Donzman:
I don't like it when people act naive just because they hope to prove some point. We both know that in a free and fair election, there is no way Oshiomhole is going to lose to anyone in Edo state but let's keep acting naive and hiding the truth, because we think OBJ is a demi-god or something.
Donzman you are assuming that Oshiomole won the election you are not so sure but I can boldly tell you that it is only in Oredo and Ikpoba-Okha local government areas of the state that there is a protest.

Every other parts of the state including Edo north (Oshiomole's home town) is Calm

uluocha:
Please can someone tell Adams Oshiomole that he no more NLC president, he can be dumped and forgotten in jail and nobody would stand for he defence. This is Nigeria were human rights are not respected, if u have no immunity, your are finished in this country
Uluocha If he oshiomole is saying PDP is not a good government and that he is an example of a good leader why did he not wait to take his grieviance to the court

crazykid:
Am telling you the truth, if the military plans a coup and it succeeds, I would be the happiest person on earth.
Because our so-called democracy has ruined the country.
Inviting the militaryhuh? This is a big joke

MAMAJAMA:
here we go again, a politician that is instigating violence in the state was arrested and people are so quick to blame OBJ. did OBJ tell this politicians to engage in violence activity or to recruit thugs? people lets be careful how we judge people. The interest of the common man must be at heart before any other issue. God bless Nigeria
Thank you.

OBJ is not perfect. But the way people pass out judgement in this country is very surprising,  Na wah oh

He should wait to channel his case to the court politics is not NLC the Nigerian Labour Congress?
Politics › Re: Adams Oshiomole Arrested In Benin by stanech: 7:27pm On Apr 16, 2007
In my own view he should be arrested. For leading the violent protest that destroyed properties worth millions of Naira.

I think he should be arrested

Yaradua the governor of kastina state for 6yeras or more, has been suffering from kidney problem but could not build a single hospital that can take care of his kidney problems instead he travel abroad anytime he need medicare who takes care of the billhuh

Atiku a Vp for 7 years had a little bone fracture in his leg was flown abroad for medical checkup meaning he did not build a single hospital that can take care of common bone problems for his people in all his years as the VP (and he is saying he is not corrupt)

I have said it time and time again, we do not need Yaradua or Atiku to be our president. Things will just get worse.

What we need is REVOLUTION!!!

Atiku was his senior in school, and he stole Titi (AA's wife) from shutnouth, thats the cause of the beef grin grin grin grin

@ Alabi, if the 'indictment'/cause for disqualification is declared null and void, then Atiku will contest. you and OBj should just live with it and beat him at the polls if you can.
Jokes apart!!

It is only an insane person that will allow Atiku to be his president come 2007.
Duke would have been the best option but he was not given the PDP ticket.
So for now Yar'Adua remains the best option for nigeria in 2007
and you guys better get this clear he (yar'Adua) will win the election.
If you ask me why, i would refer you to Obj's statement
and I quote "we do not know those who will succeed us, but we know those who will not"
and I bet Atiku is one of those who will not and u guys know very well
So shutmouth dont worry yourself just keep calm Atiku is on the loosing side.

If he is not he will not be running to Canada today, Kafanshan tomorrow and UK next tomorrow.
he is doing all this to get help from the west. But my broda the west will not tell us how to run Our country.

Seun:
You mean DSTV lost the right to broadcast the English Premier League in Nigeria?
What about those Nigerians who have invested a lot into their DSTV equipment? This is bad news for them!
They have "broken" the DSTV monopoly by establishing their own more monopoly. So the customer loses.
that is one thing we must correct in this country,

How can they just seize the licence of DSTV like that, and then these dude's take their fat tommy to oversies crying for foreign investors to come and invest. I don't know how much HITV gave to the minister for this rubbish decision and I don't know who took the decision but my brothers It is not fair.

huh
Who gave the licence to DSTV in the first place?
And how many people uses HITV
What happens to those equipment we bought for DSTV
What happens to those equipment DSTV uses to operate in Nigeria
How good is the services of HITV

Men I must say that this is another example of the STUPID economic reforms of OBJ's administration

As for funding, the Governor said a lot of interest had been shown by both local and international companies who he said had indicated interest participate in the project. He mentioned organizations like Union Bank of Nigeria (UBN) Plc, United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc, Zenith International bank Plc, Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, Access Bank Plc, and Standard Trust Bank Plc . Already, the state Government has made a provision of N2.348 billion in the 2005 budget being considered by the State House of Assembly for infrastructural provision as part of its overall contribution to the project. During the budget presentation, Duke said “reputable investors had given firm assurances” of their support and involvement in the project. He was full of praises for President Olusegun Obasanjo and his South African counterpart, Thambo Mbeki for their support to towards the project.
