Eruditor: I don't get quoted as a source.
And don't worry about how many times I have been wrong. Notice I don't bring that up for you, as I have never expected you to be right about anything and you have not proven me wrong about that.

Eruditor: You are the one consoling yourself.
You are hurt that we got DLo who was Lakers plan B should Kawhi fail.
You want us to retain a 35-year-old who earns 18M a year on load management averaging 5pts and 4 rebounds because he is big for us in the NBA finals that we may not even get to.
LOL
Butthurt. Lol, go ahead and belittle him now that's he's gone, it's normal. |

Eruditor: All of them have been wrong. ALL. Only thing Woj gets right is final decisions are communicated via him first.
Chris swore KD was going to Knicks. Now they have come out to pretend he was not offered the max. That was a lie. Even in the Nets KD is not getting the max.
They swore Kawhi was never considering Lakers. Later claimed it was his 3rd choice. Now he has switched to rumblings. Which is another daft lie.
The same people have sworn Kawhi bought a house in Toronto..and how the Clippers was ideal for him. Later said he was planning with KD. All have fallen through. Now pretending Lakers is his top choice when it was clear why he insisted on speaking with Magic first. Yes, they've all been wrong just like you. So what's your point? |

Manutd19: Brousard and his fellow Lebron media lovers are praying and waiting for Kawhi to join Lakers.
Even here, guys like steady, etc are happy with Kawhi potentially joining AD and Lebron.
That's where KD goofed.
Same people that criticized him wants 3 of the top 6 players in one team cos its Lebron.
Mehn..
Anyway, we have another useless season coming. If you've been following my posts I've actually be saying that I'd prefer it if the Lakers use that dough and create a good squad rather than getting another superstar. But if getting another superstar would piss my enemies to death, I'm all for it. |

A40: Again you're still missing the point. I'm saying presently any elite level player with an alpha mentality will not want to join a team set up for LeNomad to be the main guy especially at this point in their careers so why should Kawhi after this monster postseason join LeNomad when the league is his right now
I can expect such moves from AD and others without a chip but not the likes of Kawhi and KD who are in direct conversation for best player on the planet.
Lmaooo Bill Russell averaged less than 16pts per game. Get out of here with that!! Wow, so AD is not in the conversation for best player in the league? And he constantly is referred to as a top five player in this league. And he is even ranked higher than your MVP Giannis. Lol. Ok PS Anybody who thinks Giannis is better than AD is really high on some crack. |

Do your research. Iggy even came out to say last week warriors told him that he would be traded if KD left.
Light year's ahead. It's only you that heard that one. |

SmooshCHN: So if a player signs with another via free agency or get traded it means their on bad terms?? I doubt you actually know anything about basketball other than slob on LeBron's knob. And BS? What BS? What matters as a fan to me is, I don't bítch about another grown man's business and life choices he made let alone do it for 3yrs. KD could sign with the Lakers and my only concern would be that no one may stand a chance but I wouldn't bítch about it.
You lebtards will never learn or stand for anything. Now you don't hate KD but if the Lakers didn't get any free agent and he went to the nets you'd still do. Isn't that madness? Lol, look who's questioning my basketball knowledge. That's the thing you always say when hit with the truth, I've noticed the pattern so I'm not surprised. It's a wonderful coincidence that KD ditches the Warriors and Igoulala is ditched by the Warriors. What a coincidence. |

Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 7:18am On Jul 01, 2019 |
Eruditor: Iggy was going to earn $16-18M on the year. It was more for the salary space than anything. What is the point of having him for conference finals that you might not get to with load management and what not?
KD could have been re-signed for the supermax simply because of bird rights. As he left, it is not like the money he did not take is available for other recruits. We could not survive and be formidable without letting off some cap space and sadly, Iggy has the most money after SC, Klay and Draymond. Go ahead, console yourself. |

SmooshCHN: It hurts seeing Andre getting traded though. It's nothing close to KD leaving. Smart man and a great teammate. It's funny how the two people you claimed were in good terms with the Warriors get traded. That means all your takes about the KD and Iggy situations have all been BS. |
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 7:12am On Jul 01, 2019 |
SmooshCHN: KD and Kyrie should just not give a fúck what people say and not try to prove shít. KD would still get hated as usual. Best move would have been to stay with the Warriors however, if he comes back strong, I believe he can do something in the East. I repeat, they don't owe anyone shít or prove anything. Good luck to those guys. Nobody is hating on KD anymore. In fact we now love him for ditching the Warriors. We all know the hate started when he joined the Warriors, and it has now come to an end with this sweet move. |

A40: What is your point? I said Bronsexuals typically go out of their way to belittle the contributions of his teammates, where is the lie in that? Did LeNomad himself not buttress this by claiming to be the phony GOAT despite Kyrie averaging 30ppg in their comeback victory?
Of course KD has two titles. You're not Adam Silver that stripped him of his rings last I checked.
What does LeNomad have on KAJ apart from Finals MVP? Using your church mind, is there any title LeBron has won and not been the best player on the team? You people are making look like LeBron played like Larry Nance and still was called the best player. We know he had help, like every other superstar in a championship winning team, but he has always been the best player. Finito. And for your last point, then I guess Bill Russell should be the greatest player ever. |
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 6:50am On Jul 01, 2019 |
A40: No self respecting elite level player would derive any joy playing with a megalomaniac like LeNomad. You could win titles and never get your due credit no matter how much you contributed because LeNomad would still take all the glory.
I hope Kawhi does not make that mistake. If he leads Toronto or the Clippers to another chip we might be discussing not LeNomad but Kawhi and KAJ as the runner up to MJ'S GOAT status Lol. You make me laugh. It's funny how you place the contribution of winning a title above actually winning the title, and yet you say KD has two titles. And as for KAJ being runner up for GOAT status, sorry bro, he can't achieve that anymore, unless of course he decides to come back to play a few more seasons. Lol. Perhaps you even meant to say KAT rather than KAJ. |
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 3:10am On Jul 01, 2019 |
SmooshCHN: That's why he has his own medical team which look after his own interest. He pays them so they're inclined to do whatever favours KD and yes, they ask for external consults but I don't know why some people will just choose to believe the Warriors made all the decisions for KD when he has his team and agents looking out for their client.
Kevin Wayne Durant has 3 Western conference finals championship, 2 NBA championship rings and 2 finals MVP award. No one can take that from him. If you insist he has no rings, then LeBron James has just one ring and if the Lakers win, it would not count by your logic. But you and others won't agree because your own logic is to be reversed when it comes to LeBron.
In my book, Jeremy Lin has more rings than Westbrook, Harden and CP3 combined even if he hardly played 10mins in the finals. No one can't take that from him. I don't give a fúck about stories and whether someone got carried or teamed up with superstars. Ring is Ring. You think the Warriors give a fu*k what any personal doctor says? If their team doctors say KD is fit to play, then he's fit to play and that is final. |
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 3:04am On Jul 01, 2019 |
Northeastern: Kawhi's move is partly dependent on what KD does. Now that he's decided to have sense, the odds of Kawhi joining the Lakers has materially diminished.
Win 5 in a row by teaming up and you'll never be considered a great as the real 23, he led the bull without forming a gang with top players. Who cares whether he'll be considered as a great or not? He has already done what no other superstar has done so he doesn't have anything to prove to anybody. No matter what happens from this point til the end of his career, he's right there at the top. He might never be LeBron or MJ, but he can certainly surpass KD and the likes. |

How many times has Eruditor been wrong now in the past few weeks? First it was GS were going to win the chip and secondly KD was staying with GS. Not to even talk about the one he said no superstar ever wanted to play with LeBron.
Lol. People here actually thought KD was gonna re-sign with the Warriors? I mean, what other clues did you need?. Y'all were like "KD and the Warriors are cool with each other", LMAO.
Wake up people. KD already had his bags packed since the middle of the regular season. And that BS that happened in the playoffs just crowned it all up.

Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 9:32pm On Jun 30, 2019 |
Khanben: How is KD a high usage player. He has never had the highest usage rate in his own team ever. He is a beast in Iso situations but most of those leads to him shooting over the his defender. KD's injury as long as there is no complications will not slow him down cause he is not a Skywalker like Westbrook or Drose. Because he hasn't topped his team is usage doesn't mean he's not a high usage player. Come on, he's KD |

SmooshCHN: I strongly agreed with you on the coloured however it's very unlikely when there's MRI and X-rays available. It's more than 5 people on different sides with different interests looking at the whole thing.. Anyways, back to basketball, I hope KD comes back even better. It's easy for someone like him. No, it's harder for someone like him. He's a high usage player, not a catch and shoot type like Klay. Klay would do much better coming off an Achilles injury. Well, what do I care, I'm preparing for my 3 peat. |

Some of you just need to pick up blogging and leave Basketball talks. Since all you bring to this forum is double standard and empty arguments with no form of reasoning.
5yr $190M Worth every penny since he was drafted and we all knew he was staying.
Next is KD if he can stop caring about what these hypocrites think and say of him. Then don't be upset if the Lakers go for Kawhi. It's even. |

Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 8:25pm On Jun 29, 2019 |
Eruditor: Stop and think.
Steph was drafted #7 Klay was number 12, Green #35
Which means 6 teams had the chance to draft Curry. 11 had the chance to get Klay. 34 had the chance to get Green. That they turned out to be superstars is nobody's fault. So all that parity talk was rubbish.
Then KD was an unrestricted free agent. He joined them and everybody has been making noise.
Yet Lebron was a first draft. AD first draft and Kyrie a first draft pick. And nobody is complaining if they come together through TRADES.
Parity kee you there! It doesn't matter where they were drafted, what matters is that they're now superstars. And they weren't superstars immediately they were drafted. |
