mostob: Saliba will have to show he is better than Holding. This team needs Holding next season Holding definitely gave a good account of himself. Saliba would just be making noise, let him come next season and fight for his shirt. |

Roland17: Our games against Westham are usually tough, first because it is a London rivalry and secondly, they have a decent squad with an experienced manager who can make things difficult. The moment I saw the strong line up, I knew it would be a tight game. I think Moyes is confused about which competition to focus on. He is losing both. |

BlueRayDick: Tomiyasu is fully back. Martinelli also back in the starting lineup .
Holding in place of Ben white White has a tight hamstring. Chance for Holding to prove if we need his services next season with Saliba set to return. West Ham rested two key players- Antonio and Soucek. |

Everton and England striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin, 25, would prefer a move to Arsenal over Newcastle. (Football Insider) Arsenal's 21-year-old France defender William Saliba - currently on loan at Marseille - plans to return to the Gunners this summer and fight for his place in Mikel Arteta's side. (Teamtalk) Success sure has many brothers and sisters. |

Roland17: Ok…I like your idea of giving one or both of Patino/ Azzez understudy minutes with the first team next season. Personally for me, it would be Patino because he has caught up with Azzez and is a more creative and dominant player from deep. He may just need good cover though.
We need to invest heavily on our midfield and attack especially if we clinch top 4. Clinching top 4 makes us more attractive but I hope we can get the players with the right mentality about winning. Arteta does good recruitment. I trust him to make the best selections. |

Lush100: I don't rate oshimen. I prefer we buy gabriel Jesus and maybe another striker especially one that is good at heading. Laca should go. Martinelli and balogun should learn the CF role. Nketiah could stay. Bring Saliba back, play 3 at the back when needed. Keep Rob Holding. Find another partner for T.Partey we can try Elneny and Partey or buy this brazilian midfielder we want to buy do he can partner Partey. Xhaka should be a squad player or sell and keep Elneny Pepe can be sold. Mari, Torerria, Guendozi sold. Learn to take out Partey after 65 minutes. This is assuming we get the UCL spot. We can buy Gnarbi too. I respect that it is your opinion. I support we get Saliba back. But it will be difficult for Elneny to displace Xhaka. Many managers have tried to replace Xhaka but failed. Xhaka is an enigma. The only solution is to get a reliable backup midfielder, someone that will be given the challenge of displacing him. But it's not something we can just wish away. |

50d33q: I don't like the idea of buying players from another league especially CF that will struggle to adapt Moreover I don't really rate osihmeh maybe cause he's Nigerian I will take 2 CF plus balogun making 3 Nketiah and lacazette should go we still have midfield to settle Xhaka must go or be bench from next season B1: I think it's Nigerian familiarity that is making you not rate Osimhen. I can tell you for free, that he is one of the best strikers in the world today. Among the best 10. He is quick, he is strong, good in the air, good ball holding, good finishing with power shot, good mentality too, team player, etc. Let me shock you further, he is better than Darwin Nunez. B2: Start getting used to Nketiah as our striker. With his performances so far, he will end up as our main striker and will get a renewed contract. He can be a reliable backup. B3: It have yet when people wants to see the back of Xhaka but all have failed till date. Xhaka will be here next season. He has a very good dibia. Just commot mind from his matter. |

We will need 4 strikers next season. Nketiah and Balogun plus two to be added- likely Jesus and Osimhen. |

Kbs468: Ofcourse Yes I did. But forget it as that was one in a million performance by Lehmann back then as we have never had any goalkeeper that is as consistent as David Seaman Honestly.
Else All our former Goalkeepers are crap except for Petr cech because of his previous performance for Chelsea and that was why we never do well in Europe
But I believe that if we qualify for champions league and Aaron Ramsdale is being exposed further, he would certainly come out good in the Long run towards becoming the BEST GOALKEEPER WE HAVE EVER HAD We could discuss Seaman Vs Lehman. But not Ramsdale, he has not even completed a full season with us. Your bolded is pure speculation not fact. |

Nunez Osimhen Martinez Tammy
Then there is Gabriel Jesus too.
This transfer window looks promising. I hope its not regular regular chase till final day of window then one carpenter will hold jersey dey smile. Gabriel Jesus deal is almost certain, unless Man City offers him a new contract he will most certainly join Arsenal. As for the list, I will choose Osimhen and Nunez. |

Man was impossible to play against in his prime! It's an insult to Lehman and an embaraasment to Ramsdale. What has Ramsdale achieved that will warrant any comparison? And can't we wait for Ramsdale to prove his potentials before comparing? |

Kbs468: Well, I think we need much more than 9 points out of a possible 15 of the 5 remaining fixtures actually.
2 favourable home matches vs Leeds united and Everton and 3 away vs West Ham, Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle united
Even our home fixture, especially vs Everton is dicy before of their relegation battle and we don't usually have it easy with relegation threatened teams
The best way out for us is to Win Both home fixtures vs Leeds united and Everton as well as the away game vs Newcastle while we win or draw first with West Ham giving us atleast 10 points plus our present 2 points lead over Tottenham Hotspur.
That should be enough to overcome them once and for all (13 points out of 17) if we equally avoid defeat at the hands of Tottenham too
Since Tottenham Hotspur have 2 favourable home matches vs Leicester city and Burnley with an additional favourable away match vs Norwich -That is 9 points out of their 5 remaining fixtures
Away vs Liverpool certainly won't fetch them more than 1 point at most if not total loss and that would make it 10 points
Home fixture vs Arsenal? -we pray it doesn't end in a loss for Us so that should we draw them, then they would have (10+1) 11 points which won't be enough to surpass our own 13 points haul from the earlier analysis above
However and in order to be safe, we should avoid defeat at the hands of west Ham while also praying that Tottenham loses vs Liverpool away at Anfield and Even succumb vs Leicester city first come next weekend Your permutations are correct but mine is not a permutation but speculation. If we beat West Ham and Leeds, we will take at least a 5points lead to the NLD believing that Spurs will lose at least 3points before then (especially Vs Liverpool). Then if we beat them we seal top 4 having an 8points lead on them with two games to spare. It's a wish though. Hope you get me? |

50d33q: Honestly I have no idea But I will prefer he don't play for us this season again so that he can rest. Same with Tomi and Tierney, if we can stamp the 4th place with few matches to go, I will prefer arteta stop using the top performers again till preseason I agree. |

I don't see Spurs winning both their matches against Leicester and Liverpool. In fact I am almost certain they will drop at least three points.
If that happens, we will be in a comfortable position playing the North London Derby. If we will that game, it's CL for us. We need 9 points to get there basically. |

Jodera: Nketiah's game ystdy was great. I love the way he ran the channels aside linking up well with his Midfielders and wingers. I'm glad he finally fought for his shirt even though I doubted he wasn't ready. I just hope he keeps it up. He may save us money from signing two top strikers.
Our defence was indeed shaky yesterday. I don't know if it's just me but I noticed our defence was just jittery unlike what I normally know it as. Just thankful that man u attack weren't able to capitalise as well as element of luck on our side (penalty miss) as well as Ronaldo's marginal offside call.
Tavarez needs to get his acts right. Grateful for his goal as it gave us the much needed advantage at the start of the game, but he needs to work on his decision making most times. Aside his decision making being poor yesterday, he was erratic both in his tackles and positioning. Thank goodness it was Elanga and not a deadly and experienced winger he faced ystdy cos we would have been duly punished Laca's poor showing was Nketiah's opportunity. He is young and sharp and has good eyes for goals. He is not at the level we ACN rely on for next season but he can improve and is showisigns he will. I think Arteta was being patient with Tavares and was resisting the urge to change him the second time after doing so against Brighton. The lad is too slow for the PL. I hope he improves because we can't have such displays next season. We were very lucky against United. Two balls to bar and post, a missed penalty and a marginal offside call. We could have easily lost that match despite scoring three. I agree to all you have said. Jod this is unusual isn't it? |
