It is hard to provide a solution without looking at the profile created. It would help to get a second pair of eyes on it.
Both of you have been actively working on this so it might be hard to spot certain intricate details. A fresh pair of eyes might help.

She wasn't deemed ineligible because of her score. I believe the minimum is 6666.
Something else is making her profile ineligible, she has to go through it with a fine tooth comb.
It also helps to get someone to look through and see what she isn't seeing.

Hello House,

i heard that even though the we are advised to have LRSW 8777, if i get 8776 i can still enter the pool while still planning to retake the ielts.
A friend who has every other requirement but with ielts score of 8776 tried entering the pool yesterday but the platform stated she is ineligible.
So i'm confused because i know of people with scores as low as 383 who are in the pool with low ielts too. So why is the system rejecting hers?
please someone should help explain.

Only one year out of 3 has to continuous. Yes you can claim this job if you worked for 3 years.

I actually have the same issue. I work in a bank. So what I'm using are:
Reference letter
Offer of employment letter
Confirmation letter
Salary upgrade letter
Promotion letter
Work ID card
Payslips and
Bank statement highlighting my monthly salary (using a highlighter)

You don't have to explain why you have different last names. It's a choice not the law.

I'm not sure which website you have in mind but this strategy is quite common for clothing stores. Summer clothes are typically on sale in the winter and winter cloths on sale in summer. They get rid of inventory faster this way.

Just check any fashion/clothing website and go to their sales section. Or just search for "Jacket" on their website and filter by price.
June/July are the best months for this but you aren't late.

I don't remember which website it was but I just saw a really good ~$200 winter jacket going for maybe $20 - $50.. can't remember the exact figure. Just search around, I'm sure you'll find something.

Gift deed = You don’t have money and someone gifts you the required funds. You need a gift deed for this purpose. I believe there is a sample on page one.

As for your friend waiting 6 months. I’m not sure who started this rumor but nobody needs to leave money in their account for 6 months.
You can deposit the money into your account right before you submit your application.

People are letting ITAs pass them by due to this.
I can’t imagine wasting 6 months for a process that already takes an average of 6 months.

I don't think I have seen any details here on anyone using this certification. But why don't you go ahead and give it a try. You could be the first to earn points with this. And then you will have shown others the way.

Anyways, any certification where you earned credits and for which a transcript can be issued is more likely to be favorably looked upon by WES or any of the credentials evaluation bodies.

2. Very feasible. Majority on this thread are doing it themselves.
The agents are on this thread learning from what’s posted here.

Your degree doesn’t have to match your work experience.
You can have a medical degree and work as a farmer.

kindly bear in mind that my Post graduate program is part time. It wouldn't matter. May I know why you are claiming 6 years? Is it for your personal history or for ITA? Because to get ITA you only need 3 years to get max points.

As we may not have siblings points, schooling in canada points, french Tef points . Or canada experience

You're right but just a little modification if you don't mind, especially for those just starting out..
You really don't need 8777 if you have all your ducks in a row, it helps to have that if you are lacking elsewhere and need a boost.
I say this because I saw a case of someone who with a high CRS (ITA worthy) but still attempting to rewrite IELTS because he thought he needed 8777 to get into the pool.

Hello guys,

So I woke up to see the golden RFV email on my phone after battling this journey for this long.

This came after I posted that I raised a CSE expressing the travesty that was done in the evaluation of my POF by the case officer who stated an amount well below what I had declared. I prepared my counter-argument and requested that a review be done again as I believe that this could be a reason for the delay I have experienced which is totally unfair.

However, so the story goes and on this note, my watch has ended.

I would like to thank everyone that has contributed by sharing info or providing updates of their journey as well.

You and spouse do not need to have the same name.
Even with children, you can have different last names (birth certificate comes into play)
