SmooshCHN: Picking one quarter to compare Vanvleet to Stephen Curry is fact in your world? Your ignorance is not soft on you. You must really be retarded o. Because the way you divert from the topic all the time is alarming. I was trying to prove to you that Curry got outplayed by Van vleet in the 4th quarter of game 6, and you asked for facts, which you were duly given. And now you're talking a whole nother sh.it. I'm tired. |

I am crying. Lol. And 1, that crucial 1, which is tagged one of the greatest victories ever in the sport. To come from 3-1 down to beat your Wardell. That's what made LeBron the GOAT. Get some tissue bro. Goodnight. |

I was never wrong about you. Simple knowledge eludes you when it comes to basketball. Lol, I brought out a simple fact and you can't stand it, so you begin to throw abuses. Lol, this depression is really kicking in. You and Eruditor are expressing the same kind of attitude. I'll be soft on you two from now on I promise. |

Curry has the same finals MVP as you and the same number of rings as Lebron. They are not mutually exclusive events. Lol, cry baby. You need some tissue? LeBron gat 3 rings and 3 finals MVP Curry gat 3 rings and 0 finals MVP Let's leave it at that. |

And they have the same number of rings. Curry spent 3 years in college. Lol. And Curry has the same number of finals MVP as me. |

You hate the "not best player in the world" for playing with other bums. But the player you call the GOAT should play with Kyrie, AD, Butler, and Kawhi.

LarcPickerin: Its important to avoid a team that looks almost the same as last seasons. Very cautious of that. But hey if this is the hand fate deals us? we still have AD, I'll take it. But we have 4 new players in there I fear we might lose one of Rondo and KCP, to free up some cash |

LarcPickerin: I actually forgot about these guys. But their salaries bar reggie seems steep. You want to keep lance? Well, Lance has a miniature salary too LeBron AD Kuz New PG New shooter New forward Rondo KCP Javale Reggie/Lance *Wagner *Bogna *Caruso *J. Williams Let's see if this squad takes us til February. |

Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 10:46am On Jun 18, 2019 |
LarcPickerin: So you fill out the roster with
Beverly - probably the only true 3 and D PG in the league and doesn't need the ball. Certainly the best defensive PG in the league.
Bojan - One of the best shooters in the league and a good defender.
LeBron
Kuzma
AD - If you can convince him to consistently play center.
Then fill the bench with guys like JaVale, Marcus Morris, if he'll take the veteran minimum same goes for Jeff Green, Seth curry, your guy Alex Caruso, maybe George hill and maybe even Melo. I know bonga and Wagner are already signed.
What do you think? That means we discarding KCP, Rondo, Reggie and Lance? |
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 7:25am On Jun 18, 2019 |
LarcPickerin: I guess that's reasonable. It doesn't matter what he thinks but there are teams certainly willing to max him. But you have to also consider this pitch is coming from a team that shipped him. But a reasonable idea nonetheless. I guess I would want him to get the max from the Pacers instead just so it frees up Bojan, Lakers won't be his only chasers but it does increase their chances. Still can't get over how much of a perfect fit he'd be. I agree. |
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 7:20am On Jun 18, 2019 |
ElDeeVee: Rockets roster as is, is not capable of winning the championship and their owner knows this. I think they can find a suitable trade for a player like Capela or even CP3 and try to reconstruct the roster to challenge the Lakers for the NBA finals. Lol, you think CP3 would leave 38 mil and go elsewhere? Rockets are stuck with him for good. And his salary will keep rising to 44 mil in 2022. Lol |
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 7:11am On Jun 18, 2019 |
LarcPickerin: DLo is not taking anything less than a max, certainly not 10m. And after those movements bojan is definitely not going to be plausible cause hes also going to want 8 figure figure payment and someone is going to give it to him. Rondo is going to cost close to 8 figures as well, KCP is currently earning 12 mil or so in the lakers bid to appease klutch sports and lebron a couple of years back, i dont know what rich paul will demand this year, hes certainly not worth it. When it comes to these players one has to consider the lakers arent the only team in free agency so their prices will definitely go up, its one thing taking a haircut and its another completely decimating yourself. I think beverly or someone like him is perfect for a lebron AD team cause he can defend and shoot but doesnt need the ball in his hands, thats rare for a point guard. I do agree its better to spend it on role players than a third star though. The lakers are broke man, sh.it! D'lo shouldn't think that an all-star appearance means he's arrived. It took an injury to Oladipo for him to get there. He's currently on 7 mil salary, the promise of doubling that and a championship should be enough to get him for 2+1. The Lakers have put themselves in a good position by acquiring AD. It would be easier to lure players here. With that 24-30 mil the Lakers should be able to get 3 solid players. |
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 2:34am On Jun 18, 2019 |
LarcPickerin: Would be really cool to have seth if only to taunt the warriors. Randle i think is in line to get paid, but if the lakers are willing to go that high on one player, i cant stress how much i LOVE Bojan Bogdanovic for this team, amazing knock down shooter who doesnt need the ball in his hands, a hound at the defensive end, can play SG and SF, one of the best wings in this free agency class for sure and is a better fit for the lakers. I'd even go as far as saying i think he is a better fit for them than kemba. For the PG position they can go for someone like beverly, good shooter and even better defender. The whole cap thing confuses the sh-t out of me but if they can get these two as starters? Sheeesh! We have about 24 mil in cap, could get to 30 if we can hold the AD deal to 30th. As much as I like Pat Bev I don't think he should be a starter for LA. I'd even prefer Rondo to him. If we can get someone like D'lo and give him 10 mil, get Seth and give him 5, and keep Rondo, keeping in mind that we still have KCP, suddenly our guard position is sorted because there are a lot of combinations that could be worked out with those guys. D'lo can play 1 and 2, Seth is 2 but can play 1 if push comes to shove. The only problem with that is that those guys are all 6ft4 and under, which might be a problem when we have to guard a back court with taller guards. We'll even still have enough money for a guy like Bojan but I think we'll need another forward. Well keep Reggie, Javale, have Mo as backup to center/PF. I think the Lakers would be stupid to spend that remaining money on a max player. Take that money and get a good squad. |
