Jackie Chan's daughter, Etta Ng has confirmed she is dating 30-year-old social media influencer Andi Autumn, just after she shared a photo of herself in front of a rainbow background, which came with hashtags: '#lgbtqai#lgbt #lesbian #androgynous (sic)'.

17-year-old Etta, revealed she was 'speechless' at how much support she has received after growing up with a lot of 'negativity and close mindedness' throughout her life.

She wrote: 'I am in awe at the amount of support and love poured my way. I am speechless at how followers went to my Girlfriend @andiautumn and my account to show us both so much positivity. People all over the world have been rooting us on as Hong Kong media continues to mock.

Etta is a product of her mother is Elaine Ng Yi-Lei, a former Miss Asia brief affair with martial arts expert Jackie in the late 90s.

In 2015, the teenager who lives in Hong Kong confirmed she is estranged from the movie star and doesn't feel as though he is her father.
She said: 'He is not my dad. I have no feelings for him. He is my biological father but he is not in my life. 'He never existed in my life. I will never regard him as a father. 'I would not say that he is my dad. I would say, 'Oh, Jackie Chan, an actor'.'

Hard drugs were reportedly recovered from the BMW car parked in a garage on Block B, Banana Island, Lagos, Davido's friend, DJ Olu and Chime Amaechi died in. 

A Lagos State Police Command source, who confided in Punchng, said operatives from the Ikoyi Police Division received a distress call that two young men were lying lifeless in a car. 

“A team raced to the scene. On getting there, the lifeless bodies of two adult males were found in a BMW car, with number plate, KJA 631 AY, at the underground garage of Block B, Banana Island.

After making some enquiries, the victims were identified as Olugbenga Abiodun, 25. He lived on Block 11 of the estate. The other victim, Chime Amaechi, was also aged 25,” the source said. 

Another source who spoke to Punch, claimed that preliminary physical examination suggested that they died of drug overdose, as it was gathered that the duo vomited blood from the noses and mouths.

She said, “They were found dead in the car and blood was coming out of their noses and mouths. 

A doctor was also at the scene. Physical examination of the bodies indicated that the victims must have died of an overdose of substances suspected to be hard drugs. The substances were found in the car.” 

While the corpses have been deposited in the Lagos State Teaching Hospital morgue, as the family of the late entertainers await post-mortem result to find the actual cause of death, the Lagos State Acting Commissioner of Police, Edgar Imohimi, who confirmed the deaths and said, “Autopsies would be carried out to know the cause of death. There were no marks of violence on their bodies."

Nigerian 'Superstar' singer, Speed Darlington has taken to Instagram to lament about not getting at least 'one sex' off his bangdadadang's popularity.

An unidentified young man, was nabbed while trying to plant marijuana in someone's car in Elelenwo road, Port Harcourt. According to the victim, Victor Odili, the incident happened after he parked his car in front of a school in the area to talk to a friend.

Following viral report that Nigerian music star, Wizkid became the first African to sell out a show at the Royal Albert Hall in London, in an electrifying night with thousands of fans and fellow Nigerian artists Skepta and Tinie Tempah in attendance, it appears, however, that this information, may not have been completely true even though Royal Albert Hall sent out a tweet, sharing the historic news.

On Sunday, Twitter user, Mr. Aye Dee, pointed out that Wizkid is not actually the first African, or Nigerian artist for that matter, to sell out the famous hall, perhaps just the first since many of his younger fans can remember. According to him, Sade sold-out the auditorium back in 1993.

An aggrieved Nigerian lady and Facebook user, Ann Fina, has taken to the platform to call out Nollywood actor, Alexx Ekubo, for raising her hope and dashing them at same time with a competition for scriptwriters and actors (Nigerian Teens and Twenties movie auditions, NTTA) she saw on Linda's blog in 2015.

According to her, she was announced as the winner of the competition with a take home prize of N3million, but she still hasn't gotten anything from the show organizers 2 years after the competition was held. Here's her story;

"Sometime in 2015, I came across one competition for scriptwriters and actors (Nigerian Teens and Twenties movie auditions, NTTA) in Linda's blog.

The prizes were mouth watering..
3million naira plus a car and an intense training to teach winners the rudiments of screenwriting and acting...
But then, the entry fee was 3k...

I was so enthusiastic...
I was like, "Ann, Shey you want to be a foremost scriptwriter? Don't miss this opportunity".

Even though I came across the competition one week to the deadline, I subjected myself to intense struggle trying to come up with a movie idea.

Scriptwriters were to break down their scripts into 150 scenes.
Each day, I sat in front of my laptop typing and editing until I was able to come up with something...

The D-day came...
I paid my entry fee...
My hard earned 3k...
And went to the venue for the audition to submit my script..

The people that came for the audition eeh
They were so many...
Both scriptwriters and actors.
I almost lost my confidence but then, I still submitted my script.

After the audition, I received a call from them declaring me the winner.
Hay Gawd!
I almost ran mad...
I was like, is that how I will just have 3million Naira in my account plus a fucking car?
Not only that, I could even be a celebrity..
I can't describe the joy I felt that day..
All I know is that, it made me crazy..
My folks didn't hear word that day, I swear.

The next day I traveled to Imo to collect my certificate and take pishures with the judges.

I almost died of excitement at the thought of posing with celebrities and taking pictures with them...

Afterwards, we were told that they will get back to us after the competition in other states.

It's a 'gone too soon' post for a Ugandan man identified as David Ntege, who reportedly collapsed and died after bumping into his wife who claimed she went abroad for further studies, with another man at a restaurant where he had checked in for some refreshments.

TUKO reports that David and his wife got married in a colorful wedding in April,2017, but the newly-wedded couple did not enjoy their marriage as the wife 'traveled abroad' for further studies not long after the wedding.

Upon confrontation, his already pregnant wife confessed that she only married him to get a marriage certificate, and David couldn't take the shock collapsed and died on the spot.

David died on Sunday, October 1 2017 and will be buried on Tuesday,3 October 2017,in Buyende District,Uganda.

Nigeria’s former first lady, Patience Jonathan, has accused EFCC’s Boss Magu of being bent on destroying her family, all because of the role she played in the 2015 election.

DailyTrust reports that Patience Jonathan, in a statement released by Belema Meshack-Hart, her Chief Press Secretary, further asked President Muhammadu Buhari to call Ibrahim Magu, the acting chairman of the EFCC to order.

According to her, despite Michelle Obama campaigning against Donald Trump in the presidential election, he has not moved against her. The Statement reads;

“We believe that she is being systematically persecuted and punished because of her unflinching support for her husband during the 2015 elections.
“President Buhari should be reminded that his wife also supported him in all the elections he contested against her husband, former President Jonathan, but Dr. Jonathan did not at any point in time, carry out personal vendetta or go after Buhari’s wife.

“That is the standard practice in all democracies around the world. For instance, Michelle Obama campaigned vigorously for her husband’s party during their last Presidential election, but we are yet to see President Donald Trump move against her. One thing is clear: No matter what they do to Mrs. Jonathan, she will continue to stand by her husband, the father of her children, even if it means paying the supreme price with her life.

A Nigerian man has been convinced beyond reasonable doubt that even with the negative report about Nigeria's Police, they're still his friend.

Instagram user, Abu_muminah, who was moved by Nigerian Police officers touch of kindness, wrote;

"Only if this could be practiced among @nigerianpoliceforce... just some minutes ago, my vehicle ran out of fuel on third mainland bridge, and before I know it, three men from operatives of @rrslagos767, stationed at Oworo bus-stop, appeared with jerrycan containing 10 litres of fuel, and filled the vehicle's tank with it.


To my surprise, just as I was about to count out money for the officers, pay for the litres and add up something, because in #naija nothing goes for free, they told me to keep the money and that, the assistance they rendered was part of reason, why they were station at the strategic spot in case of any unprecedented situation such as mine.


They refused to accept the money, and asked me to take my leave, they beed me farewell and that I should also enjoy my ride.

The gesture from the police indicated that officers of law enforcement agents are human, and that what they need are motivations and encouragements, good welfare and public support at all times.

‘Your husband sleeping with your friend or housemaid, isn’t a strong excuse for you to quit’ – Lizzy Anjorin


Nollywood actress, Lizzy Anjorin, has advised women not to let their cheating husband go, as the actress who once said 80 per cent of men are born polygamists further said they may even lust their best friends.

Lizzy in her interview with sunnewsonline,, said;

“Ladies should be more concerned about what they have in their bank accounts or in their brains before showing off their men to friends or uploading proposal videos on social media. .

You can’t tell, anything can happen. How good you are in bed or in the kitchen are not enough to satisfy men. Some of them even say worst and evils things about their women when things are no longer rosy.

Another secret is that, some men derive joy in making their women cry or go through pains. Some men even go as low as sleeping with your house help or friends but that does not make him a bad person neither is it a strong excuse for you to quit. .

Instead, buckle-up and raise your head, be positive and work harder, better things are ahead of you. In case you find yourself in an unpleasant relationship; unpleasant is different from abusive; if you don’t have a better offer yet, don’t quit or start showing him attitude. Who knows, the next man may be more disastrous. .

We all know that sometimes, some of our past relationships are far better than the one we are into presently. That’s why an adage says: a bird in hand is better than millions in the bush.”

Nollywood actress and film maker, Omoni Oboli, who was dragged to court by a scriptwriter, Jude Idada who claimed she used his script for her movie, Okafor's Law without his permission, has disclosed why she opted for an out of court settlement.

The actress who lost her dad few weeks after the lawsuit, said;

‘Okafor’s Law’ is my best movie so far and it is doing very well in the market and cinemas. But I would not lie, the law suit that was slammed against me over the movie was a very terrible experience. It was one of the toughest points in my career coupled with the fact that my father died a few weeks after the whole law suit saga ended. I felt that I was getting out of one problem to the other and I just totally fell apart. I never doubted the success of the movie but I just wanted the court to ensure that it was played across the cinemas for the viewing pleasure of my fans.

“However, during that period, I realised that when something bad happens, it may cause us to fall but you have to pick yourself up because when there is life, there is hope. As long as you are still breathing, things would always get better. I am a very positive person and I have always believed that no matter how bad things get, they would be better in time. The only person that can keep you down is yourself. I tell myself that even if I have a scandal (God forbid), I would step on it and move on, I would take off from there.


“During that period, my family really stood by me. When I saw my husband and kids, I felt like the world was better. I knew that as far as we were together, everything would be fine. My girls were also unbelievable. During that time, my husband was not around but a lot of women surrounded me. There were about four ladies sleeping with me every day because it was that bad. I never knew what panic attack meant till I encountered that experience,” she said.

On trying to settle out of court, she said:

“I tried to settle out of court not because I was guilty, but I just did not want the stress. At a point, I started to ask what everything was all about. Was it only about the movie? I began to ask myself if it was worth what I was going through because in the next five years, ‘Okafor’s Law’ would be one of the least movies that I would do. I don’t hate the person that took me to court because I am not wired that way. When I see them in court, I say hello but I don’t know if we can ever be friends again. Right now, I am fine and I am in a good place,” she said.

Rev. Fr. Cyriacus Onunkwo who was killed after he returned to Nigeria to bury his father, will now be buried alongside his dad.

Fr. Cyriacus was kidnapped and reportedly suffocated to death in the car booth of they kidnappers on his way back home at banana junction in Orlu, a sacrilegious plot that was allegedly masterminded by a former policeman.

Someone asked this morning on Facebook ‘Please, Is this heaven or hell’!

Lol! So a group of Christian numerologists claimed that the world will end today, September 23rd.

According to them, a verse in the Bible proves that the end of the world is near.

The verse is Luke 21: 25 to 26.

‘“25: There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. People will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken.’

“’26: Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.’

This left Nigerians scared, many indecisive, alot of people refused to sleep(Me included), alot of people were even making jokes out of it.

And here we are all still bobling and living! Is this Jupiter? Here’s how Nigerians reacted including a guy who joked that he would rape his cousin because he was not ready to die a virgin.
