Back to the guy, virtually all fultime Bible Schools have same training method. It is part of the training just as NYSC has Endurance trek, etc.

A Pastor, in fact, a Christian is assumed to be a soldier physically, mentally and spiritually fit for the assignment.

At 76, Pastor Adeboye still treks 8 Km a day and he stands for 3-4 hours preaching during programmes. You think everyone can do that? He still fasts for 40 days marathon and 100 days on many occasions.
