shall get. Only be careful to take care of my babies... |
ValentineMary my brother, it's been long I came across your usual 'attacks'. How's your end, bro? Seeing you're still in the business of striking with your Maker, I'm marveled at such devotion to Him, finding it rather strange that you've talked this much about a Being you claimed doesn't even exist. And I wondered what's that to you? If I were you as an atheist, I'll rather devote my time towards propagating atheism as a belief system worth embracing. It's okay bro. Only that you have to do what you're doing while it's still day, for night comes when no one can't do anything. Cheers! |
A closer look at Buhari's first & second coming simply reveals that man as a terrible sad news. Think he's well better as a cow rearer. |
eboro:I appreciate and applaud your desire to serve the Lord. But understand something here. "No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day" (John 6:44). Few verses after, Christ said again, "This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless it is granted him by the Father" (verse 65). Understand that working in the service of God is in itself a GIFT- an appointment. Yes! It is what is commonly known as a "calling". Take a look at this analogy. In a country, the President or leader of the country calls- appoints- commissions those whom he wants to work with, never the other way round. Here's the point. If you find yourself forcefully or grudgingly trying to please God, relax. No panicking; no worries. Go about your normal life, and try not to be like "John" who's actually a MOVER in your ministry. Note, it doesn't mean you should stop going to your church or stop praying, don't just try to be as fervent as others. And lastly, know that contrary to popular belief, today is not the only day for salvation. If God says He must called- draw you, before you can come to Him, wouldn't it be wise to wait for His call? |
Life is meant to be understood backward in order to live forward. The purpose of life is purposelessI can't help but feel sorry for this statement, such an unfortunate one. SMH |
There's something in humility- it endears one to all. Yar Adua was a fine gentleman to the core, not puff up. Buhari on the other hand is more of an egocentric fellow, who sometimes tells you to your face, "Bleep you!" not minding bruising your sensibility. |
A well deserved honor. Congratulation to Africa's Father of Democracy- GEJ! |
Ali Modu should just let it go, leadership isn't by force! Let him be a gentleman and bow out. |
Falana is a disgrace to law practitioners. SMH |
I've always maintained that Buhari is as corrupt as every other politician in this country, there's no saint in politics! But nauseating is the hypocrisy of this man, a man who is the very product of staring corruption! SMH |
And they think Osho isn't mad? |
Oh...... what a sweet confession........
|
The difference is clear! One is well educated while the other can't even boast of common O'level certificate. How do you expect the latter to run a 21st century government? That old man better go on exile, he's not needed! |
Let me see any idiot that will say Buhari has any integrity. Corruption fighter my foot! |
CACAWA:Oh Mr. lie... I seems to have selective amnesia whenever he talks. His pedigree of lies can make you befuddle you know? |
And they say this country will ever know peace with this kind of selective persecution? SMH |
National born again? What's that his name again, the person wey talk this thing? |
kenny987:I'm afraid for the number of nincompoops in this government. Just imagine some comments from idiots condemning the innocent when their corrupt c-in-c sits illegally in Aso Villa? SMH |
What sort of sheepish talk is this? Apparently, this government doesn't even know its responsibities. SMH |
APC really need this self-induced assurance. One wonders if it's the multiplier effect of poverty, hunger, high cost of goods, insecurity, etc, brought upon Nigerians that APC is celebrating. Come 2019, such a disastrous party like APC will be bury with no trace at all. |
What a shame that a country like Nigeria is ruled by one without the least of educational qualification. Such a terrible mess! SMH |
Who doesn't know that Ngige of a guy is a clown? He's such a joke! Reno's piece is a knock-out. |
Edelweiss44:I think the Op is really being unfair in his judgement, or simply ignorance of the bible. I've also always maintained that it is impossible and needless to include everything in the bible other than what it was meant to served. A purpose few have clearly understood. First, I don't understand the rational behind scrutinizing the bible in light of science. Is the bible teaching science- physics, geography, mathematic, etc? As a scientist wanna-be, will I pick up the bible to study or science related books? Interfering in biblical studies in the name of science is a height of misplaced priority! It is also wrong to read meanings to scriptures from one obviously devoid of its understanding, as it only shows stark ignorance and shame! A good bible student understands time span between each bible verses. Nowhere does the bible says the earth is 6000, 7000, 10000, etc years. But as usual, busybodies dabbling into what they know nothing about. Piece of advice bro. Avoid useless wrangling as a plaque. For indeed, it is a plaque! |
Anas09:Dead indeed. I thought he'll dare try to back up his heretical nonsense with the usual myths and lies of the Catholic hierachy. They can only deceive the unlearned, those not priviledged to classified information and history. |
The deceitfulness and lies of this government is simply nauseating. More pitiable are their zombie followers. SMH |
They reasonably expects the teachers to be as dumb as they are. |
OP can we talk?
|
Simple. APC said it was as a result of misrule of the PDP government. That minister of darkness even boasted that a serious government can provide constant light within six months in power. |
