These pastors have never come openly or in a congregation to say "don't give the poor", but the highest they can say "rather than give the poor, give to the house of God to grow the gospel", you may say why would they say that... Now by giving the poor peanuts, it's good but you haven't given them the best. They'll would still come outside that same place and beg tomorrow, and God doesn't want that for his children, but if you give to the poor and give to the house of God more, in some way the gospel can be reached to that poor man, or beggar, and you'll indirectly have been the one to save him from sin and death(sickness,poverty etc). God's wish isn't someone staying or being constant in his "way of life" or state forever, but that man or woman should continue to grow and grow in him.

Please don't mislead people with your lies. The poor is who Jesus instructed us to give to, not a building or a pastor. God as no needs and he doesn't stay in building made by man. Act 7:48(However, the Most High doesn’t live in temples made by human hands. As the prophet says). Jesus emphasized on giving to the poor, that's the only way you can connect with God, not through a pastor . Why do you think there are many churches in Nigeria? It's because its a lucrative business. There will always be poor among you those are the people Jesus told us to give to not the private jet playing pastors. Tell me how many Imam as a private jet. You can't be taking money from the poor and be living extravagant life and you believing they are men of God.

No, my brother. . Now in 2nd Corinthians 8 :1-24 ... You'll understand by Christians giving what they have willingly they are doing it right. When you do stand up from that chair in church to give your offering or tithe, God sees it, and he sees how willing you are to give,only if you are willing not to show off your wealth to other people. God loves a cheerful giver, the Bible didn't say a dollar giver, a gold giver, or a diver giver. Cheerful in the sense that when you give in the church, you do not have that sinful thought of you loosing, that's the devil. It doesn't matter what these pastors seem to do with it at the end, you've done your part, and you can feel fulfilled. Am in Christ embassy so I'll use my church for example, we give so willingly in the house of God, but at the end our man of God uses it to bless his congregation, his society and spread the gospel to the world. And this is very good.

Lol.. Christ Embassy, I was in that church back in school days and I know how you guys roll. Other churches are better, you are controlled in Christ embassy, you can't go to any occasion in other churches as a worker. You are all forced to bring in a particular number of members to the church, if you don't then that's trouble, you are all forced to pledge an amount in the church if you are a worker in the church. Other GOs are still a little bit fair, but your GO as all your mumu button in that church.

Show me a place in the bible where Jesus said we should give money to pastors. If you quote Old Testament it means you don't know your bible because Christianity started after the death and resurrection of Christ. Am waiting

My dear happy for you for your conversion. But the thing is, God is as real as you. You know why?...i am a testimony of his grace. You know I have grown to the level I don't care if I give my millions or billions to a pastor fake or not, because in my spirit and soul I am not giving it to a physical man, but I am willingly giving to God. You don't have to be the one to judge about your finances, because it's God that gives abundantly. Okay look at it this way, when someone is sick, they run to a doctor, when the doctor have no cure, the next person they do run to is God, so if you can ask God for healing and you know he can, why not show him how willing you love him by giving to God. The thing is we humans believe in evil more( witch craft, occult society etc), but we can't believe that's theres a more greater power than these powers. In life there is the bad and there is the good. God never sleeps, He is just patient, (the devil is not patient that's why you see the devil always moving into action to destroy) , God is patient because he does not want any of his children to perish, but when God comes into action even the devil would bow and surrender. That's how my God is. My God is quiet like the sea but greater than a raging thunder when he moves into action.

If you truly know the God you serve you won't give millions to pastors. It's not your fault because you actually think you are giving to God. The only way you can give to God is through the poor and this is backed up by the bible. Let us relate with what the bible says and not what we think or feel, the pastors use Barnum effect on their members to control them. Please read up on BARNUM EFFECT it's online.

Am sure you had an occurrence in your life that's why you spoke that way. The truth is God works wonders but not through this pastors. As you having testimony some others don't have even after the same pastor laid hands on all of you.

My point is this pastors work with probability, they pray for like 20people and one will come with testimony then they use it to deceive other members. Seek God personally and don't let anyone deceive you. I know of a big Church in Nigeria that people line up to pay tens of thousands of naira to pray in there GOs prayer room. Please wake up , God is not happy with things like this.

I can boldly say it that the Jesus Christ in Nigeria is different from Jesus Christ of Nazareth. The one in Nigeria is GOD OF MAMMON.

I understand their reasons for demanding payment or deposit before treating a patient but if I was the one, I would treat the patient regardless of the fact that money wasn't paid because I can't watch a patient die when I can be able to treat him, it's hard though but saving a life is worth it.

I really don't blame those that request for money before treatment. Some people will make you pity them at the end of the day they run after treatment. Read from Matthew 23:1-24 ..Jesus was abusing the teachers of religious law. He said "you should tithe but do not neglect the most important aspect of the law".

Now, at this period there was only one religion which was Judaism, that was why they were called teachers of religious law. Christianity started after the death and resurrection of Christ.

Also, tithe was paid in agricultural produce and not money. Where your pastors got there own from I don't know o.

Though he has his good sides esp on the issue of tithe which l can't find in the New Testament nor read abt any of d apostles asking for tithe ,the way he attacks Men of God these days can make some believers disbelieve the Bible.

I have seen some tattoos that I don't know what they mean, but my spirit inside me just feels appaled at the meaning behind it for some reason, even when my brain doesn't actually know what it means.
