It's not by creating new league. It's about who's gonna watch them. Some people be trying hard to self destruct. |
Vinnie2000:Nobody is forcing anybody. They can claim not to be igbo but what they speak is Igbo. You mustn't be Igbo to speak Igbo. When I was still watching NTA Asaba those days, I no dey see Ika, Ukwuani or whatever in their local news translation just Igbo, Urhobo, Isoko, Ijaw and Istekiri. The state government doesn't even recognize them as a distinct language so rest. |
Steve0979:Lol no dey whine yourself. The day Jos people went with me to Enugu, they marvelled. The only place that's somehow planned in Jos is Rayfield which still have some slums inside. From Apata to Busa buji to Rukuba to Miango to West of mines to Lamingo, all lack proper planning. Do you want to enter Tudun wada where people are living on top rocks with decrepit buildings, you have finished your self. Don't compare Enugu city with Jos because there is no basis for comparison. Jos that doesn't have a single shopping mall, while Enugu has four Roban stores alone. You self that's talking, would you prefer to live in 82 div. Or Rukuba barracks. |
okeyglm:Oga Enugu fine pass a lot of cities in Nigeria. Independence layout is not a small area so development choke that side. New Haven dey o, Ogui, Trans ekulu. In fact get out. |
alizma:It's like your head is paining you. This Jos I'm staying or another one.? Jo's that's full of rocks which hinders grass growth and proper planning, abi Markurdi that looks like a village. Take time o. |
All these people supporting the girl should get out.! Go about taking bad decisions and later you feel you shouldn't be judged. Thunder fire person. Anybody that wants to marry the lady should go ahead but please don't guilt trip the guy for jakpaing. That's a very good decision. If I discover a lady I want to marry has an unusually high body count, I don jakpa be that; not to talk of using abortions to do breakfast. Mtccchhhheeeeeewwwwww! This is not about not handling the truth by the way. It's about being wise with the truth. |
This story looks cooked up but incase this kind of scenario plays out in real life, my fellow guys run for ur life o. Don't let these hoes blackmail you using all these bullshit about not judging them by their past. Ladies are number one judgers to start with so judge them back. I could live with one abortion but 4, damn that girl doesn't have conscience. Always find out about the lady you intend to marry before going forward with her. A lot of these women had done an abortion at least once in their life that's why they don't want to be judged and most will likely keep it a lifetime secret but then, they don't need to tell you for you to find out. A word is enough for the wise. |
The people doing this comparison are very stupid people. Why would you be converting pounds to naira in the UK. How much is minimum wage in the UK? compare it with that of Nigeria. Can what a doctor earns in the UK be compared to what a doctor earns in Nigeria? Can a business man in Nigeria that gains 50k daily be compared to a businessman that earns £200 daily in the UK? People should be objective with their comparison please. |
First was a girl, my neighbour when I was in school. The caretaker locked her room and she and her roommate didn't have anywhere to go. She begged me for 10k and I took compassion and lent her the money. Three months later I didn't see shishi, had to seize her phone before she could pay 5k and that was it. Second was my guy who his landlord was about throwing out so I lent him 20k to add to the one he had and settle the landlord. Till today I no see shishi but I don leave am for am. These days he wonders why I don't give him money. Third was a guy I know who begged me to lend him 10k out of the only 20k I had that time. I sent him the money but it took lots of calls, lots of threats before he could pay 7k. These days, I don't lend shishi. I can only dash out 5k if you beg too much. 9ja people can't be trusted with money. |
Nawa o. See confusion everywhere nobody knows who the Hausas are again. That Hausa-fulani tag shouldn't stand unless the Hausas want to be annihilated. In Africa, we run a patriarchy system so no matter who your mother is, you belong to your father's tribe eg the Adelekes, Yemi Alade etc. Any body born to an Hausa man should be an Hausa person. It seems the Hausas have let go of this practice while the Fulanis still hold onto it; that's going to be their greatest undoing because while they are going about with the Hausa-Fulani tag, the Fulanis know that anybody born to a fulani man (even if the mother is Hausa or kanuri or whatever) remains a Fulani person. |
inumidun2010:And the women too. But even if he rated by Afcon, Senegal never won it. So I don't know his criteria shaa. |
Me now that doesn't like anybody doing my chores is having girls killing themselves to do it even when I have told them not to do it This life no balance shaa |
He's their citizen naa so why not? |
Onliie:That's not the real cost but incase you want to find out, if or when you get a family, be buying them food everyday from the restaurant. |
yongg:Well it's not as if I keep stew for 2 months. Most of the times, the people that visit me do partake in the eating. But what's it gonna cost me to put stew in the fridge. Don't get me wrong though, I do eat out sometimes and I know what the quality of meal I get costs me. And for us that resides in the North where a little amount of money can get you a lot, it's unwise not to take advantage of that unless you don't know how to cook. In all, home made meal is way cheaper and more satisfying than eating out. |
seanwilliam:Learn how to read egbon. It's twice weekly. I even used rice because it's way costlier than preparing eba and soup. Ciao. |
yongg:Lol 1. It wouldn't cost me up to #500 fuel in the car I can even walk to the market. 2. The gas was there but you probably didn't see it. 3. The spices was factored in the cost of stew which you did overlook again. I can't put a price on water because I don't know how much the landlord put on it but outside my compound people fetch water for free. 4. Preservation is not part of cooking cost also, not everyone eats preserved food. Also if I had reduced the number of meat I eat and size of food to what is obtainable in restaurants, it would be way cheaper than #368 Ciao |
Rich4god:I don't see cooking what I eat as stress but then, different strokes for different folks. |
mecusbosco:Their cost are negligible in a plate of stew but it was put into consideration in the #2500 for the stew. |
One bag of 25kg rice costs #12000 and it lasts me 6 months as a single person. I cook rice twice weekly. To cook tomato stew costs me #2000 #2000 gas refill lasts me 2 months. CALCULATE #12,000÷48 times = #250 per cooking which is about 5 plates. 1 plate = #50. #2500 ÷ 8 plates of stew = #312 a plate. NB Meat alone is #1500. #2000 ÷ 60days of usage = #33 per cooking. 1 plate should be about #6. So 50+312+6= #368 a plate for my own cooking. Average cost of a plate of rice outside = #500. So OP home cooking is still cheaper and more satisfying no matter what. Modified: My plate na big plate o. E fit be two plates outside. So be the judge. |
Skit Everybody wan go viral these days |
Correct score. Tottenham 2 - 2 Liverpool Brilliant..... |
Nigeria is a naturally corrupt location. People who benefit from corruption never complain about it. People who complain only do so because they are not benefiting. Transparency starts with everybody. This ain't brilliant..... |

Most of the good hotels in that axis are located in Amaokpala town. But I'll list the hotels I know and the likely prices. Chalk valley hotels Oko --- #5000. Although it's old. Rozander Hotels Amaokpala ---- #5000 Morren xris hotels Amaokpala ----- #7000 Golden view hotels Amaokpala -----#7000 Triple tree hotels, Aria sky, Lifestyle hotels, all in Amaokpala is from #10000 and above. At the back of triple tree, there is Breeze spot of #6000. In Ekwulobia, there is orthon palace and Chicago but I don't know their prices. The Oko and Amaokpala hotels are all along Umunze road except Morren xris along new road. |
