Just heard this this week.

That people go to dubai to swallow faeces for money?

But what do the Arab men gain from it?

Abi na jazz?
They gain pleasure from what is called sexual sadism(a sex drive gotten from making people feel bad/worthless or cause people great pain), it gives them erection/orgasm. some of them can't have normal sex again.

Hello,
i'm interested in phone programming because i hear tht you can make some money from it but i hav some questions that i cant get answers to.

1) is it hard to learn,do i need maths?

2) can i teach myself nd become good? If so how long will it take (from noob programming knowledge to hosting app on store)?
Or am i better off going to a computer school

3) can i make money from it? By putting apps on the playstore, if so can i earn a full time living on it or is the market already saturated?

4) which is more lucrative, android or webdesigning?

5) if i have to go to school which would you recommend in abuja that is pocket friendly?

6) How do i pay for a developer account from nigeria? Or do i need to hav a usd account with my bank?
7) if i can make money,how do i withdraw the money,do i need a dom account ?
cool can i get a job as a phone developer in nigeria with no degree?

9) can youhelp me with free resources to learn with?

Pls reply. Thanks.
your first impression about making money I suggest is a slip of tongue. Android development is fun and yes you need a degree at some point in your career.
and as for job, programmers never run out of one.
But fact is aside passion, and genuine interest, you won't last learning it, For the first two years of intensive learning, you may not make a dine.
And to learn well, you need good mentors and you should be ready to buy gadget like laptops, phone and books for learning. and even be enthusiastic enough to attend seminars, enroll for learning and code and work tireless on personal development project.
After this(you may start seeing the glimpse of making wealth).

With due respect, you are very wicked.

You carefully jumped the part where the aunt did not keep to her promise of training her in school, seems you are doing the same to someone else's child.
Your moniker fit your well (although I would like to replace the 'kid' with 'oldman') . Nice and mature response!

Do you think government has any form of control on Nairaland?

How about the ads? Do advertiser's get to see realtime analytics of how their ads are performing?

Are they modest with users data?

What's their privacy policy like?

How have you used Nairaland?

How has Nairaland helped you?

I read. My point is, he wouldn't have blamed is failure on anything.

Great people fail, learn the lesson and move on.

Do you know the man u invented selfie stick how many times he failed? Solid ten years he failed.

In all his interviews I never heard him blame his past failures on any factor.
ok I leave you to your point then.

So dancing and recording, and then posting for people to see on social media is how we know she is happy with her body? Go and learn.
That lady is seeking public validation on her body. She reads those comments on her page to see people's reaction to her 'art'. If I'm not mistaken that's low self esteem cause she's pretty and doesn't need to do all that
Just so you know, many of your social media icons and socialites are depressed people in reality.
you are just guessing for this case. try another day.

u lacked comprehension.

If u had read op's post with understanding u will know that op is blaming his failure on some factors.

Yes, great men fail. But am yet to see a great man who blamed his failure on some BS.

Op wouldn't have brought in the factors that contributed to his failure. Nobody cares.

When u fail, learn the lessons and move on..
was that the only thing you read from OP post? You didn't read where he applied for PGD and perform well and now aiming for master? *surprised*

STFU Bro.

Even the greatest inventors and people experienced failure at some point in their lives. It is a thing that happens to people. It's what you do after failure that counts next. The OP is trying to do better. Least you can do is encourage him or just pass.

The OP was feeling down, not trying to excuse his grade. By your statements, his life is over as he graduated with a 2'2 abi? Na people like una go dey drink sniper cos of simple exam failure. You have so limited your abilities to academic excellence only.

Most of those that believe 2'2 graduates have failed in life just have myopic views and low self esteem. Remove their 2'1 or first class and you are left with nothingness. Tueh!
you've said it all bro.

I have come across many posts that doesn't say well of Java, making me ask myself and other people this question " Why do programmers run away from Java ?"

I gave an answer which I think couldn't be the reason.

"Verbosity".

Could it be the verbosity of the language or there is another reason?

I love Java, I develop android apps with Java and I love it.
you're right. Also OOP is a concept many developer don't catch easily.
