Because Iran and irac are highly populated by Shi'a why Saudi is Sunni. US know the difference between the two and also also know the perpetrator of evil between them. It easy for someone to imitate other but the elite will be able to differentiate between them not like little pikin who doesn't know anything but will be commenting base on ignorance.

Let's be logical.

This is why we can't move forward as a nation. Does that mean because its their duty to pass d budget, they shouldn't scrutinize it? Nigerians always channeling blame wrongly.

Politics / Re: Presiding Officers: We Transmitted Official Results Directly To INEC Server by Stakeholders(m): 3:17pm On Apr 22, 2019
If only they have evidence to prove that each state send the results to server that's when they will win this case otherwise it is trash. Because you said they transmitted results in Polling Unit who collate it to different state? Without ward collation there can't be local government collation, without local government collation state result will not be known, so how did you now come to have figure for each state?

Note that Inec chairman will not be responsible for any step taken in each local government talkless of polling unit. If they did not transmit results from state collation centre there's no way it will reach federal which is the the place the results would be announced.
Politics / Re: Presiding Officers: We Transmitted Official Results Directly To INEC Server by Stakeholders(m): 3:06pm On Apr 22, 2019
Come to think about it do you know how many polling units we have in Nigeria. It will now be Inec in Abuja that will be collating the results for each units. The case would have been better won by Mr Atiku if he did not include Inec server to it because by using Inec server he as already spoil everything how will you defend it that every polling units send the results to server that means you have to present every polling units results to us like that imagine thousands of polling units you will have to present.
Politics / Re: Presiding Officers: We Transmitted Official Results Directly To INEC Server by Stakeholders(m): 2:54pm On Apr 22, 2019
*Did the PO's transmitted any results into Inec server
The answer is YES
But come to think of it, we have collation centres in every ward in a particular local government before we even talk about local government collation centres. This transmission at polling unit does not go beyond ward collation centres. The transmission from polling unit is delivered in ward collation centres. From ward collation centres to local government collation centre that's when you will see the results sheet for a whole local government. After each local government collate there own they will take it to state collation centres it was from this state collation centres that returning officer ( usually be VC of reputable institution) will carry the results to federal. If there will be transmission of results to Inec federal server it will be from state collation centres not on polling units.

Politics / Re: Why PDP, R-APC Couldn’t Withstand Buhari During 2019 Election – Galadima by Stakeholders(m): 9:50am On Apr 20, 2019
To me what I think it cause election defeat for Mr Atiku is miscalculation, PDP calculated that by using selling of NNPC to campaign it will boost the chances of getting massive vote in South South and southeast while because of ethnic factor they will divide vote in Northern region without taking the effect of selling NNPC saga to consideration. Hausa and Fulani were the most beneficiary so they won't want anyone to sell NNPC. To me I think that cause the lose and secondly low turnout of people in southern region too also contribute to it because people were busy at there various home instead of going out to cast their votes. Whereas in Northern region people troop out in mass to votes. It highly painful and pathetic when you compare the way people were ranting on social media in southern region compare to turnout ratio on the day of elections. Mind you there are some people that doesn't vote and are still saying they stole their mandate.

Politics / Re: Atiku Has No Moral Basis To Complain Of Being Rigged Out, Says Junaid Mohammed by Stakeholders(m): 3:08pm On Apr 06, 2019
cyrilamx:

BY SAHARAREPORTERS, NEW YORK
April 06, 2019

Junaid Mohammed, a lawmaker during Nigeria's Second Republic, says former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar has masterminded election rigging since 1999, and as such has "no moral basis to complain of being rigged out".
He also accused Atiku, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), of overheating the polity by his decision to challenge the result of the February 23 presidential election that saw President Muhammadu Buhari secure a second term in office.
Speaking in an interview published on Saturday by The Sun newspaper , Mohammed also praised the improvement in the electoral process as people can now vote in their respective areas of residence.
Responding to a question on what he thinks of Atiku's move to challenge the result, he said: "I don’t know whether Atiku means to overheat the polity, but the fact remains whether he means it or not, the net result of what he is doing is to overheat the polity, and that is unfortunate.
"Any patriotic Nigerian will know that when the polity is overheated the way it is being done now, at the end of the day there will be violence; there will be massive movement of people from where they are legitimately working and earning their living to their hometowns.
"After decades of independence, we ought to be beyond this kind of ramshackle government, where if you ignite a match, people will start scrambling to go back to their homes.
"People used to go to their homes to vote during elections, but this time it was a big progress as people stayed where they live to vote.
"I’m about 70, and when I was growing up, election was like a mad house or a psychiatric home. Once election was approaching everybody was going to railway station to but ticket to travel to their homes, but this time around, people stayed behind to vote. This is a big progress and I hope it will continue. Why will I leave Kano to Port Harcourt to vote? It doesn’t make sense.
"The main issue behind Atiku’s complaint is that he knew that he lost the election; whatever he says or whatever the people who work for him say. The statement he issues or by Secondus and other people who work with him is that they are now accusing and abusing not just those who are in APC (I’m not in APC and I will never be in APC), but also others who have nothing to do with the election. That to me shows that they are very primitive and immature politicians. You don’t have to abuse me if you want me to vote for you.
"Sadly, Atiku has been the mastermind of the rigging of elections in this country from 1999, when he and Obasanjo were with the ticket. If you did that kind of thing, you will not be surprised even if you want to believe what you want to believe; you cannot be surprised if people have mastered what you taught them. Many of the APC members decamped from the PDP. We grew up with some of them, we worked with some of them; we married into their families and they married into our families, so it is not something new. We all know the riggers; Atiku is the principal rigger, so, he has no moral basis to complain of being rigged out.
"He even went beyond the moral norm by hacking into the servers of INEC, and publishing documents, but to mark him up, INEC went and put the real figures for everybody to see. This is very unfortunate for those who claim to be statesmen. You have to know that the most important thing for you and your party is the survival of the country, because the connection I have with Atiku is that he is a Nigerian and I’m a Nigerian. If there is no Nigeria, where would he go; which president will he be?
"I believe he has the constitutional right to go to court, but the way and manner he is doing it is destructive and he is lying through his teeth; the same thing with Secondus and some of the hired hands, hacks who write statements for them. Some of the people who issue the statements don’t even know Nigeria.
"You stay in your village, and after school you come to Lagos and then to Abuja, and you start abusing people left, right and centre. These are the kind of people who are causing a lot of problems; there must be peace before you have governance."

I was a presiding officer in the election, all presiding officers are required to send the results of their polling unit via the card reader direct to Inec server. This result cannot be tampered with.

After which presiding officers will then proceed to the collation center to submit the manual result to the collation officer.

Your submission is not to INEC server but to ractech, this is just to confirm your accredited voters with the number of valid votes you recorded. If you as a presiding officer sent it directly to INEC server how did you expect them to collate results. Do you know how many thousands of polling unit we have in Nigeria.

Politics / INEC Reply About The Denial Of Handing Election Materials For Atiku by Stakeholders(m): 11:28am On Mar 18, 2019
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has rejected PDP’s accusation that it has denied its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, access to election materials as ordered by a court.

The Chief Press Secretary to the chairman of the commission, Mr Rotimi Oyekanmi, told Daily Trust that INEC has a good record of obeying court order.
He said, if and when the commission receives the orders of the court, it will comply.

“However, it is common knowledge that since the declaration of the results of the presidential election, the commission has been very busy with the multiple activities regarding the National Assembly, governorship, State Houses of Assembly and FCT elections.

“Only last Thursday, the commission presented Certificates of Return to senators-elect and House of Representatives members-elect including PDP members,” Oyekanmi said.

He said it is clear that the commission has been fully engaged with hardly any breathing space, adding that he was not sure INEC was in receipt of the letter the PDP claims it has sent.

He said, “But let me also say this. The PDP needs to show some decorum in the way it composes its press statements. The INEC chairman and commission members deserve some respect. The PDP’s frequent use of offensive and abusive words, which secondary school students get to read very often is unhelpful.”

He said it is advisable for every political party to show good examples and a deep sense of responsibility in the way it composes statements for public consumption.

Any body has the right to fight for his/her right whether u win or lose.

how long are we going to keep sweeping issues on the carpet because one powerful man is there.

It may Atiku to and tomorrow will yours

Come to think of it why is INEC denying them access if they are not guilt.

Then it seems no body obeys courtorder again.

if there respect to the rule of then we have to think twice because when expect peole to obey the court they will ask if u have obey court order before when you where in government.

Inec cannot release election materials for any party to avoid been tampered with it, however it only duty of tribunal to summon inec official in court to defend any allegation from any political parties. PDP did not have power to demand for inec materials especially the sensitive materials because that's what they will use to defend themselves in court.
